Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en Alcochete

Fuimos unos días con la familia por fin de año y nos fue excelente. La casa es muy grande y cómoda para una familia. La comunicación con el host fue fluida todo el tiempo. Ojalá podamos repetir en verano para aprovechar la piscina. gracias.

Maria ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Bei sämtlichen Anliegen hat sie sich direkt bei uns gemeldet (Rollladenreperatur z.B.) oder auch für den Austausch der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Bei Fragen ebenfalls sofort verfügbar und auch vor Ort. Die Lage des Appartments würde ich als ruhig bezeichnen. Gute Restaurants und einige Schnellimbisse sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung ebenfalls Supermärkte und das Benfica Stadion. Die Metro ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachts ist es ruhig und das ganze Schlafzimmer kann sehr gut abgedunkelt werden. Die Küche hat alle nötigen Utensilien vorhanden sodass man im Prinzip nur die Lebensmittel kaufen muss. Eine wirkliche Top Unterkunft, auch für längere Aufenthalte

The home is beautiful and spacious enough that all 9 of us had our own space and room to hang out. The pool is incredible and the location is beautiful, although not right in the heart of lisbon ubers are extremely cheap (at least compared to London) so getting into to lisbon or to the beach was very easy. We had a great time !

Alloggio molto confortevole e situato in posizione strategica rispetto ad aeroporto, mezzi di trasporto (metro). Ottima la qualità del quartiere che è molto tranquillo ma pieno di negozi e servizi. La casa è ben arredata ma molto essenziale essendo pensata per il soggiorno di gruppi numerosi. Mancano alcuni dettagli quali : Mensole nei bagni, mensole nelle camere da letto per appoggiare oggetti, qualche pentola e stoviglia in più e soprattutto andrebbero sostituiti gli avvolgibili a porte e finestre che sono molto usurati. Nel complesso è una casa da consigliare assolutamente e l’unico difetto importante è l’impossibilità di avere acqua calda nel bagno del secondo piano

this place is great with 2 terraces. great for coffee in the morning. kitchen is very well equipped. the stairs are are very tight, I kept my big suitcase on the main floor. great location. I would go back in a hart beat.

Tivemos uma estadia excelente! A casa é simples, mas muito acolhedora, cheia de charme e com um ambiente que nos fez sentir logo em casa. A Sra. Isabel foi sempre extremamente simpática e estava sempre disponível, para qualquer coisa. Respondeu de imediato a todas as nossas dúvidas e resolveu qualquer situação com rapidez e boa disposição. Ein tolles Erlebnis weil ich mich einfach sofort zuhause gefühlt habe. Wer voll ausgestattet seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte ohne das es ihm an irgendetwas fehlt sollte sich unbedingt für Teresa's Haus entscheiden. Habe hier in der Region schon etwas mehr Zeit in verschiedenen Immobilien verbracht und keine einzige war so echt beschrieben wie Teresa das macht. Danke an dich liebe Teresa für deine Wahrhaftigkeit. Ich liebe es wenn alles authentisch und echt ist. Solltest du diese Bewertung lesen ist meine Empfehlung: Entscheide dich für dieses Haus und es wird dich Glücklich machen😁😇

Stort og dejligt hus, der indeholder alt, hvad man skal bruge! Og Carla kommer med en masse gode anbefalinger til oplevelser og spisesteder. Vi var afsted med vores to drenge på 7 og 10 år og havde besøg af et sæt bedsteforældre et par dage - og der var masser af plads :-) Virkelig veludstyret køkken, og der var også krydderier, så der kunne laves en masse lækker mad. Fantastiske senge, som man sov perfekt i - også køjesengene. Derudover var det skønt med pladsen rundt om huset - vi spillede lidt bold på græssiden, og der var et bordtennissæt, som vi også brugte flittigt hele familien. Skøn størrelse pool, som sikkert er lækkert om sommeren (lige koldt nok for os, da vi ikke havde det bedste vejr i april). Fint placeret, da man hurtigt kan komme til 25. april broen, som fører ind til Lissabon. Og der ligger en bager med lækkert morgenbrød 5 minutters gågang fra huset. Husk hjemmesko eller tykke strømper, da der kan være lidt fodkoldt - dem husker vi næste gang, vi kommer :-)

