Great place but small. Not an issue - it's posted as space for one person but just be aware. Delightful. Sitting area, bed, kitchen area, and for me the coup de gras was the outside space - a table with two chairs in the garden area where I spent a few contented hours just reading. All about 1/3 mile from the bosque, another reason I chose this place. Yes, there is only one (kitchen) sink where you will do your daily self-ministrations, but well, that's why it's listed as space for one person. Another reviewer complained about insects? Bugs? the place is ground level in a natural garden. I get that you don't want such visitors in bed, but I had inconsequential issues. Fresh coffee and filters were on-hand, and some welcoming fruit and snacks.

We had the best experience!!! Not only was the house beautiful and spacious did I mention comfortable but they didn’t miss a single detail. Games appliances ect.. Trisha was wonderful we are very grateful.

We were in town to visit family and it was a perfect location. As others have mentioned it is a very peaceful and private casita. Walking trails are adjacent to the property and other sites are a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Sara's. It was very walkable to Old Town and there was a great coffee shop a couple of blocks away. The casita was clean and comfortable and Sara was very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here with my baby for a quick weekend trip and it was everything we needed! So cozy and private and the hosts were wonderful. Made us feel right at home. Would 100% stay here again next time I visit.

I would go back here anytime. I just loved it. I had one problem (I could not figure out how to work thermostat), and the host came within minutes and was extremely helpful.

Gail was simply amazing! Her hospitality and compassion are amongst the best we've seen. Fantastic communication and prompt response. We definitely would love to stay at Gail's place again.

This was the second time I have stayed at Douglas’s place, and as a frequent visitor to ABQ (business), I will be back. The space is very comfortable, private, and having a private back patio to get some fresh air is a huge bonus!

Yun's place was wonderful! The neighborhood is peaceful and has great views of the Sandia's. The room was very neat and clean. We loved watching the deer in the backyard. The backyard space was relaxing. We would love to stay again!

This home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway or a peaceful work trip. The backyard is absolutely beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The hosts are fantastic! They’re always quick to respond to any questions and go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear they take pride in their home and truly care about their guests’ experience. We had a lovely time at Armain's place. Great location and close to everything we wanted to see: Old Town ABQ, museums, Petroglyph National Monument, the Zoo, great places to eat, etc. The decor in the house was super cool. Would definitely recommend.

My trip was for business. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The casita was cozy, about the size of an average hotel room. I was definitely living out of my suitcase. The kitchenette was well equipped. A table and stools for dining were stored next to the refrigerator. I just used a small end table and bench. The cooling/heat pump unit was great for keeping the temperature comfortable. The tiny bathroom required some challenging logistics. No surprises except for a few ants. The property owner was quick to mitigate the ant situation. Overall, my stay was comfortable and peaceful.

Our visit to Albuquerque was an enjoyable success due to Essie's comfortable, clean, and welcoming guest house (rental). Essie responded to our questions promptly - great communication. The rental is quite spacious; it was described and photographed accurately. The kitchen was very well equipped - we ate nearly all meals at the rental. The location worked for us quite well - near hiking in the Sandias and shopping needs were met via businesses on Paseo del Norte. When next visiting Albuquerque, we would absolutely request to stay at Essie's rental again.

I had a wonderful stay while on a work trip. The home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything I needed. I loved the fenced in outdoor space for my dog who travels with me. The hosts were very kind and checked in to ensure everything was well. I felt very comfortable. I am a solo female travel and I would highly recommend this property to others who are looking for a safe and peaceful place to stay.

The house was in tucked away area that made it comfortable during our travel! The beds were super comfortable! Will definitely stay again when visiting ALBUQUERQUE

Connie's home presents an excellent lodging option in Albuquerque, situated in a secure area with convenient access to a variety of quality local restaurants and in close proximity to the zoo and aquarium. In addition to the clean and comfortable home, the gated parking area provides significant peace of mind.

We loved our stay at David’s. The surroundings are BREATHTAKING. You can look in any direction and find something beautiful. The stars are so bright at night and they have the perfect space to relax on the back patio. We found everything that we needed in the kitchen, and the extra snacks and waters were a delightful surprise. David answered all of our questions immediately and was proactive in making sure that we had everything we needed. There’s a trail head just up the road that has fantastic sights as well. The locals are so friendly. I’ve stayed at a number of Air BnBs and this space was my absolute favorite. :) Thank you David!

House is cute and very clean! The little yard is private and a comfortable spot to hang out. As someone who has been in lots of Airbnb hot tubs, this one was very clean and worked great..almost too great. Be sure to physically check the temperature before adjusting it! Most hot tubs need to be set at 100-104 to be warm enough, don’t be fooled at this one saying it’s 96, it’s likely very hot already. I would totally stay here again!

This place was an amazing place to relax and unwind. It was conveniently located - not too far from the freeway and restaurants and stores, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house had all of the necessities provided, and the kitchen had what we needed for cooking a meal. Amanda was very friendly and so responsive in her communication. I highly recommend this place for your next stay.

Jane was a great host. The area was also very quiet and peaceful, which was what I looked forward to after work, as I was in town all week for a work seminar. The casita has everything you need. If ever in town again I know where I’m staying! Thanks Jane.
