We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Eine sehr schöne Villa in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße von Playa del Muro! Liebevoll und mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Aussenküche! Viele Orte im Garten zum verweilen. Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten dennoch viel Privatsphäre. Eine super toll ausgestattete Küche! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Eine sehr freundliche und gute Kommunikation mit Kimberley! Vielen Dank! Sehr zum Weiterempfehlen!

We had a great stay in Porto Cristo. The accommodation was as described and very clean. All the necessary things were available. It is a bit outside the center and therefore very quiet but very easy to reach on foot. We got a high chair and a baby crib on request which was great. We wanted for nothing and would come back again.

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) eine Woche Anfang März in Georges und Lisas gemütlichem Haus verbracht und insbesondere die zentrale Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße sehr geschätzt. Lisa und George waren tolle Gastgeber; wir wurden persönlich und herzlich in Empfang genommen, dabei waren die beiden auch sehr flexibel. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung erhalten und ganz besonders haben wir uns auch über einen reichlich gefüllten Präsentkorb zu unserer Ankunft gefreut, das war wirklich großartig! Das Haus besticht durch seine Einzigartigkeit, ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Dachterrasse ist toll! Leider war es Anfang März noch etwas kühl, so dass wir die Heizkörper in Anspruch nehmen mussten, wenn wir zu Hause waren. Und das nächste Mal würde ich Hausschuhe mitnehmen, das alte Gemäuer ist sehr fußkalt. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten eine zauberhafte Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist urig und gemütlich, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Ausstattung war überschaubar, reichte für 5 Personen aber völlig aus. Bei Problemen und Fragen waren die Vermieter stets hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ging schnell zum Strand. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich.

You will certainly not be disappointed or want for anything in renting this home away from home. Miguel is a very personable host that makes it his business to greet his guests on arrival and departure. He is very prepared and ready to welcome you. The house is in an excellent location and very close to the main square or downtown area of Santa Margalida, where you can dine in or take out from restaurants, bars or coffee shops. In addition, there's a grocery & butcher shop as well. Street parking is offered. The house comes with all amenities listed and is in pristine condition. There are several outdoor patios for dining. Miguel welcomed us with a fridge full of assorted drinks, dessert and a bowl full of fruit from his own land. Several of the best beaches are at most 15mins away. This property is an excellent find. I recommend Can Valenti 100%. I have decided this is my home away from home when I'm in Mallorca.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb und habe die Ruhe sehr genossen. Es war eine großartige Erfahrung, im Haus echter Mallorquiner zu wohnen und bei An- und Abreise ihre Gastfreundschaft zu erleben. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und geräumig. Ein großer Pluspunkt war der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, so dass man sich keine Gedanken um die Parkplatzsuche machen muss. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke und man ist schnell in der wundervollen Natur. Perfekt für alle, die Erholung suchen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und komme selbst gerne wieder! Ein authentisches Mallorca-Erlebnis fernab vom Massentourismus.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dès notre arrivée. Astrid nous a donné pleins de conseils sur la ville et les modes de fonctionnement, les idées de restaurants et de visites (marché de Pollença…), les points de vigilance à avoir… Nous avons eu à disposition à notre arrivée à l’appartement une bouteille d’eau, de lait , du thé… et Astrid nous a prêté un parasol (très utile avec cette chaleur) et un grand paréo. Astrid a toujours été très réactive à nos demandes et nos interrogations. Les échanges ont toujours été très bienveillants, amicaux et sincères. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. Peut-être à une prochaine fois si nous repassons sur l’île de Majorque.

El departamento es ideal, da al mar y tiene unas vistas bellísimas. Hay restaurantes y mercados cerca pero nunca hubo ruidos molestos. La limpieza y la atención de Miguel fueron impecables, muy recomendable!

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung mit Blick auf den Strand. Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. sind direkt in der Nähe reichlich vorhanden. nur 20 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt von Alcudia. Alles war sehr sauber und der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Victoria war immer gut erreichbar und der Kontakt mit ihr sehr herzlich. Toller Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten ein paar schön Tage in Hectors Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für eine Familie mit bis zu vier Kindern geeignet. Der schöne Strand von Alcudia ist in zehn Gehminuten erreichbar, ein Lidl ist direkt um die Ecke :)

Great place near to the beach and many good restaurants. Bikes are a great way to get around and the bike storage area is very convenient. We stayed during a very hot time so the AC had a hard time cooling the sleeping areas but we were quickly brought a couple fans which made things very comfortable. I work remote and the wifi was great.

Antoni war ein Super - Gastgeber, Check In und Check Out waren flexibel. Haben die Wohnung in den kühlen Nächten im Dezember schön warm bekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren auch zB Kaffeekapseln vorhanden - sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist saubet und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Luxus sind die 2 Badezimmer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. In 2 Minuten ist man an der schönen Sandbucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Wasser.

Really nice Airbnb, fantastic location, really nice décor and artwork, and wow the view, would definitely recommend!

Couldn't fault the apartment, clean and functional with very attentive host. Located just off the main strip so quiet but right by anything needed for a good day in the sun, our host always gave a quick reply to any requests or questions. The Siesta complex shows signs of Investment and regeneration, however, after previously visiting 32 years earlier, the outer local area seems to have lacked investment over the decades. Very much worth a visit, especially with a hire car to visit other towns/resorts as the island still has much beauty to explore. Caves del Drack are a must!!! We'll worth the money all round, Many thanks.....

great host very responsive and hospitable

We had a fantastic stay at Toni’s apartment! The ocean view from every window in every room was absolutely breathtaking. Being just 20 meters from the beach, the location couldn’t be better. The area is very walkable, with a beautiful promenade stretching for miles, perfect for cycling, running, or strolling. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, which offered a great variety of options. Inside, the kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fast broadband internet was a huge bonus, especially since we needed to stay connected during our trip. Overall, Toni’s apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s the great getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Nous avons passé une semaine à Alcudia dans le logement de Francisco. Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée : Francisco n’étant pas disponible à notre heure d’arrivée s’est assuré que quelqu’un puisse nous accueillir et nous présenter le logement. Ayant un véhicule, Francisco nous a également mis à disposition une place de parking, qui s’est révélée très pratique tout au long de la semaine. Le logement était propre, conforme aux photos et à la description. À proximité de la plage et de quelques restaurants, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le port d’Alcudia est accessible très rapidement en voiture, et reste également accessible à mon sens pour ceux qui apprécie de marcher (3km environ). Bref, un grand merci à Francisco.

Cozy and very clean apartment in the peaceful area just few minutes away from the promenade. The appartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, though having coffee and tea for the first day would be a nice bonus. The apartment was overall quiet as there are no neighbours above. As we visited Mallorca in December possibility to use AC as a heating was a real bonus, the apartment got warm quite fast. Xisco provided very clear instructions how to find a place, there was also a free private parking near the entrance, which was very convenient. We felt ourselves like at home, great experience, thanks!

Excelente estancia. Todo lo necesario y más en una casita encantadora. Ha sido una gozada ir a Mallorca en enero y poder disfrutar del paisaje y la tranquilidad. Volveremos 🥰
