It was a little difficult to find! But if you read the directions that are provided by Molly you will be fine! Make sure you shock the hot tub each night. The shock is located in the closet by the kitchen.

The location is fantastic, making it very convenient to explore the area. The place itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

We’ve used Airbnb often over the last few years for travel and this may have been the best place we’ve ever stayed! Had so many nice touches (coffee bar with fresh ground coffee, three types of loose tea and syrups for flavoring was just one of the many little perks we found when we arrived!) The kitchen was decked out with anything you would need, there was some cute holiday decor throughout the home, even the soaps and shampoos were a high end touch! Really impressed with the quality of this location. We came in the dead of winter so town was very quiet but we had a blast just spending time together in this wonderful home, we didn’t need to go anywhere. You will not regret booking here, it was right near the lake and just a hop skip and jump from downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. I would definitely come back in the summer!

House was great. We went for a girls weekend and loved the extra amenities and personal touches of the house. Heated floors and updated kitchen. Well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, coffees and teas and even some beer in the mini fridge! Home felt secure and safe. We loved the wildlife out the windows. The patio area looked amazing, we just never used it. Loved that we could use the garage for the car. I think the only suggestion we had was the seating situation for the living room. The chairs are not great for relaxing and since there were 4 of us, it wasn't ideal for conversation. It would have been nice if there was another seating area in the porch since it was so beautiful to see the surroundings. Overall, we loved the weekend and would book this home again, definitely.

We had the best experience at Russ's place! The unit was extremely clean and we felt right at home! It was easy to find and in a very nice little development We enjoyed playing the games and and watching movies and playing some old games on the PlayStation! ! We rented bikes downtown and it was a short ride back to the house. It was a quick trip in to downtown, and there was plenty going on! It was also just a couple minutes to the grocery store as well as the beach. We took advantage of the Kal Haven trail as well as Van Buren state park. We were outside the window of being able to use the golf cart but that would have been a blast! If you are there in the summer, they have everything you would need! I would definitely stay here again.

Great home for extended family trip. The house was clean snd in good condition. There were plenty of activities (games, books, winter outdoor activities) for the adults and children in our group.

John was a great host and the property was well taken care of.

Beautifully decorated home that makes you wish you'd booked a longer stay. Quiet Neighborhood. Don't miss Crane's Pie Pantry for breakfast while you're there.

Family stayed here to go skiing at Bittersweet as well as go to the Klassic Arcade 2.0 in Gobles

Fantastic location!! Stayed in the area due to a wedding. My family and I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Allie was extremely quick to respond to any questions/concerns we might of had. The home is exactly as described, very cozy. The deck and the views of the lake were fantastic. You are close and far away from everything if you understand what I mean. Most definitely would stay again!! Thank you Allie for allowing us to stay. 5 stars across 👍👍👍👍👍

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed plus some extra snacks we did not expect. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the surrounding nature and the peacefulness it provided. Communication was excellent and the host was very accommodating. Great Stay! Mike and Michelle were both very helpful and punctual with communication. The house is clean and cozy on a tranquil lake. Nearby towns of Fennville and Saugatuck are easily within reach by car! Would stay again!

We loved our stay at 11 Acres. The house was spacious and well appointed. We would have loved a few more cooking basics in the kitchen but overall we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, hot tub and small lake.

Doug was a fantastic host and the ice house was a fabulous place to stay. Very nice lake and having boats accessible was the cherry on top - fishing on the lake was great fun and having south haven close by is a plus. We stopped at the local farm stands and had delicious local produce. We will return to this great getaway

We stayed at Mark's place while skiing all weekend at Bittersweet. We had a great time! Mark was super helpful and accommodating and even offered my husband to borrow his skis :) he hooked us up with discounted passes and had great local recommendations. We'll definitely be back! Thanks, Mark :)

Beautiful location, rare to find such a peaceful home along a river. The perfect spot for a winter recharge.

Overall this place is fantastic. Listing might not even do the views and set up justice. Highlights - beautiful views from the house in all rooms of Lake Michigan - easy access to beach. Down about 50 stairs -fire pit with incredible views and blocked from wind -amenities were great. Pack n play, high chair, beach toys, paddle boards, chairs, towels. -close to Saugatuck and Holland - house was clean, updated, and space was maximized. - shades were key! Rooms dark in the AM and kept the sun out during late pm hours -listing said no AC but seems to have been recently installed -very secluded and private. -very nice kitchen table that can probably fit 6-8 people around it. Very much nitpicking, but the cookware was average. There is also no dishwasher. Inside living space is small, but with the monster wrap around deck, fire pit and beach, isn’t a big deal. We would gladly return!!
