The best airbnb stay so far. Any amenities you expect in any hotel you’ll find it. He even got out of his way to give us breakfast everyday with best tasty, hygienic and healthy South Indian cuisine . He was very helpful, caring and his family is very warm and supportive people. They not only gave us breakfast but also tea fruits etc every day. I was there with my family of 5 and he was very helpful and polite to all. If i come to allepey again would love to stay there longer. THE BEST BANG FOR MY BUCK

Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

Excellent choice in the heart of the city, everything available in walkable distance. Rooms were kept very neat amd clean especially bathrooms. Care taker who is very friendly and supportive. Its surround by homes not suitable for party's and celebrations.

It was a very wonderful stay . We planned a small reunion with my school friends, although everyone was out of the country we were in a he excitement to catchup but it went a bit too loud for the neighbours at late night😂. We really enjoyed a lot . Everything is kept clean and neat. Very nice hosting by Mr ninan and his family.Highly recommended if u have less than 10 people gathering or a family staycation.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great and peaceful off the main road but easily accessible to the metro. We did not need a car and were able to get around easily. The home was clean and the hosts were responsive and kind during our stay.

This is a lovely and quiet family accommodation to staying for Marari in Kerala. Reynolds and Aline are so friendly and helpful - from the really appreciated airport pickup / drop off to a very positive atmosphere in the property. We really appreciated borrowing their electric scooter to help get to the beach - that was a very good touch ! Thank you for this excellent hospitality - Kerala style !

wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

It was a wonderful stay, so calm and out of the city buzz. The vibe was just wonderful for a peaceful getaway with friends. Host accommodated our needs very well. Surely recommend it. The backyard was too spacious and great. Pool and the backwaters was the highlight

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

beautiful place, caring host, good caretaker (cheechi).. Cheechi and her husband is always available for any help. Overall we had a good time and also the kids enjoyed the serene pool.

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.

This property is very conveniently located. The dedicated parking spot is very helpful as the property is located in a prime area,where, even paid parking is next to impossible to find at most times. The apartment is clean and very spacious.

The Alleppey trip planning started by booking Ken's Airbnb, and everything else was planned as per Ken's direction. The stay was absolutely cozy and clean. The food prepared by the cook, Suresh, was truly homely and sumptuous. All our wishes were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Alleppey. An added bonus was the kayaking experience, located right beside the Airbnb. We kayaked to a nearby island (a bird sanctuary), which was undoubtedly one unforgettable experience. Ken, as a host, is an absolute pleasure to interact with.

The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and filled me up all day and cooked to my personal vegan tastes..nothing was too much trouble for Lili .. Helpful advice from Sreekumar on where to go and how to get there … Will definitely return again.

The stay was really comfortable and intimate. The location and surroundings were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Caretaker Siby was really helpful and responsive with whatever help we needed. Overall experience was good.

The place is right on the beach front as mentioned and very easy to find. The beach itself is very secluded and will feel like a private beach. Although Alleppey is 25Kms away, it is a straight road from here and you should reach there very quickly; you will also find lots of calm serene beaches along the way. The property has 2 seperate rooms, each can host upto 5 people. There are separate mattresses provided as well. The patio and kitchen is common, and there is a caretaker on the property who will assist you. There is a seperate 500₹ fee to use the gas incase you want to cook something for yourself. In our case, the host was kind enough to let it slide since one of the room's AC broke down (not anyone's fault obviously). He also tried to get the AC fixed on the same day. Overall you will not be disappointed if you book this stay, extremely serene and calm.

Thank you for hosting in a way we are feeling like family members here. An amazing place to stay with family - kid. Clean and comfortable like home. There are many beautiful places like "Rice paddys", many beautiful temples and "Backwaters boating point" very easy to reach from the stay. There is a big enclosed parking area right infront of our apartment. Daily needs store is just 5-10 steps , Every thing else is easily available within 5mins drive. Thank you again Sabareesh for being such an amazing host and making our stay wonderful!

We felt right at home. A heritage home indeed- it’s a very special home ; unique architecture. We were fortunate to have authentic Kerala food prepared- big thanks to Usha. Louise our host was very helpful with local recommendations and any last minute requests we had. I highly recommend this place for folks that want a private setting, experience a traditional Kerala heritage home and lifestyle.

La maison de Martin et un petit paradis calme au bord d’une rivière baignable et chaude. C’est l’endroit parfait pour déconnecter et se reposer. Martin vous aide pour commander à manger à la maison, donc vous n’êtes même pas obligés d’aller en ville pour dîner ou déjeuner. Il y a 2 chambres et salle de bain bien aménagés, puis un espace pour dormir à l’étage mais nous avons préféré dormir dehors à la belle étoile. Le jardin est parfaitement entretenu, et surtout… il n’y a pas de moustiques ! Allez-y les yeux fermés pour faire une pause de la ville.
