From booking to check out, Justin provided an at ease guide for my work trip. I believe the binder with recommendations from restaurants to fun spots to visit was extremely helpful with navigating my down time in Clear Lake. Justin’s place was extremely clean and the renovated kitchen came together for a perfect spot to have home cooked meals away from home.

We stayed at Eaton's place again for one quick overnight stay. Everything was great! Eaton is friendly and responsive. We'll stay again in the future!

I would stay here again for sure. The proximity to Mayo made it so I could walk back and forth. The place itself is comfortable and nicely decorated. The apartment is not soundproof so I could hear the talking from downstairs but it never bothered me. Jeff came and shoveled the snow after a day of snow. This is a gem!

My husband and I had a lovely stay. The place was very clean and nice. It was very cozy and in a great spot.

Great little place to stay for the weekend, very cozy and clean. Loved the brewery downstairs as well. Check in was easy and history was very good with communication. We'll be back for sure in the summer.

Beautiful little space in a cute quiet neighborhood. It felt like you were tucked away but were actually very close to local restaurants, grocery stores and the highway, making it the perfect location to get around Rochester. We look forward to booking with Berni again!

We stayed here because one of us had surgery at Mayo, so we didn't do things around town or use the walking trail, etc. Things we really liked in the rental: memory foam toppers on the beds made them super comfortable; plentiful outlets and USB ports that were easily accessible; well-stocked kitchen; comfortable double recliners; and a lift recliner that was a godsend after surgery. John was very responsive with a couple of issues, and was easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend this rental.

This is a really cool old house, and Linda does an excellent job maintaining it and keeping guests comfortable. Great stay 👍

Ila is such a great host! The house is equipped with everything needed, and it’s all easy to find. The addition of home medical aids (shower bench, etc.) are so thoughtful!! With this being a medical trip, they were so appreciated. We had a comfortable and restful stay. We’d recommend Ila and her house to anyone!

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!! Very clean and great location for Downtown! Was great for our group of 9! Would easily sleep more!! 3 nice bathrooms ❤️

My family and I had a great time staying in Rochester! The house was so cozy, we felt right at home. Very spacious and clean as well! This house was also within walking distance to a great park, which was great for our toddler! Josh was always quick to respond and was very helpful. If we come to Rochester again we will stay here!

Bao was incredibly responsive to all of my communication. The house was exactly as listed, with three bedrooms on the ground floor (3 stairs to entrance), an upstairs bathroom with tub, a bed in the basement, and a second bathroom in the basement (shower stall format). Laundry worked well. Furniture was comfortable. Easy walk or drive to Mayo hospital (St. Mary's) and close to park trains that offered miles of walking along the river. Met all of our needs completely.

wow! wow! This is our 1st experience staying at an Airbnb. We needed a big place to have a surprise birthday party as well as our annual family Christmas party, so we rented the whole place. This place was a great price and so much space! Plenty of rooms, plenty of beds, just plenty of everything we needed. I had many questions and the hosts were so helpful and prompt with responses. The instructions were so helpful and very detailed. The place was neat, not a speck of dirt or stains anywhere. Beds were comfortable. Thank you to our hosts for making our 1st Airbnb experience so favorable.

Great place. Traveled to Mankato for work with a team of people and Chris's home was perfect for us. Enough comfy beds and lots of various cooking utensils. The place was very clean. 👍

The basement didnt have a door on it kinda works for big kids but we had a 2 year old with us , her communication was awesome the place was extremely clean easy to get in helpful nice check out was easy and she helped with the tv getting fixed very relaxing quite as all get out .

This was a great place, very clean, and very spacious. Although there was an issue with the electronic door when I first tried to enter, Scott was very quick to pick up the phone call and help me through the issue. While a part of a bigger apartment, it was quiet the whole time.

The view was wonderful and right on the lake. We enjoyed the deck and walking out on the dock. Paxton was responsive and the beds were comfortable!

My son and I stayed for medical reasons. We were looking for something close to the Mayo and easy access to both. It was about a 10–15-minute walk, although we didn't walk as much as we wanted because of weather and early appointments. The condo was very comfortable and quiet. It was great having two bedrooms and 2 baths. The accommodations were 1st Class and Kellie very flexible, as we did have many schedule changes and 3 weeks added to our heath care scheduling. Thanks so much for your vision of buildings these units so close to the Mayo and comfortable as well! Thanks for all!

Unit was cozy and warm, and had everything we needed. Located one turn from the interstate between both Mayo campuses with off street parking. Rita and Qamar are very responsive hosts. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice alternative to a hotel in Rochester.

Jackie’s place is superb. Best location to visit Rochester, especially if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic, walkable distance to many places. The place is huge, great for family like us. Many games provided for the kids: pingpong and board games. Big kitchen and living spaces. Jackie the host is super friendly, helpful and responsive. All communications are smooth and fast. Greta place to stay with a responsive host. I would highly recommend this location if you need a place to close to Mayo Clinic or the downtown area.
