The place is simple but great, it has everything you need. It is spacious and an excellent price, location. Very good value for money. Also, very good and easy communication with the host. Totally recommended.

We had a great stay here with family from age 1 to grandparents. The family really enjoyed the pool. There was a baby chair available however no gate for the stairs for kids but we moved the couch and tables to cover the gaps. Perfect location for a quiet holiday with short drive to shops and restaurants.

Una casa preciosa enfrente del mar, a tan solo unos pasos te podías bañar. El trato de Marina fue excelente, muy amable y receptiva. La casa estaba impoluta, vinieron a limpiar a media semana , cambiaron sábanas y toallas . La cama de matrimonio muy cómoda , las de mis hijos un poco menos ya que son pequeñas para la estatura de ellos , si viajas con niños están perfectas . La terraza es muy agradable con unas puestas de sol maravillosa. Tienes aparcamiento en la casa y está a 5 minutos de Parikia. Estuvimos muy cómodos, ideal para pasar una semana en Paros. Y el restaurante que está debajo justo en la playa muy bueno. Todo muy recomendable.

Wir können uns den Empfehlungen der anderen Gäste nur anschließen. Das Haus ist super. Gut gelegen, sowohl zur Stadt hin als auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung vor allem an die Nordküste. Auch ist es gut ausgestattet, besonders hervorzuheben ist das große Schlafzimmer sowie das stylische Badezimmer. Alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Wir wurden mit Wein und kandierte Zitrusschalen (sehr lecker) begrüßt. Dimitris und sein Vater sind herzliche, kommunikative und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Lazarakia Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Danke für diese schöne location auf Naxos. Doris & Robert

une parenthèse enchanté le logement que propose Anastasia. un lieu magnifique au calme, un jardin et des extérieurs qui donnent envie de se prélasser. Maison magnifique, propre, bien équipé. tavernes authentiques et épicerie accessible à pied. on ne veut que prolonger son séjour une fois là bas!

Geweldig uitzicht op de zee en ondergaande zon. Je loopt vanaf het terras zo naar beneden om even te zwemmen of snorkelen in de zee. Ook staan er strandbedjes om op te liggen. Ik ben kitesurfer en in de verte zie je de kitelocatie. Als de wind goed is zie je dan ook de vliegers de lucht in gaan. Kostas is super vriendelijk, één van de beste hosts die wij hebben meegemaakt.

We haven't used AirBnB for a while, but this was a great experience. Grigoris (and his Mum!) were very helpful before and after our stay (some complications with ferry cancellations we had to deal with!), and the place was really nice, maybe even better than we expected from the detail on the listing. The interior was very well designed, but the outside space (large dining space and lounging area) was a great surprise! There was no cooking facilities, but that wasn't an issue for us, with a good location away from the centre but close enough to get to a lot of restaurants etc. Overall really good.

I had a fantastic stay. Would definitely come back. It’s about a 15/20 minute car ride to the downtown area and 10 mins away from the beach. It’s a gem. The host is a fantastic communicator.

Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, modern and beautiful. Valentina was lovely, she is one of the people helping take care/manage the property. She met us upon our arrival and provided local recommendations. She also checked in a few times throughout our stay to ensure everything is ok. I would definitely stay again. One thing to note is that the property did not have any soap, paper towels or some other basic necessities. Water was also not provided, which is not required of course, but other properties we’ve stayed at usually had a bottle or 2 of water for us since we didn’t have time to go shopping before arriving to the Airbnb after our long travel day. Having some water in the fridge even 1 bottle would’ve been a nice touch.

The villa is in a beautiful location, with views over the olive groves to the sea. Amazing sunsets. It is so peaceful. We were really lucky and for the majority of our stay we were the only ones staying in one of 6 villas in the complex. But even when the villas either side were occupied it still felt very private. The villa had everything we needed and we appreciated the dishwasher tablets, laundry tabs, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. All the room and bathrooms were well portioned. The outside space is really well designed with 2 seating areas and one is always in shade. The garden is beautifully landscaped with tranquil grasses and flowering shrubs. There is an amazing bakery at the end of the lane, 5 minute walk away and a restaurant 10min walk away along the road and 3 within 30 min walk by the coast. The beach is quiet and not touristy with a couple of locations you can hire sunbeds from if you wanted. The sun sets over the sea. We would highly recommend it

Cycladic Stay in Paros was the nicest air bnb I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The pictures look exactly like the place, the views are stunning. Michaelis the host was very responsive and helpful. The villa is ~20 min from nauossa and close to many other places worth visiting. We were lucky to be able to stay here during our time in paros!

Couldn’t ask for a better holiday! We made ourselves home quickly in this villa as it had everything we needed, and even daily cleaning services, which was a really nice touch. I also liked that we had unobstructed views of the stunning l sunrise and sunset every day at our doorstep. The villa is located at a quieter area of Paros, but still a walking distance to restaurants and a short drive away from the island’s pristine beaches. I’d recommend anyone seeking some peace and quiet to stay at Piso Livadi, and specifically at this lovely property. Thank you Yannis for being such a lovely host and making sure we had everything we need for a comfortable stay!

