I decided to have a relatively longer stay (6 months) at this AirBnB. The place was generally as advertised. Very clean, good location, served my purposes well from layout and amenities perspectives. The standout for me was less the AirBnB and more the hosts. Very friendly and responsive. I would stay at any location with these hosts . . . would be a pleasure.

This was our third stay at this location, which says a lot about how much we have enjoyed our stays at Corria's property. She is very easy to communicate with and makes sure our stay is comfortable. Alameda is such a lovely city with great dining options within walking distance and the outdoor space on the water is really spectacular. We are tremendous "birders" and often spend the mornings spotting ducks and shore birds from the private waterfront and enjoying the hummingbirds buzzing over our heads! We are always very relaxed staying here and enjoy the easy access we have to family living in the area. We look forward to our next stay.

Rin’s place definitely deserves a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ star review! The place was absolutely spotless clean and the two of the toilets even had bidet👍 The washer and dryer were new and kept so clean as well. The communication with the host, Rin was prompt and super kind😊 I was visiting my niece at Berkeley and knowing so little about the nearby area I wasn’t sure if the neighborhood would be safe and friendly. And yes, It was safe! You can take walks by the water and to the mall that has Safeway, Target, and many restaurants and eateries just 5-10 minutes away! Key words for Rin’s place: -Super clean -Convenient -Prompt communication -Best value -Safe neighborhood I would definitely come back to stay at Rin’s place again😄

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! I was in town for ~2+ weeks for a race. The location was beautiful, peaceful & private…but most importantly SAFE! I could easily drive to Novato center to get to Whole Foods for groceries, gas, pharmacy etc as needed. Since I was in town for a race I needed some special recovery treatment (athletic deep tissue massages, Accupuncture, hydration IVs) — Novato center is so cute and has it all! Kelly was an amazing host, she recommended using the patio on a sunny day and was overall just incredibly kind and helpful. I do want to emphasize the safety of this neighborhood- several other racers stayed in different areas and had their cars broken into. This is NOT a problem in this neighborhood so given crime issues in California I highly recommend this home and area. Home is exactly as advertised: -heat (but no AC) -4 bedrooms w 3 bath: master is bath not a shower ensuite; 3 bedrooms share the 2 remaining bathrooms. -Big kitchen, living room, dock!!

Roble Rd was the perfect place for us to land for a very long stay for a botched all house remodel. The private, gated location was perfect as we had to park bicycles and two cars and my dog had more room to run than ever. The nearby Berkeley shopping and restaurants were wonderful - it's a great location and a very nice house....

This was a great house! It has amazing art and decorations. There was more than enough room for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, full of historic Oakland mansions with flowering gardens. Street parking was plentiful. There are a bunch of great restaurants and a Trader Joe's within walking distance. EJ responded very quickly whenever we had questions and was very helpful.

Foremost is what an outstanding host Brian is. He was consistently responsive and helpful, and always good-natured. Whenever we needed anything, Brian was very quick to provide it. The apartment was more than adequate for our needs--I especially liked the walk-in closet and the view of the plants on the back deck. The office space was good for getting work done, and the futon couch there could have served as another bed, though the space is open. There is a step up to the bathroom, which has a nice roomy shower, and everything very clean. Also a step up to the kitchen, which can handle one person at a time. Fridge, range, microwave--all clean and of recent vintage. The neighborhood was quiet, even with a handy laundromat and coffee shop just around the corner. We also liked how close we were to Lake Merritt--good walks. We would definitely stay here again, and hope that we'll have the opportunity.

Excellent stay!!! Really beautiful apartment. Will definitely be back. Both of the host were very responsive at attentive. Less than 10 minutes from sfo which was really convenient

We had a great time staying at Toni’s place. The location was perfect, with easy access to Golden Gate Park and quick transit routes to Ocean Beach and other popular areas of the city. We were grateful for the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is cleverly designed and with plenty of storage and natural light. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Lovely stay in this fun neighborhood of Oakland. Great restaurants nearby. Loved Parche restaurant and Nick its fabulous bartender. Luis’ place was very comfortable and nicely appointed.

I spent a week here when my own apartment was under renovation. It was great! Very cozy, but had everything needed to live my daily life uninterrupted. I got to meet LaurieAnn and she was very kind. I will stay again if I need a place in Oakland. Thanks LaurieAnn!

I would gladly live in this sunny apartment full time. It's quiet and roomy, with views of trees, but only a block from superb restaurants like Burma Superstar, and only a few blocks from Southshore Center and Alameda Beach. Its fixtures are somewhat outdated, but that's East Bay real estate for you.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s apartment! The space was spacious, airy, and filled with great natural light. Everything was spotless, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were traveling with our 1-year-old daughter and found there was plenty of room for all of us. The weather was quite warm during our visit, and although there was no AC, two fans were readily available. Once we opened the windows, a lovely cross breeze kept the space comfortable. The location was fantastic—we could easily walk down to the lake and grab a bite at a local restaurant. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very family-friendly. Mary also checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights was the gorgeous view of the lake from both the balcony and the kitchen window. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great alternative to my conference hotel! Super convenient to BART and amenities. The place was comfy, plenty of linens, easy to access. I'll be looking to book again if ever back for work for sure.
