Our stay was great. The location was excellent and walkable to the downtown area. The bedrooms each had a separate bathroom which was awesome and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.

We loved it! Hot tub was warm and inviting, views and amenities were as promised, appliances were all nice. We loved the coffee station and the pool table. Our bed (primary suite) was very comfortable and the bathrooms were bright and spacious. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for letting us enjoy the space!

Highly recommend if your visiting Bodega Bay for a few days. The location is fantastic and the home itself had everything you’d need along with detailed instructions on how to operate all of the included amenities. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous through the large living room windows and from the hot tub. We even got a treat at dusk when a group of 10 deer grazed in the front yard. We look forward to staying at this home in the future.

Amazing house with everything you need for a short or lengthy trip!! It truly feels like home. The deck and hot tub are just what you need to unwind and recharge. All of the surrounding ding towns offer different things to do as well as great food/coffee spots! David and his team were so accommodating and helpful!! We can't wait to come back!!!

Beautiful home with fun art and eclectic retro beach vibe. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay, was warm and cozy with the fireplace. There’s plenty of room for 6 in 3 private bedrooms, plus there’s also a sofa bed in one of the two separate living room areas. Beautiful, serene and peaceful location and views. Lots of dear, frogs and geese roaming around, we could hear seals while we were enjoying the hot tub (which was hot and ready to go when we arrived)! 😊 This was a girls trip for 3 friends age 55-ish and we loved everything about it… we had foggy weather most of the trip- but still beautiful! We had a massage therapist (Rebekah at fruition wellness is amazing!!) come to the house and set up in the master bedroom, what a treat. Just a 5 min drive to downtown Mendocino. Great house, don’t hesitate to book it!

We stayed at this home for 3 weeks and totally enjoyed the house the neighborhood and the surrounding area. The home was very comfortable, our host was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns and the neighbors made us feel like locals.

We loved staying at Kathy and Shane’s place in Bodega Bay. The house is extremely comfortable and well-located. We were a group of four friends and were able to cook together, eat at the large dining table, hang out in either the upstairs or downstairs, sitting areas, and enjoy the hot tub on the deck. The house was super clean and worked really well for us. The beds were very comfortable. We also found it to be a convenient location for touring with to the south to Point Reyes or to the coast north of Bodega Bay. We hope to return!

We were very comfortable and the place really met all of our needs. Michael is a super host - lots of very good recommendations! We found the restaurants in Healdsburg to be easy to get to and one in particular - Valette - was truly excellent from start to finish. We used the well equipped kitchen, bbq and hot tub. All in good working order. This is a semi rural setting - so you will hear roosters but it is otherwise very quiet. There is nice outdoor space for sitting on the patio - we were out most days hiking on the coast or cycling so we didn't use it but the cushions were refreshed before we left in time for Spring. The hosts live on the property but are in no way intrusive - in fact we didn't event actually meet them. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Enjoyed a lovely stay with family friends. We brought our toddlers, and they loved the toys and books at the house. Each bedroom is in a different corner of the house, so we enjoyed privacy and quiet even if one of them cried out in the middle of the night. Easy walk to a great playground down the street right by the river. Would visit again!
