This house was a phenomenal stay for my wedding weekend. I love old southern houses and this place blew me away. Katie was very accommodating and responsive.

This was a perfect two night getaway with our family. The house is very clean. The views are beautiful. There are lots of things to do in the area not far from the house. We enjoyed taking the short path to the brewery for a couple of meals. The food is great! We sat by the fire and soaked in the hot tub. Martha’s instructions were very easy to follow to check in and checkout. She was very responsive. We appreciate that she also offered plenty of suggestions for things to do in the area. We had a lovely second stay at Wildwood! Accommodated two families with several kiddos easily and comfortably. Space is private with beautiful views of mountains and near a number of wineries and interesting things to do (one day we visited Monticello and another day we drove into Charlottesville, for example). Super cozy inside with tons of places outside for kids to run around. Great experience all around.

This was my first Air BnB experience. I was most pleased with the experience. The home was clean, well stocked and imminently comfortable. Great location, on a quiet residential street with easy access to all of the events we had planned. Sara was a delight, easy to work with, generous and helpful.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a Charlottesville weekend. The Host was super accommodating and helpful, and took the time to meet us at check in and explain the space as well as provide information regarding things to do in the surrounding areas. She also made herself available for any other inquiries that we had both in the time leading up to the reservation and while we were there. The property itself has an excellent location close to many of the attractions in UVA and the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again the future.

Bill's awesome. My family spent Thanksgiving at his place and I reached out ahead of time to find out if there's a mixer for our whipped cream. I would've brought mine from home, but within 2 minutes, he had ordered one to be delivered prior to our arrival! He responded to my questions within minutes. Adorable kitchen worked well for our TG prep. Dining room is in a cozy window-laden spot that was perfect for doing puzzles. Bedrooms have really comfy beds and linens. Bathroom is small, but has everything you need - plenty of fresh thick towels and the water pressure is impressive. Ping-pong table = fun. Backyard was perfect for our dog when we didn't have the time to spend in Court Square Park, conveniently located right down the road. There are two off-street well-lit parking spaces. And the location is fun - eat, drink and shop; catch a movie; just walk around and stumble upon a street performer. All good. UVA is a short walk down Main Street, cideries and wineries a short drive. Go!

Erica was a super-friendly, pro-active and very responsive communicator who gave clear and helpful responses and instructions. Fantastic dealing with her. The snacks/treats and coffee provided were an unexpected but really welcome treat after days hiking in the mountains. Great location for access to Charlottesville and surrounding mountains, wineries and brewpubs. A couple distant trains roll through during the night, but a little white noise from my phone easily negated that. Highly recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient for all of our activities. The place was very clean and comfortable. The hosts provided clear directions and helpful notes that made everything seamless. We appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

Very much enjoyed a short but sweet stay in this cabin! Appreciated the little touches including both fireplaces being set up for use upon arrival & maps of the area being laid out on the kitchen island. This quiet, pet-friendly Airbnb was a great escape for the weekend. Thank you for having us 🙂

It was such a pleasure to stay here. Susan is a fantastic host and it was a wonderful surprise to find the fridge stocked with donuts from the local donut shop! Check in and check out were a breeze and it was nice to stay somewhere that didn’t have a laundry list of check out instructions. If I ever make another trip to Charlottesville, I will be staying here again.

I booked this house for my bridal party and myself to stay at the night before my wedding. The house was super close to my wedding venue at Hardware Hills Vineyard! Our stay was perfect and the house was exactly as described. It was nice to wake up on the morning of wedding and walk outside on the porch and watch the sheep. Loved it!

We loved using the pool and the patio/grill area. The view and the landscaping are beautiful. The owner was helpful and responsive; she supplied firewood and charcoal. Plenty of dining space both indoors and out. Good A/C.

Hidden Gem definitely deserves its name! Beautiful views with things to do in the area. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our weekend getaway!!

Becky’s house was absolutely perfect for a relaxing, winery bachelorette weekend! We could not have picked a better place. The location was more than ideal- close to town and all of the wineries that we visited but still the quiet, isolated country feel we were hoping for. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was extremely spacious, clean, and the views were beautiful. Becky and her staff were informative and responsive. We had such a great weekend, we are already talking about planning our next girls getaway!
