We loved the living space and how it was decorated. The infrared heaters work well even on very cold nights (I'm sure the pellet stove is also great but we didn't feel like we needed any extra heat). The location is great if you are looking to go out into Lincoln National Forest and also a reasonable drive to Alamogordo and White Sands.

This was a dream for our two families— the kids were entertained from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Emmanuel is a very kind and thoughtful host— he was quick to respond and helped make our stay exceptional. Would definitely stay here again!

Blanca's place was exactly what we needed. The game room and games provided us hours of fun with our boys. The large kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to create meals for growing men. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed an evening walk after over eating at one of the local restaurant. Memories were created!

Carmen’s place is just like the photos. It’s a single wide, one bedroom trailer. She has the sofa made into an extra bed in the living room, two comfy recliners and a nice sized tv. The backside porch is pleasant with a grill, chairs and a patio warmer. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The heater definitely makes a lot of noise, as one of the reviewers said, but we slept through the sound. Very close to highway 82, which goes right through Cloudcroft.

We needed a place to stay while visiting family in Alamo. This was the perfect spot for us. It was nice having a kitchen and living space instead of a small hotel room. We had a little difficulty finding the house when we arrived at night since it is a little dark on the street. But once we spotted it, it was easy to get in. We would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town!

We love Cloudcroft and our stay was wonderful! Host is super friendly and helpful. We had an Amazon delivery that Matt went out of his way and helped us get at the post office. The cleaning person was still cleaning at checkin. We didn’t mind -we were unloading but I think perhaps we rushed her and missed a few things. But overall place was clean and well-stocked. Heaters kept house at a cozy temperature upstairs and down. Beautiful view from upstairs deck. We loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was warm and cozy and kitchen was fully equipped. Kids loved the snacks.

We had the best most relaxing time at this airbnb for my wife’s birthday weekend. We were welcomed with s’mores goodies for the kiddos and enjoyed them around the campfire, which the host had stocked with plenty of firewood. The host also left bags of deer food so the kiddos saw that and loved it. We enjoyed beautiful views of the mountains as well as sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed for making dinner. Washer and dryer was definitely a plus! Had plenty of room for our big family and I loved that there were so many throw blankets throughout the house. The host was very responsive when we had an issue getting hot water but it was fixed very quickly! They also had propane that we were able to use for bbqing which was a major plus! The house was absolutely gorgeous and close to Cloudcroft for hiking and exploring the little town. It was also a short drive to Alamogordo and the white sands national park. We will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was super clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. It was easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family of three—would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place for our girl’s trip! 5 older/mature friends from college reconnected in the beautiful cool mountains. There was just enough shopping and restaurants and the location was close to the village and gorgeous!

Our family had so much fun here. More than anything it was relaxing and soooo comfy. We have 3 kids and there was plenty of beds available for them. My wife and I loved the view I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax with their family or friends. Rebecca was very helpful and we appreciate her allowing us to stay.

Great place!

Instructions on how to arrive were clear and specific and once we got there we were pleasantly surprised at how cozy everything was. Central climate control was effective and easy to use, beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen was spotless and bathrooms were perfect! Since the location is so far away from stores, bringing your own food is essential. The cabin had all the utensils and cooking equipment that you’d normally need (pots, pans, baking sheets, appliances, etc). One downside is that the internet is a bit slow, however it is to be expected being so secluded. So if you’re looking to disconnect, it’s great! But you might have trouble loading steaming services. Due to fire restrictions we were unable to grill / make a fire outside so we cannot speak to those amenities. Overall the cabin was cozy, comfy and a perfect getaway to the great outdoors.
