Apartamento muito espaçoso , todos os utensílios necessários estão á disposição , muito bem equipado com equipamentos de qualidade superior , zona tranquila e de fácil acesso a todos os pontos de interesse de Olhão , perto do barco que nos leva as várias ilhas e acesso fácil a várias praias da região . Das Apartment war geräumig und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Anlage ist schön und wir haben den Pool sehr gerne genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei und wir wurden bei Anreise und Check-In flexibel unterstützt. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Great place! The apartment was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive.

Charles and I spent three nights and it was very comfortable. It is very well located to do different activities, to get groceries, and to visit different restaurants and cafes. From the airport it was very easy to get by metro. And we visited different places in Lisboa using other public transportation. A bus stop or train always around the corner. Patricia and Arthur were very responsive and courteous. This place is highly recommended. Thanks Patricia and Arthur.

Paula’s place was a time capsule taking you back in time. The house, location and the decor gives you a slice of life in Lisbon that you’ve always wanted to experience. This was great for a family of 4. Paula was very responsive to all questions and was nice enough to accommodate one of our requests. Would love to come back and stay at this little gem.

Het appartement is zelfs mooier en ruimer dan op de foto’s. Het is op de eerste verdieping met een lift. Het ligt op 2 min loopafstand van het strand en het centrum, station is 10 min. lopen. Het is ideaal en zeer rustig. Ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Wij hebben genoten!

The apartment was fully equiped, which was easier for me to settle here for the week. Great location, the best restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. The beach is also in a walking distance, also trainstation and shops. The apartment was nice and clean, we have also enjoyed the chill on the rooftop. The nights in March were still a bit cold so warmer clothes inside the house is recommended since there is heating only thorough the A/C.

L appartement est tres agréable et décoré avec goût, vous y trouverez tout le necessaire pour votre sejour, le petit hic le couloir aérien qui passe au dessus ,celui-ci traverse Lisbonne.Nous sommes en ville donc le bruit est un peu plus présent.L acces aux transports est a proximité, La ligne 760 est ideale. L appartement est situé idéalement entre le centre ville de Lisbonne et d autres decouvertes a faire comme LX factory,la tour de Belem etc..Notre hôte Claudia est une personne bienveillante,

We had a lovely stay. The unit was very clean, spacious, simply decorated and aesthetically pleasing. The wi-fi worked well. The water pressure from the shower and faucets were really good. It's an amazingly located building in the middle of it all but still pretty quiet at night. Countless wonderful places to eat in the area and the coffee shop directly attached to the building was very good. There was some slight construction happening on the weekdays (beginning around 8am) but we rarely had an issue since we were usually out of the unit at that time. The building has a small elevator which was very convenient. The check-in process was very simple. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the unit. The hosts were responsive and informative. The next time we are in Lisbon, we are heavily considering staying here again and we would highly recommend this AirBnB to others.

we have stayed at many apartments at Balaia over the years and MIchels was one of the best. Really lovely position, close to the pool, large garden space and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay (we stayed a month). Michel was a great and responsive host checking we had arrived and settled in ok. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment - we hope to stay again soon

Absolutely loved this stay! Beautifully appointed flat, and reception is also so helpful and friendly. It was the perfect way to start our stay in Lisbon and I wished we could have stayed here for the duration of our trip. The location is very convenient and walkable, with many great restaurants in the vicinity. The flat itself is very clean, with nice linens - very nicely designed. I loved the high ceilings and waking up and opening the windows was a morning perk! The larger bed (larger than typical European king -- more like a US king size) was also very much appreciated. Thank you so much for a really lovely stay!! I would certainly rebook for any return visits to Lisbon!

Martin and Den could not have been more accomodating from start to finish. We felt like we were staying with friends After a month with them it's clear how much they care for their guests as well making the camp as comfortable as possible. The terrace view is lovely and there is plenty of space to relax in. our little dog really felt at home too. we rented surf equipment and everything went great, Martin even helped us out with a couple of useful tips. we can't praise Den and Martin enough for thier kindness and professionalism. we will be staying in contact and hope to see you both again soon! el dueño te ayuda en todo que necesites, la casa está bien algún día se oía a los del bar de abajo por la noche pero quitando eso todo bien

L'endroit est impeccable ! Chambre, salle de bain et cuisine, toutes très propres, bien rangées et spacieuses. Excellent emplacement, commerces, marchés et restaurants et transports en commun à la porte. Il se trouve à seulement 12 minutes du centre de Lisbonne et à 2 minutes de la Gare do Oriente.

Logement agréable et parfait et la vue sur les couchers de soleil un vrai plus en cette saison. 🙌
