Ivan's place in Downtown Los Angeles was ideal. The place has lovely, natural light and a beautiful layout. The rooms were extremely clean, and I loved the amenities, especially that fresh coffee was provided for a French press, although there's also a Kuerig for guests who are on the go. The condo is adorable and chic, cozy and modern. I loved the oversized bird's nest chair and the comfortable bedding. The shower is like a spa, and the bathroom was impressively stocked. The rooftop view is amazing with pool and hot tub, and I loved having access to the gym in the building. Ivan was kind enough to communicate that a new sleeper sofa would be available during my stay. On that note, Ivan communicated quickly and clearly from the time I booked until my checkout. He answered all my questions thoughtfully and with a kindly. The building felt very safe, as there is 24-hour security. Ivan left no stone unturned to ensure guest's comfort. I'd gladly return for another stay!

We stayed a week in this apartment. It felt like home. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, making sure we got settled in and then leaving us alone so the apartment felt like our own. Everything was simple and minimalistic, but we had everything we needed. Instructions were clear and well communicated (for things like heat/AC, parking, etc). The balcony was an added touch. We'd open the door every morning and let the cool air in. A very safe, convenient, beautiful place to stay. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again.

I stayed at Bella & Alan's apartment for a few days and had a great experience. The hosts were super friendly and provided clear instructions on how to get there, along with a helpful guide to the complex and its facilities. The apartment complex is new, clean, and well-equipped—with a great gym, swimming pool, and a BBQ area. There's also a supermarket right on the ground floor and a 7-Eleven just across the street, which is super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and actually more spacious than I expected. You can even head up to the rooftop to catch a beautiful sunset, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to LA!

Amber was very responsive any time in the run up and during our stay. We had arrived from getting married in Las Vegas and waiting for us was a lovely bunch of roses, chocolates and a card which was very thoughtful! The apartment was exactly as described and was clean and was easy to find. There are plenty of shops/restaurants in walking distance. We didn't get chance to use the swimming pool facilities as we had too much planned, but again it was as described and clean. Thank you for being a great host Amber!

This place is a yes. The apartment is spacious, clean, and filled with beautiful natural light during the day—with a stunning view of the sunset. I loved the open-concept closet space; it was super convenient. The rooftop, gym, and pool are incredible amenities—definitely a highlight of the stay. But the cherry on top was having a grocery store literally less than a minute away, right underneath the building. Lol I’ll definitely be back & plan to stay longer! Just to note: The apartment is located in Hollywood, not West Hollywood, which is something to keep in mind. The key pickup process can be a bit inconvenient if you’re from out of town and relying on Uber, since the pickup location is offsite. But it’s close by, and the host provided clear instructions and was very responsive—so it wasn’t too bad, just something to keep in mind. Final thoughts- it was great! Thank u steph! <3

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely quiet community. It was great to be able to walk to the many nice restaurants of Glendora Village. Allen was very responsive and helpful to our questions. Highly recommended.

Appartement très fonctionnel ! Tout est à disposition, l’emplacement est parfait, tout est accessible. Un gros + : le lave linge et sèche linge pour seulement 2.50$. Hôte très réactif, je recommande !

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

Place was perfect! Cute, clean and exactly what we needed. Super close to Universal Studios. Sergey was an excellent host and gave us very easy and clear instructions to access his place.

Daisy’s place was perfect! The beds were super comfy—slept like a rock every night. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a full meal, which was such a nice bonus. Plus, there was plenty of street parking available, so coming and going was super easy. Great spot overall. Would definitely stay again!

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The location is why I picked this place but I’m happy to say that everything else exceeded my expectations. Even the building staff was friendly! I’d happily stay here again next time I visit DTLA

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

I enjoyed my stay at Mandy's place. The location was convenient with quick access to many stores in the area. The place was clean with a nice TV and kitchen area. Mandy was polite and super responsive to anything I needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

location was right in the heart of downtown and easy to get to convention center where I had meetings. nice local spots to eat at including taco spot right next door. apartment was clean and really nice. great choice for downtown LA
