A private farmer's two-storied house located in the deep mountains not far from the world-class Alishan National Park. You can enjoy the real rural settings. The hosts are local farmers who are really hospitable to their guests. Highly recommended for the visitors to Alishan.

Perfect place to stay after a tiring day in Alishan. The host is very nice, breakfast is provided, and most importantly the place is squeaky clean.

此次為家庭旅行，地理位置座落在市中心附近，四週較為隱密，看得出房主的用心經營與維護，家人們都很喜歡。 很幸運這次嘉義之旅選擇了五柳園民宿，讓我們全家人都有了下次要再回來住這裡的美好記憶。

We had a great stay here! Room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Kid/baby friendly too as she provided us both a bassinet and bed rails, as well as infant bath tub. Very nice local breakfast, and excellent tea and coffee. They brought out a baby chair and toys to entertain my baby at breakfast too. The location is a bit far from xitou by foot, but still hikeable, really close by car. Nice local restaurant within 5 min walk for dinner.

The Room is Big and Clean. Sleep well in the room. Host is friendly. Wi-Fi is strong enough. Shower water is strong. Have free breakfast too. Good value for the money. Have lived in different homestay, this is the only homestay I am satisfied with.

A comfortable stay in the center of Xiluo. This House is like a Hotel with multiple rooms and guests. Each Room gets their own dedicated bathroom which is nice. Check-in and checkout is done without the presence of the host which makes arriving late easy. Xiluo is a very charming town with nice old buildings and temples. I recommend this place.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The surroundings are quiet and full of green. The staff are friendly and responsive. A great place to chill and relax.

The breakfast was great. The laundromat is 10 mins walk away. Flexible and accommodating for extended parking till 2pm.

This place is really excellent. Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Great views and close to Xitou. I think it was about 30 mins to Sun Link Sea and there are lots of other walkings / sites of interest. The staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly Kate who speaks English and is really considerate.

Beautiful views from our room. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. We extended our stay for the second night, but in a different room (though more expensive with lesser view). All in all a great stay. The only thing I would suggest/wished we could have moved rooms a bit quicker with a priority given to cleaning than later when we had to switch rooms.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Clear instructions as to what amenities they provided prior to our stay. Nice view. Staff were friendly and tried their best to respond to our enquiries and cater to our requests (eg providing charger adapters). Overall a great experience.

Clara and her husband well way above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They could've just passed me the key and showed me the room, but they decided to do a whole tea appreciation session where we sat around a fireplace and share life perspectives. The next morning, they even cooked a 4 dish breakfast for me, making sure that everything they used was organic. If you're keen to immerse yourself in a village setting, they're definitely the place to be Highlight of my solo grad trip

Wonderful stay in this pristine, and within walking distance to watch a beautiful sunrise. Not too far from Eryanping to watch sunset too.

Tolles Zimmer in einem sehr schönen Berghotel. Man muss zwar circa 8 Minuten von der Haltestelle Xiding laufen, aber die Einrichtung und der Service waren sehr gut. Man kann auch einen Trail direkt vom Hotel aus laufen. Auf dem Dach des Hotels kann man den Sonnenaufgang gut sehen. Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet, ausgewogen und lecker. Gepäck abstellen ist kein Problem. Der Aufenthalt ist sehr empfehlenswert, wenn auch nicht ganz preiswert.

Very good location for a secluded holiday on Alishan if you have your own car. It is not too far from eatery and the reactional park by driving. Beautiful garden as in the photo and amazing view from the property. Very clean room and beautiful breakfast. Host is friendly, helpful and responsive.

Staying at Seasonstar in the beautiful Alishan mountains was a great experience. The surrounding nature is stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect place to relax. Gordan is a very friendly and welcoming host. The garden is well-maintained and adds to the charm of the place. A highlight was the excellent tea, which truly reflects the region’s rich tea culture. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to enjoy nature and a comfortable, well-hosted experience in Alishan.

他の宿では体験できないような皆で囲炉裏を囲んでの茶会や、オーガニックな食材で作られた手作りの朝食、自然に囲まれた場所での夢のような特別な時間でした。 宿の方々は皆フレンドリーで丁寧で優しく、素晴らしい旅となりました。私は現地の言葉が話せる訳ではなかったのですが、翻訳ソフトを活用してくれるなどして対応してくださり、滞在中不自由などは一切感じませんでした。 私は宿の有料送迎は頼まず訪れたのですが、観光中心地からはそれなりに離れており、時間帯によってはタクシーを捕まえにくいので、そこだけ注意点が必要かなと思いました。しかし、だからこその静かな環境で良かったです。 ちょうど年明けを大事な人とここで迎えましたが、この日を生涯忘れることはないと思います。共に宿泊した相手も本当に良かったと大変感動しておりました。今回の旅では他の宿にも幾つか滞在し、それぞれとても良かったのですが、その中でもここでの時間が最も感動的でした。

Great accommodation, in a super nice location, with a beautiful garden. Alishan Seasonstar is a very peaceful place, surrounded by tea plantations, with an amazing view on the mountains. In addition, the hot pot and food were delicious.
