We were three couples and a six year old. The arrangement of the accommodation was just what we needed. Because we had travelled for a wedding we were out for most of the day and unfortunately bad weather meant we couldn’t make use of the outdoor facilities but we have already recommended the property to a friend and would like to return for a future family occasion.

Denise our host was absolutely warm and accommodating.. she went out of her way to drop off an extra heater when the place got colder (upstate NY in Oct). I’d happily recommend this to everyone! The kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t have to go anywhere to find Cuttery and dishes

We stayed with 6 adults and 5 kids over New Years and for skiing at Holiday Valley. GREAT place. Cozy cabin feeling, large dining area where we could all eat together, two separate living rooms so kids could recreate and adults could hang out - games room too! And toys for younger kids! Bedrooms were ideal: beautiful hand crafted wooden bed frames with comfy linens. Enough showers and bathrooms for all guests. Very clean. The barn with animals was delightful and the kids loved it. Made friends with 2 cats. For us, it was a picturesque drive to the ski resort and price was more attractive than ski chalet prices. Thank you to our hosts for clearing out the driveway every morning during epic snow. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Had an awesome stay at this quaint little place. It’s located in a great area by the lake, very quiet during the week, very close to an area to swim with the kids. Lots of side streets around the cabin for walking. Place was very clean when we showed up and had everything we needed for a week long stay including linens, lots of towels and wash clothes, plenty of blankets, and the basic kitchen amenities needed for cooking/eating. Great place, great host, would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at this rental and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family to spread out, and we never felt cramped. Whether it was enjoying meals together or just lounging around, the space was ideal for quality family time. The surrounding area also contributed to the calm vibe, adding to the overall sense of peace. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family! The house was just as described in the listing. It was easy to find and you really can't get any more convenient if you're visiting someone at one of the colleges. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Felt like home! We had 9 people total. There was plenty of space to gather around the dining room table. Sofa and chairs in the living room sat everyone comfortably. 6 bedrooms. Several people commented on how well they slept. The linens were fresh. More than enough towels for our group. Loved the hotel style dispenser in the showers which included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Fully stocked kitchen, dishes, dish towels, paper towels, utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, Keurig and regular coffee pot. Check out instructions were simple. Barbara made sure we knew she was available but there was no need to contact her. This Airbnb exceeded expectations. Now it is an old farmhouse, there are some oddities but that is part of the charm. With that being said...nothing is worth commenting about EXCEPT the cleanliness of this home. I could not find any dust...and I looked. The rugs and floors were SO clean. Every aspect of this house and it's amenities were spotless. Thank u Barbara!

all of Jeff's places are great and you could never go wrong staying at any of his places. they are very modern with all the convenience you can think of. I will always pick his place if it's available

Jeff’s place was very nice and cozy. He supplied lots of extras. I would recommend his place for anyone looking to stay in the area. Jeff went out of his way to think of the extras for us. He had plenty of supplies. Very clean and cozy. Thank you Jeff for allowing us to stay while we were visiting with my elderly mom.

Steven was a very nice guy. His taste was impeccable. When I entered his place my son looked at me, knowing my taste and said, "what do you think?" My answer "Oh my goodness." The place looked as if I had decorated it myself. I absolutely loved everything about it--the decor, the antiques, the wallpaper, the ambiance, the music he had was awesome. I danced around the room. The gorgeous quilts on the beds, the comfy bed and pillows, the French doors to the wonderful front porch overlooking the adorable quaint village of Angelica with it's wonderful antique stores and friendly folks that live there. I wanted to stay there forever. I couldn't have been happier staying at Steven's place and would love to stay there again. Thank you so very much Steven Timothy, this is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. I would recommend you to everyone.

As always a great experience and stay at Caitlyn’s property. Such a great space and excellent host, definitely plan on staying there again on next trip to Alfred.

Though it was only for one night, we really felt at home. The apartment is lovely, impeccably clean, and even more spacious than the photos suggest. Teri is a considerate and proactive host, and we appreciated all the little details that made for a restful and relaxing stay.

The place was cozy and well kept. The host was very friendly and reaching out to make sure everything went well throughout the stay which was very nice. Overall I would highly recommend staying here as my stay went really nice and I would definitely visit again.

An amazing stay at this beautiful home. The space was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Hubby and I enjoyed our stay and always book with Jeff when we are in Alfred. He's such a great host!!!!!

Everything you'd expect and more. I'm looking forward to staying here again on future trips to the Southern Tier of New York State.

Was a prefect stay while passing through, we booked last min, same day and had a wonderful slumber. Located in a cute little town. was safe and nice and quite.

Great place. Very clean. Looked just like the pics. Host was very responsive.

This was just right for our group of ten. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen supplies were adequate but not abundant for our group size but we could improvise and thus fared quite well. We had a most enjoyable time at Letchworth State Park with extended family.

Place was great, check in was smooth, very clean. Great place after a long day at letchworth. Also very easy to communicate with.

The condo was beautiful, well stocked and clean. Celeste and Breanna answered all our questions promptly, and did everything they could to enhance our stay. We’re very impressed.
