Renta de casas vacacionales en la playa en Albania

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

Amazing place with wonderful views and very spacious rooms. Both bedrooms have a/c and the living room as well. (I would recommend turning off a/c when not at home as electricity is costly here). If you are not there with kids you might be ok with no a/c at all, and truly experience local living. There is on site parking, but also street parking as well if you do not wish to drive up to the home. Host is amazing, very friendly and always there to help. A great person to talk to and share stories with. There are a few restaurants nearby (walking distance) that offer delicious dishes. The views from the balcony are breathtaking so ordering to go might be worth it certain nights.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in grundsätzlich gepflegter Anlage. Wir waren am Ende der Saison da, so dass es sehr wenig andere Gäste in dem Valamar-Komplex gab und der Strand abschnittsweise verwahrlost wirkte (Müllproblem). Es waren immerhin noch zwei Restaurants geöffnet, so dass wir auch abends versorgt waren, wenngleich die Küche im Apartment auch alle Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung bietet. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.

Ez a hely egy gyöngyszem Vloraban. Egy csepp a valódi Albániából fent a hegyen. Mi kifejezetten pihenni mentünk Pushimehoz a férjemmel, és tényleg nagyon pihenten jöttünk haza. A lakás nagy és kényelmes, tágas nappalival, ebédlővel és hálószobával. Az ágy kényelmes, a fürdőszobában azonnal folyik a meleg víz. Pushime szerényen ott volt mindig, mindenben segített, majd visszavonult szomszédos otthonába. Gyümölcsöt is adott a saját kertjéből. Családja hazautazáskor segített eljutni a buszpályaudvarra. Melegséggel vett körül minket ez a család. Ha szeretnél Náluk pihenni, azt ajánlom, hogy menj el a Hotel Stivenig taxival. Onnan már csak keveset kell (körülbelül 200 m) felfelé gyalogolnod a hegyre.

We had a very nice stay in Ksamil. Leonard and his family are very kind and helpful. We needed to go to a doctor and they drove us there or they would get us a taxi. The house was clean and spacious. It is a calm neighbourhood but if you walk 10-15 minutes you get to a lot of beaches, bars, shops, restaurants…(our favourite was “grill and chill”). We really recommend this place if you want a nice, peaceful stay in Ksamil that is not to far from everything.

Besmir og hans familie var så utroligt søde og imødekommende! De var meget hjælpsomme og gæstfri! Det var på alle måder et rigtig godt ophold som jeg klart vil anbefale til alle, der besøger Saranda!

Ottima esperienza, la prima in Albania. Alloggio comodissimo, relativamente vicino ai principali servizi e spiagge. Aldo ci ha accolto molto bene, sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Siamo andati anche a Saranda e Ksamil, ottime spiagge un po’ più caotiche... Ah, abbiamo evitato Le vacanze in Italia per principio; per quanto mi riguarda se non abbassano la cresta possono crepare di fame. W l’Albania.

Wir sind als Gruppe von insgesamt 7 Freunden nach Velipoja gereist. Der Verkehr in der Hauptsaison vom Flughafen in Tirana nach Velipoja is etwas herausfordernd, aber unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Verkehrssituation in Albanien in Ordnung. Das Haus war optimal. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass es 3 Klimaanlagen gab und auch die Außenküche und deren Ausstattung war perfekt. Bei uns war aber leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Ansonsten hat uns Serkiz sehr geholfen, vor allem bei einem Problem mit der Airline, die den Koffer eines Freundes fälschlicherweise nach Polen geflogen hat. Auch die Empfehlungen unseres Gastgebers waren hilfreich bei der Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs. Sei es Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, da das Haus abseits der zentralen Touristenregion von Velipoja liegt, alle Restaurants, Bars und der Strand aber dennoch binnen 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden konnten.

A really great place to stay in the area, close to some nice restaurants and a 24h supermarket. The place was fairly difficult to find at night but Ledia was very helpful in navigating us and sending directions. A very clean and beautiful home, and the amenities such as the pool and parking were great, but no beach as mentioned. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for short or long term stay.

Nous avons passez plusieurs jours chez Nikola, qui nous as accueilli généreusement ! L’endroit est magnifique et est très bien situé si vous voulez visiter toute la côte. La vue depuis les chambres est splendide et vous pouvez même prendre un petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine ! Merci Niko !

Elio is heel erg gastvrij en prettig in de communicatie. Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben er een supertijd gehad!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Everything was great.

Huge apartment with a number of balconies and gorgeous views. It had a great, expansive feel to it and was well equipped, though the furnishings were quite Spartan. Ot was a very tranquil environment. It would have been even nicer with comfortable chairs or loungers on the main balcony. The roads to the house were in very poor condition, but we managed the drive ok. As a senior, the path to the nearby cove was too difficult for me, and walking to town strenuous. The hosts were kind and helpful. Anna was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Die Unterkunft ist günstig gelegen, sehr ruhig und etwas abseits von dem restlichen Trubel in Ksamil. Perfekte Lage und wunderbare Unterkunft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Limos ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich liebevoll um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir waren sehr gern hier und kommen auch sehr gern wieder.

The host was very helpful getting me checked in and everything I needed was in the room. It was easy to get into and everything was extremely clean, but was comfortable and shower was good.

Rustige plek om te verblijven in een zeer toeristische stad, gelegen vlakbij Butrint. Voorzien van alle comfort, goede airco en goede bedden. Geniet op het gezellig dakterras van pizza van Savos of ga uit eten bij de Fish Bar, beide goede tips van de verhuurder waarmee het vlot communiceren was. Hij stond voor ons op de uitkijk bij aankomst! Tip voor avonturiers: ga rijden met een Quad via Albanië Quad Tours!

I had an incredible stay at this apartment! The sea view was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset over the water in evening was magical. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Bruna was absolutely fantastic, incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was quick and easy. The location was perfect , close to the beach. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Zaneta was an excellent host, and very helpful with all our requests. The flat is perfect for a big group, and very close to everything. We will come back!
