This house was fabulous! It was absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, as was the porch off the family room. The kids' rooms upstairs were roomy, and the master bedroom was gorgeous! Everything worked as it should, no issues with the appliances or the TVs. The house was centrally located and close to everything we wanted to do. It was a wonderful stay all around!

Lisa was so accommodating and extremely supportive with her effective communication. Her response time to my emails were very helpful. The house was in great condition and the pictures captured the house perfectly. I couldn’t have chosen as better place to celebrate with my family for my brother’s birthday. The jacuzzi added an extra layer of comfort and relaxation while my family enjoyed many games that the house offered such as axe throwing, backyard connect four and more. I have nothing complaints and if I ever were to go back to the outer banks, I would surely stay here again! Thank you Lisa ❤️

Great place to stay if you don’t want to be “right on the beach”. Walk to beach with a family and “all the beach things” would be rough. It was just my wife and I and our dog so not too bad of a walk. Would stay again at any of Michael’s properties as the house was very clean and everything was in great working order. The horses stopped by several times a day. It was magical. Just a short drive to the ocean where we conveniently parked our car on the beach. We had plenty of room on the beach. People were not on top of each other. It was a wonderful vacation! The house was spacious and nicely decorated. the kitchen was well stocked.

We stayed here during off-season. The area was quiet and we felt safe upon our arrival. The home was clean and all amenities were provided. It was beautiful inside and very spacious! Our favorite part was the hot tub, which we spent a large portion of our time in 😁 the stay was great and definitely worth it! Scott was very responsive and provided clear information. We would absolutely recommend!

We absolutely loved our week at Outer Banks. Sushma was a great host, the house is situated in a beautiful area and has everything you could wish for. The beaches and in particular the sunsets were breathtaking. We enjoyed long walks at the beach and the pool and jacuzzi afterwards!

We had a great time at Flip Flop Life! The place was spotless and we felt right at home. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and a baby. We were close to great food, beach access, and we highly recommend checking out the sound park. Cathy was super friendly and helpful. I hope to visit again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is clean and welcoming, and the provided bikes are a fun way to experience the neighborhood. We came to relax and this was the perfect area for that! Jessica is very communicative and helpful if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway.

It was our first time in the Outer Banks and we will definitely be back! We had a great time and we thought the location was perfect! It was so easy to walk right to the beach and with little kids it was easy to go back-and-forth during the day if we needed to go back to the house. The pool at the house was really nice, and the pool at the ocean was nice if we needed to take a break during the day when we were already down by the Beach. Avi was a great host and made sure that we had everything we needed. They had so much in their closet of stuff. I probably wouldn’t pack as much of my own stuff next time because it was already there.

Great location, perfect walk to the beach, almost like oceanfront. Great hang out space and kitchen. Lots of extra blankets, fan for the white noise people. Great outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Walk to the beach was quick and not too challenging. Clean pool and hot tub!!! Would definitely come back!!!

Colleen's place was clean, great location right on the boardwalk and at a great value for my family's needs. Recommend if you're looking for a place right on VA Beach with lots of amenities in walking distance and especially if you just want to lay on the beach all day.

Matthew and Janet were the best hosts we have ever had! From communication leading up and during the trip to everything we could have needed being available (including having all of the beach essentials so we didn't have to pack). We have an annual trip with another family and we both have a 4 year old and the location cannot be matched for families! The pool was a great addition for the littlee. We will definitely be back!

This gem was PERFECT for our family of 5! The house is fully remodeled with beautiful decor and a bright open concept. The layout is simple, the beds were comfortable, and even though we stayed here in November, I used the outdoor shower every day! The house gives a quaint cozy feel which is hard to find when so many houses in the area are massive, but this is just what we needed for our little family. My kids absolutely loved the hot tub! Underneath the house is a super cool hangout area with a bar, a hammock, a ping pong table and other seating. It was such a fun spot to hang out. It’s a five minute walk to the beach which was absolutely perfect. We made so many fun memories in this house. As for our hosts, they were impeccable. Incredibly responsive and proactive. They truly care about their guests and it shows not only in their communication, but with how well kept the house is. We highly recommend this home! You’ll love it just as much as we did!!
