From: The Ladies (70+yo old girlfriends who visited) The airbnb was very comfortable and convenient to the beach. Christina was wonderful and answered immediately the few times we called with a question. She even went above and beyond and left us breakfast goodies/items and then provided puzzles to borrow once we told her that we enjoyed them. She was patient with us senior ladies :). We also appreciate your hospitality during our stay also. Maybe the one suggestion that I would make is that one of the bedrooms upstairs should probably have 2 twin beds instead of a double bed, therefore everyone could have their own bed. We would stay here again on our next Va beach visit! Thanks for everything!

it was expensive and cleaning charges were high. the place is walkable to beach , easy access , clean. the balconies are great features

Place was comfortable and host was extremely responsive. Plenty of space for my husband, myself, and our two kids. We didn't find ourselves in need of anything. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pool and nearby beach. Laundry room was a big plus. Definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks Michelle!!

I loved everything about the inside of their beautiful home. Clean, well decorated. It is a smart home so someone older may not know how to get the lights on. The outside could be beautiful, furniture needed cleaning before we use it. It didn’t do any justice to the inside, kinda took away from it Very, very responsive. I would totally stay with them again, if they’d have us. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay for our first time at VA Beach. Close to everything easy walk to great food and fun. Very comfortable space.

Meticulously maintained and extremely clean! Nice touches such as a welcome card and loaf of bread, snack basket and wine in the fridge. Pantry well stocked with cleaner, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. Great location, very close to the Virginia Beach Town Center, great restaurants and shopping. Also very close to major roads. Rosemary was very responsive and even came on a holiday to replace the batteries in the front door keypad.

This is our second time staying at the Beacon Villas. We love the location because it allows us to easily access the beach and all the amenities that Corolla Light Resort has to offer. The condo is the perfect size for our family - plenty of space and privacy when needed. It was very clean and looked exactly as described. When we return to Corolla, Beacon Villas will be first on our list of places to stay.

Nice and spacious for large families or groups

Highly recommend! Excellent location! The property is just a couple of blocks from the oceanfront, and in a prime location for walking to restaurants, concerts, stores, and shops. All of the rooms were exceptionally clean and uncluttered. Lisa was prompt in responding to our questions, and followed up to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Loved the rooftop (nice partial ocean/city views), and balconies on each floor. It is a bit pricey for a single paying family, but the large spacious bedrooms, privacy, 2-car garage, large balconies, open kitchen, fireplace, spacious bathrooms, rooftop, and location, made it worth my stay when compared to the more expensive hotels. If you are not use to stairs (no bedroom on main floor), this floor plan may be a bit challenging. I would recommend not trying to navigate all the stairs at once, but instead, taking a short break to visit the person/persons on each floor before continuing to the top. Otherwise, good exercise, great place!

It’s very convenient and accessible to beach, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed cycling to boardwalk and first landing state park. Highly recommended!

What else can I say but I loved this getaway! Just me and my pup Daisy, we had a wonderful time. Cozy house for the chilly weather, many things to do outdoors. Really loved the Duck Boardwalk, Wright Brothers Memorial, etc...lots of things to do! My pup has anxiety so I can't leave her very long in a new space, so I didn't go out to restaurants, but chose to stay in an cook my meals. This kitchen had everything I needed to cook a variety of meals. But the most important part of the stay was Cayce & Reese! Not only did I feel safe (traveling alone), but I was so well taken care of. Quick responses, for any questions or needs. AND they dug me out of 8+ inches of snow drifts when it snowed a lot the night before I was set to leave. Above and beyond getting the space ready for me to haul all my stuff out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back! 10/10

Our family of 4 with 2 young kids had a wonderful vacation for 2 weeks at the Sun Setter!! The location was perfect for walking to the beach/park/playground or a quick drive to the 4x4 beach that we love to do. As any parent knows, it’s all about convenience, accessibility, and entertainment options for the little ones. It was very nice to have the options of the indoor and outdoor pools depending on weather in the resort community. We took tons of walks around the nearby neighborhoods and could even walk to the resort playground in the evening to tire the kids out. Although we did our own cooking at the house, you are near tons of shopping and restaurants. Loved being 5 minutes from Food Lion. We did enjoy a few trips to the local bakery Northern Lights for some tasty treats and my Starbucks-similar drinks (again you can walk there if you want). Overall, it was a perfect place for our family to vacation in the OBX.

Great stay in VA Beach. Helen was easy to communicate with. Close to beach and lot of restaurants within walking distance. Condo was nicely stocked with kitchen essentials if you wanted to stay in and cook. Nicely stocked with beach essentials with carts to tow as well.

This property was the home away from home that I needed. The home felt cozy and provided the comfort that I needed for an extended stay. The pictures provided are real! Brandy was a great host and her communication is top notch. The primary room was spacious and the en-suite was just what I needed after a long day at work. The kitchen was clean and not cluttered, which made it easy to cook meals. In the evenings, I enjoyed sitting on the couch, with the fireplace on and watching TV. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend this property and Brandy as a host.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It provided plenty of space for our group of five to dine and relax comfortably. The upstairs area was especially spacious, and we were well-supplied with essentials like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh, fluffy towels. The washer and dryer were brand new, adding to the convenience. The outdoor space was perfect for soaking up the sun, and the neighborhood was ideally located near beaches, shopping, and excellent restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Virginia Beach!

Super place to stay. The view was Awesome and the place itself was very clean and inviting. There was nothing they missed . They had thought of everything and our stay was really enjoyable ! The kitchen was very well stocked , for us to cook a great dinner one night to stay away from a storm , and the sunsets were breathtaking. We hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Sue’s Virginia Beach home! The house was very pleasant, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect base for our trip. It was also conveniently located, just a short drive/walk from the beach and nearby attractions. Michael and Sue went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering helpful tips and being incredibly accommodating. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I had such a wonder stay. very beauty area and place. I didn't want to leave. The place was clean, beds were comfortable(which is important!) and I really enjoyed the back door private patio. Restaurants and other stores were about 5/7mins away. Sara had good communicate and friendly. I would definitely book again. Thank you

I didn't pay attention to the fact that one bedroom is a loft, my fault. We had trouble getting in and the lock relocks itself quickly after opening. Beyond those items, the home is lovely, quiet and within walking distance of local coffee, food and the beach (😁). We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Loved our stay in Portsmouth, va. We were able to comfortably let our dogs out in the fenced in backyard with no worries. Neighbors were polite and quiet.

You will love Renee's cozy, comfortable place. It was exactly what we needed because it was located around the corner from our new Granddaughter. Place is in a beautiful, welcoming neighborhood by a river w/plenty of walkways. Convenient to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, religious services, doctors and airport. We would stay with Renee again because it feels like a home in a warm, welcoming community. Thank you Renee!
