Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Alkmaar

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Wir kamen etwas früher als erwartet an, dass stellte jedoch kein Problem dar. Vor gab es Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück. Das Apartment war ordentlich und sehr schön (genauso wie auf den Fotos). Im Apartment fehlte es an nichts. Zudem war das Apartment etwas abgelegen, aber dennoch ziemlich zentral. Zudem gab uns Peet Tipps was wir vor Ort unternehmen konnten. Wir sind als dreiköpfige Familie gereist. Wir können Peet und die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Heel mooi appartement wel op een redelijke drukke weg. Voor de rest was alles heel schoon op kort afstand van de stad en een heerlijk bed.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, verfügt über alles notwendige. Die Lage direkt an Wasser ist sehr schön, zu Fuß kann man den hübschen Ort mit netten Restaurants erkunden, mit dem Bus kommt man zügig etwa alle 15 min nach Amsterdam. Auch Radtouren über Volendam, Edam und Marken sind absolut empfehlenswert. Jorge und Peter leben im Haus und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ons verblijf bij Lotje was fantastisch! Vanaf het eerste contact was ze vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ze gaf ons duidelijke instructies voor het inchecken en stond altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden. De woning zelf was schoon, sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het absolute hoogtepunt was het adembenemende uitzicht op het strand, zowel vanuit de woonkamer als direct vanuit het bed. Ook de locatie was perfect: rustig gelegen, maar toch dicht bij winkels en bezienswaardigheden. Deze Airbnb is absoluut een aanrader, en we kijken ernaar uit om nog eens terug te komen!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und unser 17-jähriger Sohn für 4 Nächte in Irmas Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt! Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden und wir haben auch immer für Alle selbst gekocht. Amsterdam ist leicht mit der Bahn oder über Park and Ride zu erreichen. Empfehlen können wir auch einen Ausflug ans Meer. Die Anlage liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen und die Flugzeuge fliegen direkt über das Haus! Uns hat das allerdings nicht gestört, da wir das gute Wetter ausgenutzt haben und unterwegs waren. Irma war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv mit Informationen versorgt. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder! 😊

I absolutely loved my 3 week stay here, it has everything you could need. It instantly felt like home and includes many small details that makes your stay easy and pleasant. You can really tell that Han's has given good thought and care into the space. He is an absolutely wonderful host that I hope to stay with again in the future. The location is amazing, as other reviews has said, it's the perfect distance from the city center/centraal station(10-20min). Even if you don't feel like going that far, there are many delicious restaurants within 1 block. Grocery stores, museums, the zoo and plenty else to do within 3 blocks! During the day the neighborhood is lively and active, but it never feels overcrowded. There's a constant stream of pedestrians, bicyclist, bridge raises, and boats passing in the canal to watch. During the night it a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bonus points for stable and fast wifi and an awesome hot shower. You won't be disappointed staying at Han's😁👍

Jakolien ist super nett und hilfsbereit, z.B. konnten wir den Whirlpool schon im Februar nutzen, obwohl ab März in der Anzeige steht, nochmal vielen Dank dafür :) Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich, was von dem Pelletofen nochmal abgerundet wird. Zwischen dem Garten und dem See gibt es einen öffentlichen Gehweg, wo die Nachbarn mit ihren Hunden unterwegs sind, dies ist jedoch keineswegs störend. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Couch, diese ist etwas durchgesessen. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Nächte vor Ort.

Het was een heel gezellige woning met inrichting. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het was schoon en alle dank aan Anita voor de gastvrijheid en goede uitleg. Gezellig en warm ontvangst.

Das Haus in Aalsmeer war sehr gemütlich und entsprach weitgehend unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage ist schön, und die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleines Manko war die Heizung, die nicht immer optimal funktionierte, und das Internet könnte stabiler sein. Dennoch hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft insgesamt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Ein gemütliches und schönes Haus in der Gemeinde Medemblik. Es liegt direkt an einem kleinen Kanal und man kann wenn man mag auch von hier los paddeln. Wir hatten zu viel vor, weswegen wir das nicht genutzt haben , obwohl uns Micaela das Angebot gemacht hat. Im Sommer bestimmt ein Traum. Ansonsten ist man in 40 Minuten in Callantsoog an der wunderschönen Nordsee und auch noch weit von der Insel Texel. Auch Amsterdam ist in 35 Minuten zu erreichen. Optimal um den Norden Holland und Amsterdam zu erkunden. Wir waren sogar in Den Haag was auch nur 1h 20 Minuten entfernt war. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und man merkt, das Micaela und John es selbst nutzen, so liebevoll ist es eingerichtet. Eine klare Empfehlung und mit diesen freundlichen Vermietern kann man nichts falsch machen. Gern kommen wir mal wieder.

Die wunderschöne Wohnung liegt auf der Vorderseite direkt am Strand und rückseitig am Naturschutzgebiet. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen schön eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt am Haus. Zu Fuß gibt es nette Restaurants am Strand und in wenigen Minute im Zentrum. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

As a family of three, with a 2 year old, we had a really enjoyable stay. Communication was spot on and if something was missing, the owners came quickly to bring it to us. Really recommended, amazing place, full of walkable nature around it.

Kleines nettes Apartment das wir Sauber angetroffen haben zentral gelegen und doch ruhig . Bequeme Betten, Badezimmer Mini aber es reicht völlig aus . Kommen gerne wieder mal Sandra

Hugo's property was situated in a lovely neighborhood in central Amsterdam and easily accessible to the rest of the sights and Centraal. The only problem was that it was sometimes hard to tear ourselves away from the beautiful view from the huge windows onto a peaceful canal to go see the rest of the city! Hugo was an excellent host -- flexible, communicative, helpful. His apartment is situated above the rental property so he met us at the door, taught us how to use the keys etc. The apartment was clean and as described, grocery stores and a deli were close by, there's a nice neighborhood restaurant around the corner and chiming bells added to the ambience. I hope to be back to this property in the future. Highly recommended.

Super Wohnung, sehr sauber. Lage perfekt man ist in 2 Minuten am Strand. Das Bett ist leider etwas klein. Wir kamen mit unserer Tochter. Ich musste leider aus platzierenden auf der Couch schlafen.

We stayed in March 2025, two of us with our young daughter. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. The location of the house is beautiful, right on the canal opposite the Westermarkt in Jordaan. We walked everywhere including Centraal Station with two cases and a pushchair, and it was no problem at all. The apartment is beautifully decorated - probably the finest decorated AirBNBs we've ever stayed in - and very well equipped. Despite being on one of the main canal streets, the bedroom is super quiet and the bed is large and very comfortable. Bathroom is very well done as well. The welcome was great - we were met at the location at a time we agreed beforehand when we knew our flight details. and we felt very spoiled with complementary fruit and a well stocked coffee and tea station. The hosts made everything very easy for our toddler as well - travel cot set up in the bedroom with blankets ready to go, and a high chair already made up at the table. Fantastic.

L'appartamento di Maxime e' molto bello ed attrezzato, in linea con le foto e molto confortevole. Maxime e' stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato molte informazioni su come raggiungere Amsterdam e quali giri fare. La casa e' in posizione molto bella, splendita sicuramente nel periodo estivo. Noi siamo stati nel periodo di Capodanno ed e' stata perfetta come punto di appoggio per poi visitare Amsterdam.l, raggiungibile comodamente in auto in meno di 30 minuti. Molto, molto consigliata.

Top Gastgeber. Er hat uns super viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war sehr herzlich. Der Whirpool war natürlich das beste! Gerne kommen wir wieder. 😊
