Renta de casas vacacionales en Alfama, Lisboa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lisbonne dans ce logement très spacieux et bien agencé. Sa proximité avec l’aéroport (à seulement 5 minutes à pied) est un vrai atout, tout en restant extrêmement calme. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, facilitant notre arrivée et répondant à toutes nos questions rapidement. Merci ! En décembre, les températures étaient très basses, et une cheminée fonctionnelle aurait été un vrai plus pour rendre l’espace encore plus chaleureux. Mais dans l’ensemble, nous recommandons vivement ce logement !! Et remercions encore notre hôte pour son accueil !

Fuimos unos días con la familia por fin de año y nos fue excelente. La casa es muy grande y cómoda para una familia. La comunicación con el host fue fluida todo el tiempo. Ojalá podamos repetir en verano para aprovechar la piscina. gracias.

I rented this house out to fulfill my mothers dream of visiting Portugal. The location was very good, accessible with everything you could want in walking distance or a short drive. The hostess was super friendly and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place for families and or freind groups as the neighborhood and seroundings serve both groups.

We had an amazing stay. Susana was a wonderful host and we really enjoyed days by the pool. It was easy to get to and from shops via Uber. House was very very clean and plenty of towels/linen etc. Very nice stay if you want a peaceful holiday where you don’t want to be in the city the whole time. We will be back!

L'emplacement est parfait : proximité de l'avenue de la Liberté et donc du métro, de la gare, de petites épiceries, de commerces et restaurants. Il est aussi très facile d'accéder aux différents quartier à pied et de les découvrir au hasard des ruelles (20mn pour l'Alfama), des petites places, du Street art... Le logement correspond à la description, propre, la piscine est parfaite pour se détendre les jambes après une journée de marche ! Depuis l'aéroport avec l'application Bolt, entre 7 et 10€ selon si l'on veut être déposer devant la porte ou dans l'avenue à 100m. Merci à Pedro de laisser la possibilité de laisser les valises quelques heures dans le logement le jour du départ, car les valises sur les pavés....... Logement à recommander !

We stayed at Maria's lovely Airbnb for a month over Christmas and New Year, and it was a wonderful experience. Maria even put up a Christmas tree, which made it feel extra special for our family of four adults and two small children. Check-in was seamless via a lockbox with clear instructions. The house was very clean, spacious (especially the outdoor areas), and safe for the kids. The kitchen is small but well-equipped for a short stay, and the beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels provided. As it was winter, the house was a bit cold, but Maria supplied electric heaters and wood for the stove, which made the sitting room wonderfully cosy. The location is excellent—walking distance to the beach, shops, bakeries, and several playgrounds for the kids. It’s also a great base for exploring Lisbon, Cascais, and Sintra. Street parking can be tricky, but free spots are a short walk away. Maria was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

L’arrivée dans le logement a été très facile. L’hôte est prévenant et réactif, avec de petites attentions à l’arrivée, comme des fournitures mises à disposition en cadeau de bienvenue. Très bon séjour !

Proactive and friendly host. Provide clear photo instruction to gain access to the house and ask for the preference of 2-single / 1-double bed a few days in advance. Swift response when we experienced the issue with hot shower at night. Allow luggage storage after check-out. Flexible check-out arrangement given the heavy rain on check-out day. A bus stop (Bus 58B from Sete Rios Bus Station) is just in front of the entrance and takes 10 mins walk to Metro. A bit far from the main tourist attractions - takes 45-55 mins to Alfama and Belem by public transport. But only takes 20 mins to airport by taxi. A lot of good restaurants, also popular for locals, in walking distance. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. May hear of the flights one or two times at night but the noise level would not disturb the sleep quality. Would recommend for friends and family who will stay in Lisbon.

Perfect located. Direct access to the beach and parking in front. Nice terrace with barbecue and the house is spacious. The heater broke but it was fixed quick. House is a bit cold for winter. Be aware that you need to buy the basics like salt, pepper, soap, toilette paper etc.

Katerina was very proactive, responsive, and a caring host. Any issues or questions I had were quickly addressed. Her English is excellent, so there were no issues with language barriers. I stayed for 30 days, so the weekly cleaning was nice in that the apartment stayed in good condition without much effort on my part. It’s a very pretty apartment with a lot of character: art, books, etc. It did make me worry that I would accidentally mix up my stuff with the apartment’s and consequently forget it at checkout. I alleviated this worry by limiting where I put my possessions to only a couple locations. New tenants: Be sure to get the unit’s Lote number (groupings of the apartments, displayed on the apartment complex external doors) before you arrive, or maybe ask for the location/pin of the best external door to access the apartment. For the address provided, most apps will take you a bit further into the apartment complex, which can be a bit of a hike if you have luggage.

I booked this reservation last minute, they were very responsive. The place was ready for immediate check in. Someone was always available to answer questions and he was very patient! I have been burned with Airbnb rental in Madrid so I was very skeptical about another rental but I was very comfortable with this rental.

Uma casa pequena mas simplesmente aconcchegante, as crianças amaram a área externa do jardim e piscina. a Maria foi extremamente receptiva e prestativa, nós ajudou e deixou tudo em ordem para nos receber. Mas indicaria com conforto e privacidade para até 2 pessoas.

We had a great time at Leonor's place. Coming for work, we don't have a lot of feedback for activities but Leonor has recommendations ready and the neighborhood is close to Belem if you have time to visit! Leonor is a greatly reactive host for any small issue we had, and is really nice. Only one little downside: if you are sensible to the noise, the street can be noisy but the room in the back allows for a good sleep anyway! Thank you Leonor for your welcome, we recommend the stay there!

Charmante et belle maison, décorée avec soins et très propres, tout était impeccable à notre arrivée. La literie est excellente. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Idéalement située à proximité de la gare. Cependant la voie ferrée se trouve face a la maison, il aurait été important de le préciser dans la description.

We rented the apartment together with my girlfriend for 2 weeks. During this time we worked and there was no problem with the internet. The apartment is located right next to the beach. Close to stores and many restaurants. The value for money is very good! The owner also allowed us to check out a few hours later as we had a return flight in the afternoon. Highly recommended :)

Très satisfaits de notre semaine à Trafaria chez Sarah et Nuno. Très belle maison, spacieuse, très fonctionnelle, bien située à proximité de Lisbonne par le ferry. Eviter la voiture pour aller sur Lisbonne (attention aux embouteillages permanents au niveau du Pont du 25 avril) et préférer la traversée en bateau. De belles excursions à faire plus au Sud sur Sesimbra notamment. Réactivité très sympathique de Sarah à nos messages. Chrishélène, Jean-Loup, Marie-Loup, Joséphine.
