I’ve stayed at this hidden gem many times, and it truly feels like a peaceful retreat tucked away in the heart of the city. Nestled in nature, the ambiance is serene and calming, with the soothing sound of birdsong greeting you each morning and cozy fireplaces that make the cool mornings and/or evenings feel warm and magical. The house strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience. It feels like you’re far away from the hustle, yet you’re just minutes from Sunset Boulevard, great restaurants, great delivery too!, SoulCycle (many studio/gym options), hike in Runyon Canyon and everything West Hollywood, Beverly Hills… has to offer. Every stay feels like a recharge, whether I’m relaxing by the fire places, enjoying the tranquil surroundings, or stepping out for a night in the city. It’s become my go-to place whenever I’m in LA to relax and also a great place to write, design, get creative juices flowing in privacy! Can’t wait to return! XX

My friends and I totally enjoyed our stay at Marlin’s home and would book again if we find ourselves visiting LA in the future.

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

We had a great time at Mermaid Manor! The home has lots of art and beautiful lighting. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and the bakery around the corner was delicious.

Felt right at home and right in the middle of LA, so much to do near by. We stayed here because of an event at Sofi, and so glad we did. Getting in is easy, safe neighborhood, plenty of parking. Lots of room for guests to sleep comfortably. Kitchen has everything you need for making meals. The best part is how responsive the host is. Answers within just minutes- the WiFi went down and he even had an alternate and we were back online within minutes. Was such a pleasure to stay and already looking forward to our next visit to LA, definitely staying here again. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed and in such a quiet neighborhood. We played in the parks all day and rejuvenated on our return. Felt at home.

KaLi was responsive and prompt when we had a problem (maintenance was testing the emergency alarms). Very polite and friendly, definitely will stay with KaLi again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better set-up for our family get-away. We each had our own room with privacy and own bathroom. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with the high-end appliances and available cookware. Easily walkable to everything you could want on a beach vacation. I highly recommend Nazita and her beautiful home!
