This was our second year staying at the house over President's Day weekend and it was just perfect, again. We have a big group -- 10 adults, 10 kids -- and we're able to make it work comfortably. It is a very welcoming and homey house - one that's clearly been a part of the family for a long time. There are a lot of bedrooms and lots of character. The kitchen is well stocked. The dining room can fit all of us. Honestly, we have nothing but positive things to say about it.

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

Great escape for the weekend. Everything was as advertised, but it was surprisingly close to the center of Woodstock, which we didn't expect and it made it easy to wander around. A "things to do" type of guide would have been helpful, though we found a superior restaurant and places to hike close by. The waterfall is wonderful to be next to. We would come back.

This is the second time we've stayed at Juan's place and it still exceeded all expectations. Hands down, this is one of the best AirBnBs we've ever stayed in! It's luxurious, comfortable and private and feels like you're staying at a friend's home who has fabulous taste. Its proximity to Catskill and Hudson is hard to beat. There's lots to explore in the Hudson Valley, but this special home also provides the opportunity to be perfectly content relaxing onsite.

It was very clean, well-stocked in terms of bathroom and kitchen amenities, and had plenty of space for a large group to both spread out and find common areas. Hot tub, games, and large tables with plenty of seating. The host was responsive with any issues or questions we had. Very nice place!

We were very happy with the space. The house was perfect; rooms beautiful, kitchen fully equipped, many bathrooms, hot tub was perfect for our group, and the game room was huge. We did some snow sledding in the area and a short hike, the area is beautiful. The hosts were responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

We had the most amazing getaway weekend at Gal’s stunning home. Unlike other hosts, Gal was extremely proactive in reaching out and super responsive with any questions we had. The living space was very spacious with the huge living room couch plus the additional basement and game room areas that felt like a completely different side of the house. The bedrooms also had more than enough space to accommodate our group of 8 people. Our favorite part of the house was the backyard and hot tub area. It was extremely relaxing and peaceful. The fire place also kept us nice and warm and kept the living room nice and cozy. I would 100% rent this home again for the next time we look for a quick getaway weekend. This was a great value for what we got and we will definitely be returning in the future.

This house is gorgeous!! Our group had a fantastic time. There is so much space, plenty of room for the three families we had staying there. All the kids loved it at Jean's house, from the babies to the 5 year old there was plenty to do and lots of amenities. The theater room was a huge hit! The hot tub was perfect for the adults and we loved how close it was to the house so we could run in after getting out! The view was fantastic even in the winter. We are already talking about coming back in the summer to enjoy the gorgeous infinity pool. This place is really special and we will be talking about it for a long time.

Our stay at the house was amazing! Place is very spacious so our guests were very comfortable! Plenty rooms and beds to sleep in. Kitchen is stocked up. There is everything you need ti make meals. We absolutely loved it!! Our group had people whi ski and hike . Everyone had plenty to do!! Definitely recommend that place! If we ever go back to Vermont we’ll stay there for sure!! The property itself was immaculate — beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect too! Just a short walk from hikes, and local cafes, we were able to enjoy lazy mornings by the and evenings exploring the charming neighborhood. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations for activities and dining spots nearby. We truly felt like we were staying with friends rather than in a rental property. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to return to this Airbnb for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a slice of paradise!

Gautam was very responsive and extremely kind! The property had a huge backyard. You don’t need to ever leave the premise. The pool, yard, and gazebo were the perfect place to spend the weekend. Each bedroom has a bathroom and had great privacy. It was a great weekend!

I stayed at Andrew’s place for a few days in March. Although, it was colder than we expected, the house had lots of amenities to keep our group entertained (billiards, hot tub, shuffleboard, chess, etc.). The property was also beautiful as it is surrounded with trees with plenty of large windows to appreciate the views inside. Andrew was also very communicative and sent helpful reminders about the weather and check-in / out process. I would definitely stay at this AirBnB again!

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

The place was great and wish i had more time there. We were just looking for a quick overnight with two bedrooms, which this was, but it seemed like a lovely place for a vacation.
