Wir waren in der ersten Märzwoche zum wandern auf Mallorca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern.Yadir ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Grill und schöner Aussicht. Da wir uns komplett selbst versorgt haben war uns eine komplett Ausgestattete Küche wichtig.Da war wirklich alles da was man braucht! Salz,Zucker,Öl,Essig und viele Gewürze sind bereits vorhanden. Mein Tipp:Wer in der Nebensaison kommt empfehle ich Hausschuhe mitzubringen.Der Fliesenboden ist recht kalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!Danke für die schöne Zeit

Zeer ruim appartement op een toplocatie! Geweldige tijd gehad, alles op loopafstand en een goede uitvalsbasis voor prachtige fietsritten. Communicatie met eigenaar ook zeer soepel verlopen.

Great Views across the bay Quiet location short walk from restaurants Very spacious - would be very good value of money with more than 2 people well equipped kitchen 2 flights of stairs mean you need lighter suitcase than we had !! Handy washing machine for clothes Was a good location for cycling heating worked well to keep us warm in the cold weather we had whist in Majorca - we didnt use air con so cant say how well that would have worked handy electronic gate and front door access, and lock box to get in Shower good in bathroom - but it did run cold fairly quickly meaning you had to stagger having showers. we will look to stay here again

Das Apartment ist der Hammer. Der Ausblick und die Lage waren für uns mehr als perfekt. Die Wohnung selber ist grundsätzlich ganz solide ausgestattet und es gibt drei schöne Schlafzimmer. Highlight ist natürlich die Terrasse und der Ausblick. Die Kommunikation mit Tesa lief einwandfrei und wenn es mal ein kleines Problem gab, wurde dies ganz schnell aus der Welt geschafft. Zum Teil schon fast beängstigend, wie schnell Sachen behoben wurden. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Amazing 7 days for us there. The host was proactive in giving us very helpful local recommendations, and always there to help with any questions. The place itself had lots of space for us, and looked exactly like the pictures. However the highlights were of course the amazing view, along with the great location, where everything you need was nearby. All in all an amazing place!

Wer keinen Pool braucht, keinen Aufzug und keinen 24 Stunden Service, für den ist das mit das Beste was man dort bekommen kann. Wunderschöner Garten der gleich an den Strand grenzt. Das Frühstück und auch die anderen Speisen sind unglaublich lecker. Vielen herzlichen Dank an alle. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Grüße Michael

Just got back from a long weekend away in port alcudia. Loverly place to stay. Victorias air BnB is everything it says it is and looks. Great views. Two minute walk to the beach. Great location. Highly recommend. If you want views. Location and cleanliness. This is the place to book. Would go again.

We loved staying here. The location was perfect for Puerto Pollenca. The view from the balcony of the mountain and down to the sea was amazing. The apartment was really spacious, the amenities were brilliant. The utility room was brilliant for a family of 5 needing to wash clothes. We really loved it. .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Highlight ist der große Balkon samt Dachterasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und das Meer (Meer nur von ganz oben) Das bett ist sehr gemütlich und die Wohnung verfügt über eine top Ausstattung. Der Wasserdruck und Temperatur ist ebenfalls top. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. :) Absolute Empfehlung!

Location was very good, we had a car and parking wasn't a problem. At the time we stayed the pool was too cold to use but looked clean and tidy. Short walk to the beach and also to town centre. James from the management company attended to issues and communicated promptly. All in all a pleasant stay.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment just a stroll from the beach, very quiet and private. Walk into the port was only 10 mins but lots of shops, cafe's etc on the way - would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area was beautiful and quiet and the apartment was very neat. Has a relaxing area out front and beautiful interior. Just about 30 minutes drive from Palma city centre

Vi var to familier, der havde booket et andet hus tættere på Pollenca, som vi ikke kunne være i grundet fugt. Vi tog derfor kontakt til Nicola og forhørte os om vi kunne få tidlig indtjekning hos hende i stedet. Hun svarede hurtigt og fik gjort lejligheden klar til os på få timer. Det reddede vores ferie. Lejligheden er virkelig godt placeret tæt ved stranden og i gåafstand til butikker, restauranter mv. Lejligheden var ren og pæn og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for - endda badelegetøj, spil osv til Børnene.

Penthouse Rosas was a delightful place to stay on our recent vacation in Port de Polleca. Comms from the Dickinson team from booking & throughout our stay was brilliant with quick responses to every query. We did call them out a couple of times & on both occasions the problem was rectified within a few hours by their excellent team. The apartment is set in a quiet residential area but only 10-15 minutes walk to the beach or the towns many restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the very well stocked Eroski supermarket. The apartment could comfortably sleep 6 and is supplied with all the facilities that one could need to enjoy a relaxing break. We did not use the hot-tub and I am not sure why one would want to in the late summer heat but I am sure it may be useful for winter visits. We used the pool a couple of times and we often had the poolside to ourselves. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at Penthouse Rosas to friends or family.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Direkt um die Ecke (1min zur Fuß) gab es einen Supermarkt, der alles hat was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation über Homerti war super und sehr einfach. Am Anfang war es für uns etwas schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden, das unser Google Maps uns ein falsches Gebäude angezeigt hat, auf Airbnb wird es aber richtig markiert! Alles in allem können wir es sehr empfehlen. Das einzige was wir zu verbessern hätten wäre, dass es super toll wäre wenn man den Whirlpool beheizen könnte, da dies leider nicht funktioniert.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à l'entrée de Port de Pollença, il est spacieux, la literie est bonne. Il est exposé Nord ce qui le rend frais. Nous y étions début Avril et y avons eu un peu froid au début mais dès Mai nul doute que la température y sera parfaite. Joan est un hôte très attentif, très réactif. Nous lui avions demandé d'ajouter un lit bébé ainsi qu'une chaise haute, tout était à l'appartement à notre arrivée. Enfin l'appartement est très propre et très paisible. Le jardin et la piscine sont très calmes. Nous y étions avec nos 3 enfants et nous avons été ravis. Nous recommandons

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.
