Herman ist ein super Gastgeber! Er hat mich schon kurz vor der Ankunft kontaktiert, damit alles glatt läuft. Herzlicher Empfang, die gebuchte Unterkunft ist einfach, aber alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. voll ausgestattete Außenküche, Pool, Whirlpool, Liegen, Kaffeemaschine, Parkplatz und Hilfe bei allen Anliegen sowie Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt am Pool: kein Schatten für die Liegen, nur die volle Dröhnung Sonne - oder hatte ich vergessen, nach einem Sonnenschirm zu fragen? Die Finca ist wunderschön, weitläufig und durch die Tiere in den Pferchen auf dem Grundstück (Esel, Ziegen, Hühner, Hund) ist alles noch entspannter.

Geweldig verblijf gehad bij Maria en haar zonen. We zijn helemaal tot rust gekomen. Bedankt Maria

The apartment is in a pretty residential area of Denia and was very peaceful. Definitely need a car but only a few minutes drive to the centre. Apartment has everything you need and use of a lovely pool. Inga was friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect couple of days relaxing at Marleen’s. Both Marleen and Yves are very friendly and went the extra mile to make us welcome and help us enjoy our stay. Also, Yves went out of his way to enable my husband to watch the World Cup rugby on their own TV in their personal space. Even gave us the key should they be out! The pool and garden are beautiful relaxing places to be. We even left with a bag of goodies from the garden. Would definitely return! Thank you Marleen and Yves 😀 🙏🏻💗

This is the perfect place to unplug and enjoy nature while still being close enough to the coast to enjoy the crowds if you choose. I had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again.

We had a fantastic 10 days at Ana's place. Accomodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thle outdoor space was just wonderful, with so much room to relax, a lovely view and a stunning pool area. We definitely recommend it and hope to stay again sometime.

Our flight has need delayed and then of course picking up the car etc. everything takes little bit of time. But the host was ever so lovely and committed with me from the minute I have updated him about the delay. So smooth check has been sorted although it was past the check in time. On arrival at the property we had warm welcome and been explained how to operate the air conditioning as the place was little cold due to us visiting during the winter time, during the nights there is little bit of breeze. Apartment was lovely and clean, with two bedrooms. One with double bed and the other two single beds. But they easy to move together if traveling with small child. The apartment is ever so lovely and quiet so if you need little bit of time just to relax and recover from busy life it’s perfect place as you won’t be disturbed. There is lovely terrace at the front that is covered in sun most of the day. Beach is only couple of minutes walk and there is shop just crossed the road.

Appartement super avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Cependant, en effet les propriétaires habitent juste au dessus donc aucun bruit n’est toléré. Idéal pour des vacances calmes.

Unos anfitriones maravillosos, muy amables, y cercanos. Una experiencia magnífica, han estado muy atentos durante la estancia por si nos faltaba algo y también nos han dado recomendaciones sobre que hacer por la zona y restaurantes. ¡Muchas gracias!

El lugar es muy acogedor, limpio y cómodo. Todo decorado con muy buen gusto, nos encantó. Hay opción de aparcar dentro en la parcela, definitivamente un factor a tener en cuenta en temporada alta. Elena estuvo atenta en todo momento de nuestras necesidades aunque no hizo falta. El lugar está en una especie de urbanización, en una zona aparentemente tranquila y un poco más alejada del pueblo, pero para nosotros eso no fue ningún inconveniente. Un placer quedarnos allí y si volvemos al destino, repetiremos sin duda.

Estuvimos el puente de diciembre en su estudio descansado unos días. Kim fue súper amable y en todo momento estaba atenta por si necesitábamos algo, eso nos dio mucha confianza. Conocimos a su gatita( Perlita)que estuvo con nosotros la mayoría de la estancia haciéndonos compañía. El sitio era súper tranquilo y respiraba paz, nos encantó la casita y su cocina al aire libre. Estamos seguros que volveremos!! ☺️

We are a family of three including a four year old daughter. We liked the apartment and garden . Very nice view from balcony. It was clean. An iron was missing but Monika delivered one in 10 minutes. Great communication and positive attitude. Quite small kitchen but it works. A very small TV. Good value.

Julia’s place is a little gem . We didn’t hire a car so the location was excellent . We used the modern tram service 2 minutes walk and explored all the lovely places. Team goes as far as Denia. The apartment in near diner local restaurants and has a local shop. The place was very well equipped and all the things needed for a beach day ! Would definitely use this place again . Julia was very prompt and very helpful . Loved it !

This is a beautiful modern villa with a quiet, tranquil, clean shared pool. The kitchen had all we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the host was helpful. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be in walking distance of La Finca golf course and restaurants or a short drive from Algorfa town. Thank you Maurice!

Carmen muy flexible, quizá el sitio se quede pequeño para dormir para el máximo de personas que deja, el gps te lleva al lugar exacto, sitio bonito y tranquilo, repetiría!! Gracias Carmen!!

Segunda vez que vamos al alojamiento de Ignacio y de nuevo ha sido estupendo. Ignacio siempre pendiente y muy amable. Muy recomendado. Volveremos a repetir sin duda!

Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Alicante. Byliśmy w mieszkaniu przez tydzień w 5 osób i było idealnie. Wszystko było na miejscu, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem.

Très bonne communication avec Eva, très bien accueilli avec des petites attentions particulières Logement parfait, dans un lieu très jolie et très calme! Un Grand merci Également à Graziella et son mari il sont vraiment très très agréable.

Kristina’s property was absolutely stunning! the photos didn’t do it justice, we were in shock we found such a nice place. Very spacious and modern in a much more quite part that over looked Benidorm, which was ideal for us. A taxi to the main centre was only about 15 euros but was lovely not being so close, plenty of nice bars and restaurants that are more used by locals close by along with some shops. We were met by Miguel on arrival, he was very friendly and showed us round and made us feel comfortable, was also very quick to reply. Would 100% stay there again.

Fabulous for a short break, attending a wedding in Javea. Pool is immaculately clean and super even in November for a bracing dip! Worth being up on the hillside for the great views, but very glad we had a car as the walk back from the Port area is steep! It’s a really lovely place to stay and Lena is so helpful and friendly. We loved the area - some super hiking and lovely bays, so we’ll definitely return.