The owner, Panayiota, is a superb host. She communicated proactively, was highly responsive and thoughtful. The villa is well appointed, stylishly decorated, very clean, modern and is air conditioned throughout. The bathrooms are spotless, there was endless hot water with good showers. The kitchen has everything you need should you wish to dine in. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The pool is a good size with great sunbeds, parasols and towels. Plenty of places to sit around to chat and relax. The garden ideally set up for families with a small slide and seesaw for the children and adjoins the pool. Indeed the villa is highly suitable for families with children. Panayiota had a cot and toys made available for our 2 year old. The beech is a small walk (5-10 minutes) where there are lots of tavernas and bars to choose from. The beach itself has soft sand, and gentle waves. If you want to go further you will need a car. We strongly recommend.

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Naxos was nothing short of perfect! The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views. The accommodation was spotless, stylish, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. Waking up to the serene surroundings and enjoying breakfast on the charming patio was simply magical. The location was ideal, offering easy access to stunning beaches. Our host was incredibly attentive and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the island. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Naxos!

La Villa de Marina est idéalement placée, à 50m de la plage, la vue est incroyable. La villa est récente, moderne et pratique à vivre. A 20mn de Chora Naxos. Marina a été très réactive et nous a gentiment aiguillé en nous donnant des adresses de bonnes tables. Une belle expérience

We really enjoyed our stay! The suite was very clean, with comfortable beds and a patio that we enjoyed every evening. A toaster and some wine glasses would’ve been a nice addition in the kitchen. Our host was very responsive when we had questions and gave us recommendations too. Thanks for a lovely stay at Cleopatras homes! Highly recommend this spot!

The Poseidon Villa, was amazing. We have just spent six nights here, and absolutely loved Paros. it was a great base to explore the Island, you’ll need a car to get around because taxi’s are expensive but this was our first experience driving around Paros and it opens up opportunities to see everything the island has to offer and it’s a lot. You can drive around the island in around an hour, but there’s some many places to see. It was lovely to come back home to the villa at night, it was really cosy and homely once we got settled in. The outdoor space was amazing and the views stunning and 3 minutes drive to a couple of nearby beaches which were great, but use the car to go to places like Paros Park, Golden Beach, Aliki or Piso Livadi you won’t be disappointed. Nektaria's place is amazing! Huge balcony with 180 degree views of the ocean across to the mountains. The place has everything you need for a short or long stay, including a full kitchen. The place is peaceful and private. It's conveniently located, only steps away from the main street in Naxos and the esplanade beside the sea, which has lots of restaurants. I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Naxos.

Where should i start . Sotiria was an amazing host. She came to the house and welcome us with cake that she baked,wine that she made and other snacks.myself and family wish we cound have stayed there longer. We all love here and theh way she treated us we felt right at home. She check in with us to see how we where doing and if we needed anything. Sitting outside the house and taking in the fresh air was amazing. Some of us fell asleep outside :) . Sotiria Thank you very much for everything. I will definitely recommend your place. And if im ever in Naxos again i will surely check to see if your place is available. On the last day before our amazing Host got a little gift for the ladies. So sweet of her. This home is pretty spectacular. Coming from a Greek, I can honestly say this is an authentic, old world Greek traditional home. Drinking our morning coffee on the back patio as the ships sailed by was amazing, what a view! From the moment you enter the home you can take a photo from anywhere and it truly will look like a postcard or out of Architectural Digest. The large courtyard is just breathtaking with beautiful landscaping. We loved using the outdoor shower ! The owner Stuart is very responsive and cares that you have a nice time. Katerina is lovely too.

Great spot! Small load washing machine was an amazing thing to have in the room with clothing lines on the balcony. Amenities are as listed plus an iron, don't think I see it listed there. As described, 10 min walk to the bus station, 5 mins to the start of town/restaurants and 10 mins to the waterfront. We had an internet access on our phones, so was able to find the spot/finding our way around no problem with google maps, etc. However, could be a bit tricky to find without it so I'd recommend to pre-download the map or screen shot directions from the bus station/wherever you're coming from. All in all, fantastic spot! Shower wasn't great, space wise/water gets a bit everywhere but I think small with clingy curtains is to be expected in most places on the islands 😉. We really enjoyed our stay at Babis place! The apartment was in a quiet and beautiful location! The balcony has a great view and the neighbourhoud is very quiet. The apartment was as described. It has many original items which you can't find anymore and was very interesting/nostalgic to have around. The hosts were very responsive to all our requests, very polite, friendly with Mr Stavros even installing a swing for our daughter! The only suggestion we would make is to give a freshening up to the apartment. It is in good condition but it definitely needs some restorations. We are definitely recommending this property and we would like to thank again the hosts for their hospitality!!
