Kim was very responsive and accommodating. Although the weather didn’t cooperate the location was great for our spring break beach time and a Disneyland trip.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations! The location was absolutely incredible, and the pictures don’t do this place justice. It was warm, cozy, and felt just like home from the moment I arrived. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful walkways—perfect for cute morning strolls and super close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping! Everything about this stay was perfect, and I would definitely book again!

The house was so cute and just as described and pictured. We were traveling for a baseball tournament and had 5 boys so they loved the bunk beds and extra beds in the loft. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boards and all the boogie boards. There was even a wagon to haul the boogie boards and beach chairs they had for use across the street to the beach which was great! We appreciated the one parking spot but we did have 2 cars so parking was difficult to find at times for the second car in the street but it all worked out. The sound of traffic could be heard from the loft room but wasn’t too bad with the window closed. We loved our stay, the hosts were great and responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to any travelers to include with with kids. The rooftop had amazing views and even all the neighbors were friendly. Loved it! Thank you!!

My parents spent 5 weeks at Tom and Paula‘s and loves their time there: The house is located in a very quiet residential area. It is very well maintained and tastefully decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed, Tom even got icecream for us. They really have thought of all the details! For example they had set the (quick and efficient) temperature control to Celsius for us! Tom was very attentive and always super helpful! We will gladly come back.

This is definitely the best Airbnb experience we had. Location is great. Everything is super clean. Yard is full of mature fruit trees that are bearing fruits. The owner let us pick a few lemons to make lemonade. They are so fragrant and fresh! The oranges are sweet too! The bedroom upstairs is heaven to children. We look forward to visiting again!

The house was just as described and perfect! We love Balboa and enjoy staying in different homes and this one did not disappoint. We had everything we needed, and the house was very clean and comfortable!

We booked this location last minute. Hank and Kimberlyanna were quick to respond and give us access to the property. Perfect location! Beach is right across the street. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. House has a good vibe. Comfortable and cozy. Livingroom opens up to patio with a beautiful view! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun, walkable location.

We had the pleasure of spending a long weekend in Newport Beach and absolutely loved our stay in this property. Everything was as described and the home was perfect for our stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great place and amazing location. 5 stars for sure!

Carla is a wonderful host. Her place is very charming. Comfy beds and amenities. She provides everything you could possibly want in an away from home experience. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, enjoying the beach or just taking a relaxing walk. We will definitely book again.
