Excellent spot for a large group! Lots of cozy space for hanging out and all the amenities for cooking large meals. It’s quite remote so difficult to get to if you don’t have a car, but there’s small cute bakery for bread.

Feedback Wir waren im Familienurlaub (mit 2 Kindern und Omas) hier und waren total begeistert! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See, welcher mit Auto oder Fahrrad in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlt an nichts. Vor allem die Kinder waren nonstop im Pool, der ein echtes Highlight ist. Und auch die Kommunikation hat reibungslos funktioniert und Sylvie war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Wonderful and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding, with an amazing host. Particularly recommended for families with kids. Location: Serene and beautiful surroundings, inside a private compound in the hills of Chambéry, while still being within walking distance from the center. Lots of privacy, with no direct views of any houses. Ideal for someone trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. House and Amenities: Beautiful architect-designed house (just like in the pictures) with new and comfortable amenities. Very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need for cooking, washing, etc. Host: Brigitte was an amazing host, welcoming us on the first day and remaining extremely available and responsive to all questions and needs we had. She was sweet and caring, and genuinely concerned about our well-being and enjoyment of our vacation. Truly our home away from home. The most deserved 5-star review I've done in a while.

Maison idéale pour notre réunion familiale ! Nous avons apprécié les nombreux équipements et notamment dans la cuisine (parfois succinct), l'espace et le confort agréable des chambres, les salles de bain, la décoration moderne et ancienne, un écran TV grande taille, la propreté générale, la petite attention du propriétaire, le bon compromis hôtellerie (conciergerie et linge de maison fourni) et le concept Airbnb est très bien réfléchi pour les touristes. La vue sur le lac est superbe ! Les échanges avec la conciergerie ont été très fluides et réactif. La situation géographique est parfaite pour découvrir la région. Cette maison a un vécu et nous avons été heureux d'en faire partie. Nous recommandons sans modération !

nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end de trois jours il ne manquait rien pour se détendre piscine jacuzzi sauna montagne pour profiter de la neige des paysages magnifiques vue de la maison au top merci à yacine vraiment une belle maison moderne et conviviale dehors comme à l'intérieur !!!!

Een fantastisch vakantieverblijf. Het voelde als thuis, maar dan op een prachtige plek vlakbij het meer. Sfeervol en comfortabel ingericht met oog voor detail. Voor alles is gezorgd; opgemaakte bedden, handdoeken, badlakens, volledig ingerichte keuken en badkamers met heerlijke zeepjes. Aan alles is gedacht. Zeer ruim van binnen, speelse indeling en een heerlijke tuin met verschillende zitjes en bbq. De ontvangst van Chrystele en Yannick is erg hartelijk en vriendelijk en ze denken graag met je mee over de activiteiten. Zeker een aanrader voor een lang verblijf met groot gezin. Op loopafstand van het meer en het dorpje voor wat boodschapjes of het opladen van de auto. De omgeving biedt voor ieder wat wils. Canyoning, paragliden, wandelen, zwemmen, fietsen rond het meer, hiken, supboarden, ziplinen, waterfietsen. En Annecy is zeker een bezoekje waard. Kortom: topvakantie en we komen graag terug! A bientôt!

Excellent séjour, vue magnifique, au calme, Damien a été très disponible et de très bon conseil pour les randonnées. La maison est très bien agencée et très agréable.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Our stay at this beautiful home was an unforgettable experience! The house itself is stunning and makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The highlight is definitely the incredible view! But also the location is perfect, so close to Annecy and with lots to do in the beautiful surroundings. Flore was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Christophe. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication, de très bons échanges. Le logement était parfait. L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. La région est sublime, nous reviendrons !

Maison spacieuse (à 13, nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds). Bien équipée. Bien placé pour le lac et la montagne. En temps de pluie les enfants ont bien profité du ping-pong et du baby foot.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Alles hat super geklappt. Der See ist immer eine Reise wert und verleitet zum Träumen :) Große Fenster in alle Richtungen bringen maximale Helligkeit und einen tollen Ausblick.

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

It was very comfortable and convenient. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the lake. The host, Eli, was very considerate, kind, and always willing to help. I would definitely love to come again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un havre de paix au centre ville. Accès transport en commun très proche. Reymond est un hôte au petit soin pour ses locataires merci à lui. Je recommande chaleureusement ce logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent (trop court) séjour dans ce logement. Vincent a été très accueillant et attentionné et d'une grande aide ! Le logement était impeccablement propre, bien décoré et très confortable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Notre week-end en famille s'est très bien passé. Nous avons été accueillis par Max à l'heure que nous avions convenue. Il a pu ainsi nous donné les consignes nécessaires au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Nos petites-filles ont pu passer une belle matinée au Domaine des Fauves, à proximité de la maison et nous avons terminé notre petite escapade par un pique-nique au bord du lac d' Aiguebelette pour le plus grand plaisir de tous. Merci à Max pour son accueil et pour la promptitude à répondre à nos questions.

De toutes mes expériences Airbnb, celle-ci est assurément la meilleure : une hôte très attentionné, un magnifique trois pièces ultra équipé ( et de qualité), un environnement magnifique. Bref, félicitations Sophie !

A casa é ótima, acolhedora, com espaços para todos. O ralo do chuveiro entupiu e prontamente foi resolvido, sem problemas. A casa conta com itens completos de cozinha. Um ponto negativo é que só tem 2 banheiros na casa. Para a quantidade de pessoas, acaba sendo pouco. Ainda mais porque um dos chuveiros fica dentro de um dos quartos o que restringe o uso. A casa estava muito limpa e bem organizada. A anfitriã respondia com rapidez e foi solícita. Checkout foi flexível. Adoramos a estadia.
