I stayed at Delias house from 12th to 19th March and I can highly recommend it. The house is in a fabulous location near the strip and beach but private as well . The house was spotless and have everything we could need in it . Delia was very friendly and a great host and anything we asked or wanted was received straight away and I would definitely want to return again in the future

Espectacular alojamiento, para desconectar y encontrarte con la naturaleza. Las vistas son impresionantes. Buena limpieza y cuidado del apartamento. Las indicaciones del anfitrión son claras y fáciles para encontrar el apartamento. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Thank you very much for a pleasant stay. Communication was perfect, we found everything in order. The apartment is beautifully clean and has everything you need for your stay. We were also pleased with the fruit and water as a welcome gift. We would love to come back! :-)

Nous avons passé un meilleur séjour, Karl a vraiment été très accueillant, très précis sur les conditions d'arrivée, c'est très bien organisé et l'appartement est magnifique ! La vue est exceptionnelle, j'aurais voulu y rester pendant plusieurs mois tellement c'est beau.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable with a view from the balcony to the pool and garden with palm trees. Walking to the town along the promenade was pleasant (20-25 minutes). Matilde was easy to communicate with and kind about arriving early or leaving later, if there were no other guests.

Olivier war sehr sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich zuvorkommend. Jederzeit erreichbar, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und kleine Gesten die erfreulich waren. Bei Ankunft wurden die Erwartungen, die durch die Bilder erweckt wurden sogar übertroffen! Der Ausblick beim Betreten des Hauses durch die Terrassentür direkt auf den Pool und das Meer waren einzigartig! Ein Auto vor Ort bietet die nötige Flexibilität und ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, dann erreicht man alles mühelos und einfach (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Strand, etc.). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Olivier als Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Det var ett kjempefint opphold. huset levde opp til forventningene og Arno var fantasisk å sammarbeide med. var ett stykke fra Calpe sentrum men dette viste vi på forhånd. Taxien kom fort så derte va ingen problem. appen Glovo var fantastisk for å få dagligvarer levert hjem til huset med gratis levering. Tusentakk for eit fint opphold Arno, kommer nok tilbake🤩

We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

We arrived later in the evening and easily picked up the keys from a lockbox, following straightforward instructions that made our entry into the property hassle-free. The property itself was fantastic—extremely clean and well-equipped for meal preparation. This was a welcome change, as we often encounter rentals with minimal supplies and end up buying items we leave behind. Having a private pool was a real treat. Although it wasn’t heated, that wasn’t an issue at all. A friendly pool service came twice during our 10-day stay to keep it clean. There was also a washing machine, along with a drying rack and several lines for hanging laundry, which made it easy to pack light. We appreciated the ample street parking, often finding spaces right outside our unit. Additionally, there were plenty of grocery stores nearby, some even within walking distance, along with a variety of charming cafes and restaurants just a short stroll away.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful, stylish home, very well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outdoor spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach, restaurants and a little supermarket or a short drive to the town centre.

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

Our 2nd visit and we loved it even more than our first. The position with sea views from the terrace is amongst the very best, close to the walls - quieter than the central streets and a plaza opposite where we took the table to eat under a tree - fantastic. Air con in all rooms is fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. Both the owners and Yokasta the caretaker are always friendly and helpful. A small quiet beach under a minute walk away. Two very mini-markets on the island have limited stock, particularly in fruit, veg and chilled food, though plenty of bottled water and cold drinks, beer and wine. I never see fresh meat or fish and haven’t asked, but believe they’ll get anything for you for the next day. We went to the Mayamar supermarket in Santa Pola for main shop. Restaurants and most eateries close by 5/6pm and only 2 or 3 restaurants reopen around 9pm. This is the best place for relaxing, swimming, snorkelling - we will be back for sure.

Nous avons séjourné entre amis (10) 8 jours chez Danny et tout s’est très bien passé. La maison est extrêmement bien située au bord de l’eau, à 2 pas d’un excellent restaurant « la paillote », une maison très agréable pour les vacances. L’extérieur reste à améliorer notamment pour avoir des zones d’ombres ( les travaux démarrent en septembre) mais très sincèrement nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Chaque chambre possède sa SDB, une cuisine à l’étage, une cuisine au RDC, tout est très pratique même si nous avons passé tout notre temps dehors, le confort et la décoration intérieure étaient au Rendez-vous. Danny a été très agréable, très réactive et à l’écoute, nous recommandons cette maison et sa vue sur la mer tout simplement magique. Merci Danny.

We had a lovely stay at Alvaro’s place in La Mata. The house has everything you need to feel like home and we especially enjoyed the terrace. The location is great, close to the beach and a few minutes by car to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Finally, we would like to thank Alvaro for his hospitality, he truly cares about his guests.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Lage ist ideal – mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Denis war super freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!
