Huge, retro house just 5 mins away from the mountain. Stayed over Presidents’ weekend with 6 adults and 4 kids. Beautiful family/great room with a massive dining table. Very warm and cozy. Bring sleeping masks tho - some bedrooms had upper windows that didn’t have shades (lower had shades for privacy). Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Wanderlust in Windham for our friend’s 50th birthday, with three families (6 adults, 5 kids). The house was perfectly designed for groups, giving the kids plenty of space to enjoy while the adults had their own areas to relax. The ski-in/ski-out access made getting to the mountain effortless, and after long days on the slopes, the hot tub and speakeasy were a huge hit! The house had everything we needed to unwind, celebrate, and make lasting memories. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—when we encountered a tripped breaker and needed to troubleshoot the hot tub, they provided clear instructions within minutes, making the whole experience stress-free. Overall, this was a fantastic stay that allowed us to focus on enjoying our time together without worrying about the details. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious, well-appointed, and conveniently located getaway in Windham!

Andrey's place was better than the pictures describe. I really enjoyed the heated floors and cozy warm atmosphere. The place was minutes away from Hunter mountain which is perfect for families with children who would like to take breaks at the home after hitting the slopes. Andrey was very responsive when I needed an answer to a few questions. Great experience overall!

Martina’s place is the perfect weekend retreat for couples! The open layout, high ceilings, and breathtaking views of the mountains and river create a serene escape, especially after the hustle of city life. Both the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy as much time indoors as we did outdoors. The location strikes a perfect balance—secluded enough to feel peaceful, yet close to a variety of charming Upstate destinations. Misto in Red Hook offers incredible food, and we had a great time exploring the shops in Hudson. Martina was a fantastic host, and we’re already looking forward to returning in the summer!

This is the second year we have stayed at Morgan’s home, and it is spacious, welcoming, clean, and very well equipped! This year we had much better conditions than last year (snow!) and walked down the road and skied right on to the mountain. It’s a few minutes, but is not any worse than trying to find a parking space when there are none and walking up all of those steps! It was awesome! Morgan is attentive and communicative and our large family absolutely love staying and can’t wait to come back!

Jay's home is easy to arrive at and make a home away from home in minutes. It was clean, inviting and quiet! We enjoyed the quick ride to the ski slopes and the walk to Phoenicia's antique mall. The home is well-stocked and made cooking a meal at home no problem. Jay answered our questions within moments and made the stay relaxed and truly a get-away. We highly recommend his delightful home.

Great place to disconnect from the city. The sounds of nature at night were quite soothing and it was extremely peaceful to wake up to wake up with the stream in the backyard. We look forward to coming back and hopefully staying a full week!

A great place to stay. Truly she thought of everything. The only thing stopping anyone from having a great time in this place is just bad luck. The hot tub is so nice, and a lot nicer than a typical at home tub. The chalet was a great space and decorated incredibly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb with a large group, and it was an excellent choice. The house was well-equipped for our needs, with a pool, games, pool tables, and recreational items in the basement that kept everyone entertained. Outside, the hot tub was a standout feature—perfect for warming up at night after a chilly day. The kitchen and living room had everything we needed, and we encountered no issues during our stay. The host was highly communicative, providing clear instructions and ensuring a seamless experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with a big group.

What a wonderful respite! Casey's home is perfect this time of year, with gorgeous local hiking, restaurants a short drive away, and breathtaking views right outside of the kitchen window! The area was very quiet and peaceful, the property has a creek in the back yard that is private and serene, a wonderful place to meditate and get grounded. The kitchen is recently renovated and has beautiful fixtures, it was actually very fun to cook here! I look forward to coming back with a larger group of loved ones, I know we'll have a wonderful time!

The place is great, it’s secluded and has beautiful surroundings. The home itself is a bit old but it still felt comfortable and cozy. We greatly enjoyed having the fire place and a relaxing hanging chair. The sauna cannot really be used - it does not have the light and is quite dusty. To be fair though, it’s not listed in the official description. I think for the price the home is great! The view, fireplace, and atmosphere (board games, music player, plants, no TV) are amazing! I recommend this place 👍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was amazing, and the host was exceptional. It's conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and bars. The house sits on the waterfront and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. There are endless activities available both on the property and in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back in the future.

We had a great time at this Airbnb! The beds were super comfy and it was super close to Hunter Mountain for skiing, Kaaterskill falls for hiking, and tannersville for cute shops! The only comment is that the water does smell a little weird. I would recommend bringing your own water for drinking. Also be warned that the pans were stored inside the oven so take them out before you preheat it.

We stayed here for a ski trip with 7 adults and 4 children, and both the adults and kids absolutely loved it.Communication with the host was very smooth. First and foremost, the location is incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute drive from Hunter Mountain Ski Resort. The interior is warm and inviting, with beautiful nostalgic decorations. The living area is spacious and features an open kitchen, allowing everyone to gather, enjoy a glass of wine, cook together, and have great conversations over meals. With three bathrooms, there was never any congestion. We visited in the winter, but we believe it would also be a perfect getaway for a summer retreat.

Our family loved our stay at Katie and John’s house! It was perfect for a ski weekend at Belleayre being close to the mountain and we also loved that we had an incredible view of it from the house. The house was spotless and Katie & John were very quick to respond. They reached out during our stay to make sure we were all settled and have everything needed, which we appreciated. Had a great relaxing stay. So thankful for this house being dog friendly, my dogs had a great time. It was so nice being able to watch them be dogs on a nice sized property.

We loved this cabin! It was a perfect size for our family of 4 and 2 large breed dogs. It has a great location, so close to the river and hiking trails. The hosts have carefully thought of so many amenities such as the electric Blackstone, awesome outdoor areas for hanging and s’mores and great family games for the times you may want to stay inside. We loved it so much that we booked with this host again at another one of their larger cabins in the same area to come up with more family at the end of the summer. We DEFINITELY recommend this cabin and hosts, it was a memorable time with our family.

This was our second stay at Stone's Camp. It was just as great as the first stay. It's very private, peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed hiking around the area and never had to leave the property in our car during our 4 night stay. The walk from the camp down the abandoned road to the washout is perfect. Our dogs enjoyed being off leash and exploring the woods and stream. It was especially nice for our 15 yro dog who is now unable to tackle larger hikes. Nights were spent enjoying a campfire by the babbling stream on rain free nights. Rainy nights were spent playing cards and games around the table indoors. If you are looking for something quiet, private and love to be outside and away from it all this is the place for you. If you have dogs it's the place for them as well. Thank you again, Chuck, for sharing your piece of paradise and thanks for accommodating our daughter and her boyfriend at the last minute who surprised us with a visit from the West Coast. We hope to be back!

We loved this house. The space is even more cozy than the pictures. There's so many little touches that really make the space, heated floors, super comfortable bed, toys and books stashed away for the little ones. The location is about as close as you can get to Hunter skiing, and there's so many cute restaurants and activities around. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice cabin, with a fireplace, about 15 minutes from Belleayre mountain. Everything we needed. The host was very friendly and responsive which was helpful when we had a few questions about the place. Our family would stay here again.
