Enjoyed my stay at Melvins. The place had everything I could have possibly wanted, all the amenities you will find at home, internet, tv, kitchen, a comfy living room. Will stay there again if I am back in Bicol

Such a lovely time we had in the place. It was close to the places we wanted to visit even the local market was in walking distance as well! The place itself is so clean and everything we needed was there already!

Super super clean.. Great view plenty of space friendly owners. this stay has it all.. the access road is a little hard to access / narrow , so educate yourself in advance.. I would suggest a video from the host to the potential guests

A peaceful place , clean, and affordable and a very responsive host. Place has a beautiful viewing dect for Mayon Volcano. All of us were happy to watch the perfect cone of Mayon volcano.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is a bit tucked away, but its proximity to SM Legazpi Mall made up for it. Rey was incredibly responsive, and overall, it was a great experience. We'd definitely stay here again!

The place is very homey, quiet and close to the local market, 7eleven.. We arrived late & haven't eaten our dinner but thankfully they recommmeded a cafe that could deliver food to us. We also got our tour guide for our day tour in albay thru Ms. Caroline.. We stayed for 2nights at their place.. Will definitely recommend the place. Thanks for having us! We enjoyed our brief stay in Albay❤️

Great place to spend the night to rest before heading to Tabaco port. Peaceful surroundings. We were worried that there was no heater in the bathroom, but we found the water very refreshing. Would definitely come back here. Highly recommended!

Very nice place it’s a new build and everything is need. It’s right off the diversion road and 5 minutes from McDonalds. It’s off a side street so you have to look carefully but is worth the effort. The WiFi worked great as well as all the appliances and hot water. It’s a nice place with a very responsive host.

Jaime's place was a wonderful experience. The location, the staff, all of it. The place itself was extremely clean and well equipped. The mgmt always available. Since it is on the 4th floor, the trash was constantly monitored and removed immediately whem full. The deck was swept daily and mats automatically replaced as needed during the rains. The huge covered deck was a blessing as it could be used rain or shine. Air con worked well. A very convenient location in a busy area across from the park. Many trikes available at all times. Robinsons within walking distance and many restaurants and pharmacies. There are three flights of stairs up to be aware of. It was no problem for us. Toney, Gretchen and the mgr Oliver amazingly friendly and professional. Thank you!

Good place! Good value for money. Location is central with a short walk to center. You have everything you need near by. Internet is working well and no concerns. The only drawback is that the house becomes very hot and humid. There is a AC in the bedroom so its fine to sleep. But rest of house is very hot even though there is fans available. Depending on your tolerance its something to consider. Host is good and reliable so no concerns whatsoever.

This was my second time booking the same room. I felt right at home. I needed short stays to visit my partner while being able to work on the go and figuring out my more permanent place in Legazpi City. One nitpick I have with the place is that I'm too tall for the shower LOL. I'm 6 feet tall so I guess that's on me and it shouldn't be a problem for anyone smaller than me. Nonetheless, I had a very great stay at Andy's Place. Restaurant recommendations for tourists: Arroy Mack's - They serve southeast asian fusion food just about 8 minutes of a walk. Mamay's - My absolute favorite. They serve god-tier burgers and fries. Although It's farther away; Old Albay. You'd have to take a jeep to the Albay Astrodome and walk 5 minutes from there. Marison Hotel - They have a few restaurants (more bougie ones) in this hotel that you can choose from and it's just a 3 minute walk from Andy's Place. I hope you guys find Albay great, and Andy's Place is a great start to make it feel like home.

The place is somehow hard to find if you'll just depend on local maps or waze. Good thing that the host is super responsive and is clear with her instructions using photos so were able to find it right away. It's hard to drive in the area if you're using a big car like us (Isuzu MUX) because the roads are too narrow and there are cars parking on the street. But you'll find it easy if you have a small car like wigo or any small sedan type car. I like it though that they have a quiet neighborhood and a safe parking lot. The place doesn't have a shower heater so it's hard to take a bath. Good thing that they have a small electric kettle but it took me 5 to 6 rounds of heating before i finish taking a bath. it's time consuming on my end so I hope that they can install shower heater soon. The bedroom can only accommodate up to 3 pax. They have a strong airconditioning unit though because the unit is installed inside the room, yet it make the living room cold as well.

Always love staying at this place due to having to be in the city from manila. Thank you for hosting me again.

2nd time to stay here. we absolutely love the peaceful neighborhood. the accommodation was easy to find especially if you pin the water station. the room is spacious, with separate kitchen and toilet with hot and cold shower 😇 this place made us feel like it's our second home in legazpi. will highly recommend to family amd friends and will surely come back next time 🙏

The host was very responsive and ma'am daisy was the one that assisted us throughout our stay. The garage was enclosed and secured, the place is spacious, compared to the pictures. Rice cooker was provided upon our request. We will definitely book again in the near future. thank you

Ms. Sonia was very responsive and accommodating. She even let us stay past check out time since it’s been rainy during our stay and we needed more time to get back from where we were. Will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient place to stay and close to everything and host and caretakers were good too

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

The area was quite at night and we don’t have any problems communicating with owner. Help is always available whenever we need a help.

I am happy with my stay and will book it again 😁👍
