We decided to come to Mallorca before Christmas and stayed at until the beginning of January. It’s a quiet time of the year, we were able to enjoy the sea 🌊 pretty much anywhere without many tourists which was really nice! We enjoyed the stay, walking distance to Eroski and bus station, as well as to the beach. Totally recommend it!

we were there for over a week with a 2yo kid. great place - in our opinion better than in the first sea line - much quieter, without walkers. close to Pine Walk, very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. very functional kitchen and spacious living room - but we used the very large terrace the most, where we rested after the day and ate meals. nice addition was the beach toys for children - we also left some for the next guests. communication was clear and fast. check-in and check-out without problems. a very nice gesture was a bottle of water, a few nespresso capsules and a bottle of wine to welcome. we sincerely recommend and will probably come back if we plan to stay in Port de Pollença.

Très bel et spacieux appartement. Tout est comme sur les photos. C’est agréable car tout le nécessaire est présent (cafetières, etc) Belle vue mer: le coin est calme. Joan a été très disponible et nous a conseillé de jolis endroits. À faire et à refaire ☺️

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles ist super eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls gut. Der Strand sowie Supermarkt und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist hervorragend. Auf Fragen wurde sofort reagiert und weitergeholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Awesome! The apartment is clean, well-equipped and the balcony offers incredible views - we loved ending our days there with a glass of wine. Dani is a fantastic attentive and friendly host. There's a washer in the apartment and the bulding also has a laundrette with dryers which we found convenient. We absolutely recommend this Airbnb!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wurde schon 1 Woche vor Ankunft freundlich kontaktiert. Sie war super hilfsbereit, freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Die Betten waren besonders gut und gemütlich. Ruhige Lage, leicht zu parken und Ideal für Wanderungen. Auch Strände und kleine Badenuchten sind gleich zu erreichen. Ich kann es hier nur absolut empfehlen und habe mich selten so wohl gefühlt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ralf ist ein liebenswerter, offener Mensch, der seine Gäste warmherzig und grosszügig empfängt. Alles war perfekt, und wenn wir das suchten, war Ralf gerne bereit, ein bisschen mit uns zu plaudern. Wir werden bestimmt bei Gelegenheit wieder bei ihm wohnen.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Schöne Wohnung und die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer traumhaft! Kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage mit sehr netten Nachbarn Der Ausbilck vom Balkon ist unfassbar schön - perfekt zum frühstücken. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Alojamiento excelente. A 5 minutos de la playa andando. Está muy limpio y tiene de todo, incluso TV con netflix. El dueño estaba siempre atento y la comunicación fue muy fluida, además nos dio todas las facilidades para la llegada. La urbanizacion tiene piscina y se aparca muy fácil en las calles aledañas, sin pagar. Terraza estupenda sin que dé a la calle de los bares, por lo que se puede dormir bien.

Manuel’s place is one of the best stays we’ve ever been at. The apartment is spacious, has everything you might need. A huge terrace, big living, many space for storage, perfect in-bedroom bathroom, central conditioning & central heating, extremely well equipped kitchen. The location is great, everything in a walking distance. Manuel is a great host, responsive, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Gemma’s apartment is lovely and has everything you would need for 4 people. Pool is lovely and very clean and quiet when we were there. Only thing i would suggest is to give a fuller address as our transfer company and some local taxi firms had trouble finding it. Apart from that everything was great and would highly recommend.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, verfügt über einen sonnigen Balkon und eine tolle Dachterrasse. man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, läuft nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Der Ort war jetzt in der Nebensaison für uns angenehm ruhig, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker hatte geöffnet, einige Restaurants auch. wir haben uns aber auch gerne in der kleinen Küche selbst versorgt. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, kleine Städtchen angucken, Strände erkunden oder einfach die Natur genießen. Angesichts der sehr negativen Erfahrungen bei unserem Mietwagenverleih würde ich beim nächsten Mal die Empfehlung des Wohnungsanbieters nehmen! Ich war mit meiner Tochter unterwegs und wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen.

Ik heb met mijn gezin 8 nachten mogen verblijven in het Appartement van Pedro. De locatie is geweldig, dicht bij het strand en de zee, maar dichtbij de restaurants en er zit een supermarkt op circa 200 meter. Het appartement heeft 2 prettige balkons, 1 aan de voorzijde, gedurende de dag met schaduw en 1 aan de achterzijde waar de gehele dag de zon op staat. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Maar het meest fantastische aan het appartement was Pedro, Pedro is een geweldige host die er alles aan doet om zijn gasten te laten genieten van het mooie Mallorca.

Wir waren sehr Begeistert von der Unterkunft und dem gesamten Areal. In privater und gemütlicher Atmosphäre haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Sehr Freundliches Personal, und dank den regelmäßigen Reinigungen auch immer ein sauberes Apartment sowie Handtücher etc.

Wir hatten eine paar sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt mit Monika war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, sie hatte ein paar Ausflugstipps für uns und war sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders der Garten, mit den vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, hat uns sehr gefallen. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.
