The place was listed as advertised. Very clean, private with great accommodations. We used this as a base camp for a guys snowmobile weekend. Immediate trail access results in having to ride 3 miles of roads or ungroomed trails. After the 2nd day we decided to trailer 7 miles north to Seney where we found trails in excellent condition. I wouldn't hesitate coming back... just wanted to provide an honest review for fellow Snowmobile enthusiasts.

This place was perfect for a winter weekend in the UP. Close to great snowshoeing and the Eben Ice Caves. It was clean and cozy with everything you needed.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay for our annual snowmobile trip! Plenty of space and every accommodation you could ask for. Most importantly there was an awesome hot tub to relax in after a day of riding. Perfect central location to hit the trails. Trail 8 directly across the road was amazing! Matt was super responsive and a perfect host! I would recommend this place to anyone (except maybe those looking to book during my family's annual trip)!

The house and location are prettier than the pictures showcase. It had all the necessary amenities, including Wifi, which was especially helpful to look up directions for daily outings in the area because cell and mapping service was very weak throughout our experience around Hiawatha and Boot Lake. Other favorite features of ours included the deck overlooking the lake and trees, the dock over the lillypads on your way to the boats and shore, the large living room/gathering space for our family of 8 plus dogs. We had pretty much no bugs inside and the fans worked well to keep us cool. We had a little trouble finding the exact address at night when arriving but Kendra remained communicative throughout our stay and helped us find it. We were also bummed the hot tub was not working but appreciated Kendras efforts to try to get it functioning again. A technician was even sent out but it seems it just couldn't be fixed during our stay. Overall, a great week and would stay here again.

This place was stunning. The hosts thought of everything that anyone would need while staying at their house. They were wonderful with communication. The cabin was so cozy. Lots of fun snow activities in Marquette and Munising. This place has wonderful views and is at a perfect location. We hope to make this trip a yearly tradition. 😊

These guys are great! Well maintained and always clean! All the essentials to cook and hang out. Been staying here the past 5 years for sled trips and will keep coming in years to come!

Durea's place was amazing! First I have to acknowledge she was always SUPER helpful and responsive and she would always respond when emerging travel situations came up which was so nice. The place is also really really awesome. The cabin was more than we expected (totally felt in a glamping situation) and I would say its location is also really good because even though everything is "far" in the UP , the location is very centric to Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls , Kitchi iti kipi and other things so definitely a place to consider. Outside of that the cabin is really comfortable and they really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The bathrooms were always in super clean condition with running hot water and the cabin itself was super comfortable. Would highly recommend

Such a great stay for our family of 4! House fit our needs - great places to eat nearby. Lot's to do in the area. Loved hanging out at the Bay and the lake.

This is a beach house for sure, but for our snowy President’s Day weekend it was just as delightful. While snowed in we made soup in the well-appointed kitchen, enjoyed a snowy bonfire on the shore of Lake Superior, built a snow fort and warmed up in the gorgeous sauna. Great proximity to Au Train with all the comforts of home!

We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect location if you planned for visiting Eben ice cave and munising. The cabin is newly renovated and it was clean and convenient for all aspects. Touchscreen operating fireplace was easy enough to control and it helped keeping the place warm. Just be careful on using the toilet since it is septic system.

Stayed for a weekend snowmobiling. Was a great cabin with trails close by! Great communication!

Our family had a great time at Kaitlyn's cabin. It is very beautiful & well-kept with quiet surroundings. Lake access was only a short walk down the road & great for kayak/canoe use. The shed was a great place to hangout in the evenings and included a large TV w/Roku. The Blackstone made meal prep easy and fun. There was plenty of firewood & lawn chairs available for use. Air conditioning temps in both the house and upper quarters of the shed were perfect. Kaitlyn was very responsive to my messages and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Chose this cabin for a snowmobile trip. Cabin was just a few minutes from the trails so access was great. We were able to park truck & trailer near cabin. Cabin was clean, as described, & Laura was responsive & accommodating. We were looking for a quaint cabin near snowmobile trails with a kitchen and it worked out well for us. Thank you Laura!

Our extended family had a great overnight getaway. We hiked to the Eben ice caves with our pup Simone and did some local shopping in Marquette. We’ll definitely be back in the summer.

We had a truly wonderful time- it was perfect for the 5 of us who stayed, just the right amount of space. Everything was well stocked and clean. Directions were easy to understand, and we loved the fireplace. Such a beautiful location!!
