Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

Central location great for Disney and the beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and extended the length of our visit because we were having such a nice time. For our first airbnb experience, it was amazing. Definitely worth every penny. The location is beautiful and unique. The staff at Rumari were always extremely helpful and courteous when using the driveway. Everything was easy to figure out. The spot is roomy and very comfortable. And any questions were answered very promptly. Will be coming back here again in the future! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Such a perfect spot for a sibling vacation! It's a cozy spot with lots of blankets, couches, and beds. The kitchen is perfect for meal prepping for large families who are constantly on the run. Brianna the host was super awesome and replied promptly when we had any questions. If you're a plant person, you'll geek out over her succulents and the front porch. We will be staying again very soon. Thank you for such a warm welcome and the opportunity for a great vacation in a beautiful home, we are forever grateful Brianna!

Great accommodations. Place was clean and comfortable, roof deck is a huge perk. Beds were comfortable. Clifton met me at the unit to show me everything, that was easy and really helpful.

David and Kelly's home was just as described, a beautiful secluded ranch in a nice walkable neighborhood. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early (especially helpful when flying across the county with 2 year old triplets!) The home had everything our group of 12 needed. We let David know an air filter needed to be replaced, just as a heads up and he changed it that day! They were truly wonderful hosts! An amazing perk of Airbnb is experiencing the culture and way of life where you are visiting, rather than a bland hotel room.

Great place for my family of three + dog when we were in town for a wedding. Sandy and Terry were great communicators and we had an easy time checking in and out. Would stay there again!

the house was beautiful pool was great but sorry to say really cold, would be awesome in the summer. Kitchen was well equipped.

Fantastic place and just as great hosts. Family had so much fun in and outside the property. The ping pong table was an unexpected feature that really amplied the fun. Would come back again!

Great House,super quiet area

First and foremost, I want to say that I and my friends are very happy and satisfied with the place at a very first moment. They keep telling me that this place worth a 5 star rating. I told them, well I even want to give the place a good review at that moment, don’t have to wait till the end. We really love the community. Peaceful, nice view with great gym and beautiful pool. Super cute, quiet, and close to Disneyland! There was plenty of amenities to keep our kids entertained throughout our stay. Everything was labeled and directions were posted in clearly visible areas. We were able to watch the Disneyland fireworks show each night they went off which was a surprise bonus for us! We look forward to renting with Eve again!

The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The place was exactly as it was in the pictures. It was very comfy and cozy! It felt very safe and was close to the beach. We would definitely go back!!

Ryan and Sebastian were very responsive. The place was clean and the person who was cleaning made sure he took the time to change linens, and clean the outdoors since the previous renters left late. It didn't bother us at all since we knew we are getting into a clean place. Close by restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, a great experience. Thank you.

The location of the home was great - walkable to multiple restaurants and nearby a Target. The home was well decorated and comfortable. It worked out well for our trip to Paramount and Disneyland.

Detail detail detail!! As someone who prides myself in the details, if that is you, then stay here. I think everyone’s biggest worry in booking an Airbnb is checking in, parking, will it look like the pictures? etc. This property is everything as advertised and has everything you could need and more. I travel for work and with hotel prices in LA. This is going to be my new go to spot! Can’t wait to visit again. Big shoutout to Ida and her hospitality. Ps.. need to know what detergent she uses.. my clothes have never smelled better!

Leticia's place was comfortable to stay at, would defiantly stay again if I was in the area.. the absolute only thing I would recommend is new pillows EVERYTHING else was extremely wonderful. Clean home with everything you would need as if it was your own home, nice front and back yard with beautiful succulents under the covered patio..

What a nice home in a wonderful area. Great for a business traveler or a family. About a 5 min uber to the beach or convention center and lots of local food and drink spots.

Fantastic AirBnB experience! So comfy with at least 12 places to seat, not even counting the beautiful outdoor area! Nice kitchen to cook our meals. Tons of towels & blankets. Carol was very nice. Would stay again if available when returning to Riverside.

We loved this house!!! It's fun and interesting, lots of room for family. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms comfortable and well decorated (not Ikea). The beach is so close as is the town of Seal Beach-great location. Susan was the perfect host, very good communication. We can't wait to plan another stay.
