I had such a lovely stay at this unique top-floor Airbnb in Alameda! Nestled right by the lagoon, the location was peaceful and scenic, with gorgeous light filtering through the windows all day. The space had this wonderful artsy, hippy-aunt energy — full of character, cozy nooks, eclectic decor, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, breathe, and enjoy a good book or a walk by the water. Super comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with everything I needed. Alameda itself is a charming escape just outside the bustle of SF, and this spot was the perfect base for exploring. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something with heart and soul. I’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. It's the entire upper floor of a 2 story home with a wonderful kitchen and so peaceful and quiet even though you're right in central Berkeley. It's full of thoughtful amenities like nice bath products, fully stocked kitchen with anything you might need, laundry room, and comfortable furnishings. The location is close to everything but set back from the street so all you see from the windows are the tree tops. We also really appreciated having a dedicated office to get some work done. Highly recommended!

This place made us want to sell our home and move in. It was perfect, quaint, clean, had amazing amenities. The neighborhood was adorable, amazing views.... 10000000/10. Definitely stay here if you get the chance.

The Airbnb was clean and comfortable for my family of four. The communication was good and we appreciated the owner allowing us early check in and late check out based on availability! Will recommend this to friends.

Erin’s Peacock/Jungle Room was perfect for our trip to Berkeley! The location was super walkable—we parked the car and didn’t need it again until we headed home. Erin was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and evening activities. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home located right on the water. The place was clean and the outside deck was a plus! The fridge made a loud buzzing noise during our stay but otherwise everything was perfect. 10/10 -- I'd recommend!

Cynthia was a great host! She was friendly and welcoming, and her little cottage was clean and charming and fully stocked. We were able to use the backyard and sit out in the sun and enjoy the beautiful flowers. Cynthia made our little rescue dog feel welcomed as well. The only downside to our visit was that we didn't have longer to stay! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Livermore.

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

The house for our needs perfectly and Noel was helpful when we let him know of a couple small issues. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners together so we didn’t have to worry about eating out each meal.

If you are looking for security, this is the place! The building is locked and the door to the room is very secure. The area feels very safe. Access to onsite amenities is a bonus. Coffee room with free coffee drinks, pool, spa, and BBQs available for use. A self-service Pet Spa if your pet needs a bath! You also have access to the on-site gym. Short drive to many restaurants in Palo Alto, Atherton, and Redwood City. There is limited non-assigned parking on-site. However, we were always able to get a space. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and WiFi worked well.

Laura’s apartment is a comfortable and well-equipped first-floor unit located at the rear of an apartment complex. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a cozy living room. The location was easy to find and had all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Laura was very communicative and attentive, making sure everything was in order throughout our visit. A great spot to stay while exploring the peninsula!

We were in town for a conference at Berkeley and this was the perfect place to stay! Clean and comfortable and close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was even better than expected—everything felt upscale and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the furniture and kitchen were clearly high quality, which made relaxing and cooking a pleasure. What really stood out was the kindness of our host. When my fiancée came down with something mid-trip, they kindly offered to pick something up for us, which was incredibly generous and appreciated. Their local restaurant recommendations were also spot on—we tried a few and loved every one. Truly a welcoming, well-appointed place to stay. We’d absolutely come back.

Great house walking distance to downtown.

This was a perfect place to decompress during a busy work trip. The space is beautiful, and the attached gym is such a nice treat! Everything was exactly as described, clean and lovely. I would definitely stay again!

Michelle's apartment is an absolute delight! It's in a great location, within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The apartment is beautifully decorated, the kitchen was fully stocked and the bathroom had an abundance of towels. The beds were very comfortable as well. Michelle is a great communicator. I would definitely love to stay here again.

This place was one of my favorites ever the view was beautiful and it was so comfortable , everything about it made my experience 10x better