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very well located and spacious, making it a comfortable base for exploring the area. The space was relatively clean and well equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

wunderschöne und gut ausgestattet Wohnung in großartiger Lage. Obwohl im Herzen von Lissabon ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Filipa ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit bei der Ankunft und Abreise und mit vielen Tipps und Adressen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der morgendlichen Kaffee und Abends ein Glas Wein auf der sehr privaten Terrasse. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und einen perfekten Aufenthalt und würden definitiv wieder bei Filipa übernachten. Nochmals vielen Dank.

what can I say, Amazing host and accommodation!! This is our Lisbon home. We will be back for sure. Better than the photos and description. And yes the 28 tram is nearly at the door. Thankyou Ricardo for your time and your friendship. Oh and the jacuzzi !

The apartment was stylish and comfortable, and in an interesting and historic area. Surrounded by Fado restaurants it could have been noisy but the double glazed windows, and shutters, made it peaceful inside. A bottle of wine and some port were nice touches. It was an easy walk to the centre of town and fairly close to the metro, and tram and bus stops. A most enjoyable stay.

Super cute Airbnb with beautiful rooftop views! Space had everything we needed during our stay! Walking distance to many many restaurants and downtown area which was nice! Would recommend staying here :)

L'appartement d'Inês est idéal pour un séjour à Lisbonne ! Fidèle à la description, propre, au calme et fonctionnel, il est même plus charmant que sur les photos. Merci tout particulièrement à Inês qui est venue nous accueillir malgré l'énorme retard de notre avion et qui nous a laissé de douces attentions. Nous recommandons très chaudement !

Very responsive host with very detailed instructions, making it easy to check into apartment. The apartment is exactly as described and per the pictures convenient parking, which was also included with very helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Catarina's botanical garden loft. She recently did some renovations to create a true kitchenette. We had everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable stay. We were very lucky that the previous guest checked out early, as it started to pour on our way from the airport. No one wants to spend 4 hours occupying themselves until check in, while it's raining, post flight. Catarina did everything she could to get the place cleaned and ready for our early arrival. initially, we thought we would just store our bags in the closet opposite the door. To our pleasant surprise, just as we reached the top of the stairs, she messaged to say the apartment was ready for us! The floors were still a little wet from her cleaning lady it was timed so well. The apartment was immaculate, and even better than the pictures. Catarina's communication was impeccable, I would stay here again in an instant. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

GREAT place to stay. I looked at a ton of places in Lisbon before booking, and am happy I picked this one. It’s the kind of place that has everything you need right where you need it. Homey touches, decorated with care, and the apartment itself is an ingenious use of space. Perfectly cozy, yet felt open and spacious the way it’s built. Clara herself is so kind, when I met her for check in she did a quick tour of the apartment to make sure I was all good. She left some fruit from her orchard. I just realized I forgot to take the sardines she gave me!!! Cute and lovely neighborhood — felt picturesque and like I was a local. It’s supremely walkable and tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and cafes around. Only notes for potential guests are there are a few sets of stairs up to the apartment, and the square outside can be active into the early morning, but I closed the door to my room and the noise was honestly hardly noticeable.

Absolutely loved my stay here- walking distance to several great restaurants/ bars. It was also very quiet! My only issue was that we ran out of hot water after one evening shower- even the next day no hot water.

A wonderful stay . The appartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood was buzzy and fun (as previous reviews have said, definitely loud at night) and we walked everywhere. Joana was a great host and very communicative. We’d love to stay again if we return to Lisbon. Thank you

This space is in a great location - it’s walkable, central to many close sites, only a 10-15 minute walk to Rossio train station, and has some great close spots for eating. Don’t be afraid to venture out of the neighborhood, but also be sure to take advantage of the absolutely stunning terrace! If you get to meet Eugenia, she will make you feel right at home at check-in, and Wilfried is responsive to all questions. You will not regret staying in this beautiful apartment!

Es war sehr zentral, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Sogar einen late Check Out haben wir bekommen.
