This house was the perfect place for our family trip. It was so close to any destination you could want. The house was absolutely perfect. Vanessa was the nicest host and extremely responsive. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Jessica was the most responsive host I've ever encountered. I'm usually the one asking for details, but she beat me to the punch every time. House was perfect and felt at home for our stay. Great place and host, highly recommend renting this place.

The place was as described and the host was very responsive and respectful. The location is just ok and about 30 minutes from Disney parks. We had a few issues occur during our stay and Javier was super responsive and willing to assist. The lock was not secure and we had someone open the door to our place in the middle of the night. We were terrified for our safety, but Javier did respond the following morning and sent a crew out to fix the lock. We also had someone randomly leave trash on our door step one morning. Again, none of this is hosts fault and he was proactive about everything. I would not stay here again due to the location being so far from everything and lack of kitchen utensils. I would expect more items to be provided (pans, baking sheets, silverware, etc) for a place that sleeps 10 people.

It was a nice place and it was very clean, while the host was very helpful. We had a good time staying. We will be back again!

It was a very good choice to stay at this home. The proximity to parks and food places is amazing. I will strongly recommend you choosing Everts place for your next stay in the Orlando, Kissimmee area all near the parks and attractions

We had a great stay at this condo, very clean with nice amenities. Views of sunset on both balconies were unobstructed and very nice. About a 20 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and Disney springs which was convenient. Bathrooms were clean and bedding and linens were comfortable. It was very nice to have 2 king beds in the unit as we stayed there with my parents and our toddler. Few things of note that are part of the community and DO NOT reflect at all on the owner: The splash pad for kids is NOT heated. It was bearable for our toddler in the early afternoon, but it wasn’t long until her lips were quivering. The pool that is in walkable distance does not allow children under the age of 3 to use. The other nearby pool is about a .25 mile walk from the condo. The other pools are about a 5-8 minute drive.

Outstanding stay! They were kind, attentive and even gave us a recommendation to do on our way out of town. My kids LOVED the rooms, it was spacious, and very clean. Definitely would recommend and plan to return.

Let me start by saying, Me and my family drove down to Orlando and had nowhere to go because the place we had originally booked, was in a terrible area and we didn't feel safe. I messaged ML in a state of emergency, praying they would even see my message because it was already almost 10 pm at this point. Not only did they answer my message, but within 20 mins we had full detailed instructions on how to get in! This was beyond a relief to my family, because we were exhausted from the drive and by the looks of the pictures, this was a MAJOR upgrade from the original place. We were not let down! This place is not only safe, but it's absolutely beautiful and has lots to do inside of the community. The home was welcoming with plenty of towels, blankets and beds. My child absolutely loved the bunk beds and there is plenty of bathroom space. It's super conveniently located right in the middle of everything! Thank you ML for going way above and beyond for us!
