We had an excellent 4 night stay in Erin's place. It's only about a mile from old town, which was really handy. The fenced backyard was very handy for our puppy. The apt was clean and comfortable and was well apportioned with coffees, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Newer washer and dryer. Everything worked as it should!

the place was as described and Chonour was a friendly responsive person. I felt safe there and I had a good rest. walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and bus stops. a good area to stay in Albuquerque.

This is my second time staying here and it was so lovely! All the hosts were so kind and communicative. They had pamphlets with recommendations of restaurants and activities. Everything was great, and I'd definitely stay here again!!

The place was clean and spacious. It is located in a quiet area and close to Old Town, which is very convenient.

Great location, easy to find and lots of local access. Love the enclosed patio, the beds were SO comfortable.

It is a cute setup and easy to navigate. The area is near lots of restaurants and places to shop and eat. Personally would stay here again

I will book again and again! Everything I needed for a longer stay. Thomas offers help checking in and available at a moments notice if needed. But did not need anything. This place is homey, easily accessible to university, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood that felt ( and is ) safe. Thank you !

I booked this Airbnb for my daughter and her fiancé, and it was a fantastic choice! The location in Nob Hill was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything they needed. The place itself was charming, very clean, and well-equipped. Dan was incredibly helpful when we needed to adjust the dates due to a last-minute change of plans, and his communication was quick and accommodating. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this spot to any family or friends visiting Albuquerque!

While everyone else was price gouging during the International Balloon Fiesta, Cliff rented out a beautiful place at a good price. He was communicative, available, and helpful. Beautiful property at a beautiful location.

I had a really wonderful stay here! The value is amazing. The apartment felt very secure and clean. There were a few bumps as far as a period when the WiFi and the heater were down but Jim was very responsive to fixing problems. I must say, the photos (at least when I booked) don't quite do the apartment justice as far as showing how bright and cozy it is. The apartment is also situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood with walking distance to some nice parks and convenience stores. It really was such a lovely home for two months :)

I am a traveling healthcare professional and stayed in this apartment for 4 months. This unit was perfect - I felt right at home throughout my stay. It looks just like the photos and has a good amount of natural light to brighten up the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything you need. The shower water pressure was excellent. The unit has a huge back yard. The hosts were amazing and super responsive to any of my needs. There is a reserved parking spot for the unit as well. Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment.

The bed was incredibly soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also felt very safe in the area, which was a huge plus. Mike and Barb's Airbnb is in a very convenient location in a nice Albuquerque neighborhood. I stayed for 4 nights and found the Airbnb very spacious for one, with a kitchen, living room and dining room. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The hosts have given a lot of thought to guest comfort, and from necessary kitchen utensils to bedroom reading lighting, I thought the amenities were everything needed. Barb's may be the only Airbnb that provided coffee/tea mugs larger than what I have at home - much appreciated! There are restaurants a short drive away, as well as a Whole Foods with a buffet setup for meals to go. The neighborhood is quiet and I didn't notice any traffic noise. Barb was responsive and reassuring when my flight and arrival were delayed, and I appreciated that she met me on arrival to direct parking and walk me to the entrance. I would stay here again when visiting Albuquerque.

Place was perfect for what I needed! Quiet had all the amenities and close to travel assignment. With plenty of stores in surrounding area!

We had a wonderful stay at Arturo's listing! He was incredibly kind and very responsive throughout my visit. The place was clean and comfortable, and the private patio area made it all a perfect getaway. I highly recommend staying here!

the unit was different than shown in the pictures, but it was fine. there are several buildings within the compound, so it took a little bit to find the specific building (since my apple maps did not route us to the proper gate of the compound). perhaps sending a map of the complex would help. we had a very enjoyable stay. we made use of the gym and hot tub (the pool was closed due to a dust storm the day of arrival). very quiet, allergen friendly, convenient location.

Drew's place was wonderful. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were AMAZING! We truly enjoyed our stay.

A sweet little casita, with just the right amount of room to be comfortable. I appreciated the small touches such as charging ports in multiple places. The tiny kitchen is the right size for heating up a meal. These adobe walls around the property give you a sense of being removed from the street, giving it a peaceful feel. Only a few blocks away is the Nature Center and paths along the Bosque, a wonderful retreat. There are great coffee shops (Cutbow , La Luz) and a Co-op grocery store in the neighborhood.

GREAT PLACE!! The hosts are super responsive, kind, and set you up for success. I appreciate how clearly they communicate. The home is super cute and simple and very clean. The hot tub is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.
