Carrie brought homemade cookies when we checked in as well as a few footballs after she saw we had young boys. The pictures on the ad are a bit outdated but that means the place is way better than we expected as they have all new furniture. Very cozy cabin with all the needed amenities.

It’s almost bittersweet to even make this post because it’s hard to give up your honey hole in Alaska! Lol This has been the coolest Airbnb I’ve ever experienced down on the peninsula. It’s always been super clean, accommodating, good travel distance to anything you’d ever need, DoorDash comes here, Instacart comes here, everything. Clean, comfy, family friendly, and if you’re a runner, this road has endless options to either take the backside all the way around or hit the trails. This is such a stellar little home and I just absolutely love it. I look for this listing first before I choose anywhere else in the Soldotna area!

We had a great stay at C's home. It was perfectly sized for our family of 5 and within an easy and drivable distance to things to do. Our messages were promptly answered and C did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The guest Netflix account was a nice added touch we don't normally see in Airbnb's. It had snowed several inches overnight on our second night and we were impressed to see the driveway and sidewalk had been shoveled while we were out the next day. We will definitely return to this house for our future adventures in Anchorage.

Jenny was very communicative to any question I had prior to and during our stay. Beautiful spacious location. I’m sure it’s nice in the summer but for a winter Aurora visit, this is the place! We were there 4 nights and if the lights were dancing in the sky we saw them! We enjoyed sitting in the front or back yard - or hot tub - to watch the light show each night - and were happy we didn’t have to drive anywhere! If you’re planning to go to the Fairbanks area - it’s worth the short 20 minute drive to stay in North Pole!

It is a perfect cozy house for a group of 4. We were only two people so it was more than enough. We stayed for a night and checked out in the morning. The instructions are pretty clear. Since Fairbanks is a decent sized town, everything you need is pretty close to this location. Very recommended place to visit as a family. Also, the hosts were very responsive in addressing any issue. After requesting for an early check-in they accommodated my request. A quiet beautiful place to stay!

When I use AirBnB I want to know that my host will communicate clearly with me and respond should I need to contact him. Scott does an outstanding job of this and this is why we have stayed at this property for seven years. Scott is an excellent host and the property suits our needs perfectly. We will be back!

The house was perfect for a family get together. There's plenty of space for everyone. There's a large kitchen for cooking. Raven proactively sent local suggestions for things to do and sent us a location nearby where we could catch the Northern lights.

This may be one of my favorite AirBNBs I have stayed in. Chantrelle has really gone above and beyond to make sure her guests have what they need—from the toiletries to firewood. She also made special accommodations for my toddler by bringing over a floor crib and high chair before we arrived. We had family ages 1-72 staying here and it was perfect for all of us, including a toddler and teenager. Highly recommend.

Larry was extremely helpful, picking us up and showing us around town with great suggestions. Place was nice in a good location near town.

I would definitely stay again! I felt so comfortable in this apartment and loved having access to the town and trails around Sitka.

Staying here was great! I’ve stayed here before while I was in Alaska for work and I knew for sure that I wanted to stay again. The space was amazing and cozy and the hosts are so kind and responsive! Would definitely recommend again and again.

Place super clean very nice.Just like what you saw on the photos. I would 💯 recommend their place to anyone. The location was nice, and quite it wasn't what I expected to be from outside. But the moment I walked in, it made me feel like at home nice, clean, and cozy. If u are looking for a place in Alaska. Check them out.Won't be disappointed!

Great central spot to call home while you explore the surrounding area. Super clean, extremely comfy bed, all the comforts of home. Jonathan even had a small basket of snacks and coffee, which was a life saver since I landed late and didnt get to the store. Super detailed instructions and easy to get find. Kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, coffee and basic cooking needs like salt/pepper & olive oil. I even got to meet Jonathan, who was super friendly and nice. I didnt use the patio area but it was very inviting and lite up nice with yard lights at night. I would recommend this place if you need a homebase in Anchorage!

Kirstyn’s place was so cute and cozy and I felt right at home. The location is nice and quiet, close to the city and also close to some walkable trails. There is a grocery store within a mile up the road which we had no issues walking to. The kitchen had a surprising amount of kitchenware; lots of pans and measuring cups, even two hand mixers! everything went smoothly with check in and check out and Kirstyn is super friendly. Not to mention this was an incredible deal and was cheaply prices as well. I would definitely book here again!

Jodi’s place made our Alaska vacation such a memorable experience. The condo was clean and cozy. Jodi was a responsive host and the location was perfect. We could walk to find everything we needed. We’re already planning our return trip.

Janna’s place was perfect for the two of us. We had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Although we were downtown, we weren’t bothered by any street noise. We felt comfortable and safe here. We really enjoyed our stay.
