Had a pleasant stay at the cabin, was a very cozy space and perfect for unwinding after a long day outside :)

We had a great long weekend here. We were able to check in a little early which was great. I'd highly recommend these cottages and I'd definitely look at stopping here again!

Liz & Dean made it very easy to enjoy our time there. They were communicative & welcoming, & we still had lots of privacy. Surprisingly one of our fave days was the day spent home in the rain, the cottage was so cozy. The rest of the days were spent in the sunshine, wandering the island & at the beach. The internet was not reliable, so I should have made sure we downloaded shows/podcasts ahead of time but we had lots of books luckily. This is a great spot as a home base to explore Hornby & we are grateful they shared their property with us.

Heather and Dan were wonderful hosts. The suite was perfect for our family and our son gelt comfortable quite swiftly. Heather and Dan were also very understanding of our 18 month old running around and that helped us feel right at home! Thank you both so much!

Sarah was a very friendly host and checked in if we needed anything. She accommodated us for an early check in, which we were so thankful for with our two children. We are a family of four and the kids LOVED sleeping in the loft bed! It was so fun and one of them actually asked if we can buy that little cottage and sell our house! We will definitely be back. We recommend this spot for families for sure! Oh and the motel across the street has a swimming pool open for the public to use. Perfect for this rainy Ukee afternoons! Thanks Sarah

What a lovely cabin at Janek & Shay's spot! We stayed three nights there and the bedroom in the loft was sooo comfortable and easy to sleep :-). I will mention that the March weather conditions in the Ucluelet area turned out to be far better than what we had expected, and we were able to go on two lovely walkways through the ocean Wild Pacific Trail that was just a couple minutes to drive from our cabin! The kitchen was great, which we used for our breakfasts, and the provided coffee was excellent! Of course, we also went for walks through the famous Long Beach areas and Tofino, both of which were not far to get to... so staying at Janek and Shay's cabin was a perfect choice for our vacation there!

I loved staying in cozy suite 3 overlooking the water!! Very clean and comfortable. Everything I needed for a get away. I would come back and stay in a heartbeat! Easy check in and out. Cabin was clean and in a beautiful location. Nice sauna and outdoor shower area. (The sauna didn’t get very hot so maybe it needs some maintenance)

Nestled on a beautiful farm it offered everything we needed. Cosy, comfortable and lots of personal touches made the stay extra special. Had a lovely evening grilling marshmallows on the fire with a hot chocolate. Shame we only stayed for one night!!

Heather was super accommodating and quick to respond to questions. The cabana had an amazing view and was very peaceful to enjoy the early mornings and sunsets

Stayed for 3 nights. Easy check in, place came as advertised. No complaints at all. The place is well screened from the main residence so there is good privacy. The bed was extremely comfortable. I have back problems and woke up with no aches or pains. Bathroom/shower is spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definately return if we are ever in the area again.

Loved this tiny home! We struggled a little bit to find the house in the dark and with google maps pointing us in the wrong direction, but after some careful scouting we were able to locate the house. The tiny house was so much fun! A careful balance between space utility and charm that left us wishing we had more time to spend here. Oh and the hot tub: bliss! Would go back in a heartbeat.

Cozy, clean and charming. The cabin was the perfect place for a little getaway for our anniversary. We love the wood burning fireplace and the covered area outside is nice. The bed is very comfortable!

The little home and location were perfect. Little home is well equipped with quality amenities and appliances. Very clean. The location is beautiful. Across from a wonderful stretch of beach and forest to the back. short drive to a multitude of small communities with all necessities we might require. Day trips to Ucluelet, Tofino, Denman Island, Hornby, Parksville, Courtenay are all easy day trips.

For our weekend away the weather was going to be terrible and so instead of camping in a tent as planned, we decided to book this cabin by the ocean. It was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The view, the campground, the beach, it was perfect. It’s a very special and quiet place. It’s a lot closer to Ucluelet and Tofino than we expected, so it’s also a good base camp to visit that area. We appreciated the thought that has gone into the cabin. There’s a tool or gadget for anything you could possibly need. Especially the fire place was really easy and nice to use. Thanks again!

Super fun to stay in a tiny home . My daughter (age 11) especially thought it was magical and is already planning to live in a tiny house . Can’t wait to book next visit!

Greenhill Retreat exceeded our expectations. Hosts Brad & Heather made us feel welcome minute we arrived and offer flexibility of privacy but also interactive when felt like socializing. Their place is in a beautiful peaceful location and was exactly what we needed, an escape from the city. The local tips and shared chatter made the stay a memorable one and we can’t wait to return again and recommend it to all our friends that need a rest and relaxing getaway. Oh and best surprise was the breakfasts, not only were they scrumptious and catered to my food intolerances with ease, they surprised with special touches which made my husbands day 🙏

Beautiful little spot away from the chaos of the city. We loved getting out on the kayaks for sunset and the cabin was clean/neat and just what we needed for a night while passing through. The outhouse was also close by and well maintained.

Rich welcomed us with a house in perfect condition, very clean and cozy. The location is great, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was easy, and everything was very comfortable. Definitely a place we’d love to return to. 100% recommended!

Chris's place was super sweet and cozy. the heated floor was amazing and with that we stayed toasty warm in pretty cold weather. even though it was a small space it worked very well due to the nice design, big windows, lack of clutter. the location was very convenient for trips to town to have lunch or pick up things from the store. it was great to explore the north end of the island.Thank you Chris for such a nice stay.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The place was spotless—immaculately clean with no dust anywhere. It was also incredibly private and quiet, making it the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Everything was exactly as described, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining such a comfortable space. Also, the host was very responsive and gave great recommendations around the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and undisturbed stay. I’d definitely come back!

The log cabin was amazing to stay in for two nights. Having the wood fire going every night made the cabin nice and toasty. I would stay again 100%
