“Our stay was phenomenal while in town for a church organization conference from February 5-10. David was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs and requests. We truly appreciated his hospitality. We will definitely be booking this property again next year or anytime we’re in the area and need lodging for our family. 5 stars!”

This home is old and definitely has “the landlord special” (I.e. so much thick paint over everything lol), but honestly Ron’s description was spot on and we knew what we were getting into. We spent several days here while we evacuated Hurricane Milton and the home had everything we needed. It’s driving distance to lots of great local businesses from coffee to parks, grocery, shopping and the zoo. The neighborhood seems unsafe at first glance, but everyone was very friendly to us. The street itself is a beautiful tree lined street and if you go a few blocks up there’s beautiful homes and nicer roads. The AC worked great and even though the beds were small, my husband and I slept better than we do at home. There were a couple of broken curtain rods, and the sink drained slowly, but this place kept us safe and we are so grateful for that! Ron refunded us for the days we didn’t end up needing to stay and was always very responsive and kind!)

Beautiful home with excellent amenities. Very quiet location. We loved the outside porch area. Home was spacious and beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend Cortney’s place if you are in need of lodging in the area. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

By far Gaybriel’s Place was a home away from home! From the turn into the driveway to the welcoming foyer to the huge living room, dining room and kitchen! Continue on to the three huge comfy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub! We enjoyed ourselves immensely! It took us about three days just find our way around the house! Then take a walk onto the backyard and property, enjoy the grounds and have a blast! Thank you for an amazing week!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽💯

Had a wonderful week at the lake house! We were visiting family who live in Andersonville & Americus, which were ~45-60 min away. But there was enough room for two families at the house, and it was wonderful just hanging out on that amazing porch, and the kids had the best time running around.

Perfect place to stay, I am a travel nurse and Glens house worked perfect for the extended stay I needed Glen is a great host responsive and helpful Albany had the snow storm while I was there and I lost power Glen responded right away and helpful in ensuring my safety. I definitely recommend renting this house from Glen

The stay went well at this home. House was very well cared for and had plenty of rooms for us to use to accommodate our family. It is especially important to note that the abundant number of rooms made it easy to find a room for us to place a rented hospital bed for my wife who is quadriplegic. House location was convenient to all stores we needed and was just one mile from the family that we were visiting for Thanksgiving.

The house was much better in person than in the pictures. The screen porch was really nice and there was plenty of space for our group. The house and outdoor areas were clean and tidy.

When I first walked in to this place i was taken aback by how stunning and spacious it was. The place was very clean, neat, and my family loved it. This place really gave us the space to relax and enjoy coming back home to visit family. The host was also an angel as well and very responsive to all of our needs no matter the time of night. I will definitely be booking again!

Senthil is an excellent host. He's very prompt in his responses and accommodates accordingly! The unit is beautiful with a flowing river behind it! Spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities! More than enough sleeping space! My family will definitely use this location again!

Great tiny house

very quiet, beautiful and calming area. waterfalls were amazing. large property for kids to run and play. very comfortable inside and home feel.

Leon’s house was perfect for what we needed, super quick communication. Had a small hiccup that was handled within 5 minutes, I would absolutely re book when I come out for my next event. Kitchen is all new stuff, beds are comfortable. 10/10 accross the board

The property is amazing, with plenty of room. The bathroom is amazing and a soak in the tub is worth the drive! The property is very quiet and the neighborhood is lovely. Looking forward to another stay with Senthil!

Myself and a colleague stayed here while we were working the Sunbelt AG Expo. I brought my 2 pugs along. Perfect size for us - 2 BRs and 2 baths, all in clean and tidy order. The living room was comfy and along with the big screen on the wall, felt like home. There was only one issue and it happened the last morning we were there so they didn’t have the opportunity to fix it: the washer wouldn’t pump the water out. We had used it the few days previously but it stopped on the last day. I don’t consider that the renter’s fault so I didn’t think it should affect the star rating. Thanks you for the comfy stay! I’ll be looking you up next year when we come for the show!

I stayed here a little over a month . nice 2 bed, 2 bath house in a quite neighborhood, neighbors were friendly, was very clean and had all amenities listed in add. charcoal grille in backyard. yard is maintained every week. would stay again and would recommend.

Quiet, cozy quaint space! Very clean and easy to find coming from tourist outside of the city. Jay and his team were top notch in every interaction! I will be traveling more to Albany and will be booking with them again. Great job guys! Keep up the great work!!

The home was very cozy and nice. It was clean and functional for our group of 4. Will book again. It was a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at James' place. The house was easy to locate and in a good neighborhood. Plenty of shops around for picking up necessities. Beds were comfy and linen was clean. My only small suggestion would be to upgrade the kitchen cookware and utensils. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Good stay definitely get what you paid for just bring soap tissue towels and food you got hot water etc..
