Beautiful bed & breakfast with everything you could possibly need. The entire property was amazing…inside and out. You feel right at home when you’re there. Renee was very accommodating and the breakfast quiche she made was delicious. Will definitely be coming back!!

I had a wonderful stay at Kate’s home. Kate and Dee were very friendly and helpful, and they responded quickly to any questions or requests. The home was very clean, beautiful, and matched the pictures exactly. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the stylish decor. The location was also great, close to many attractions and amenities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pittsburgh. I also want to thank the other guests who stayed at this home. They were very friendly, respectful, and fun to talk to. We shared some great conversations and experiences, and I learned a lot from them. They made me feel like part of a family. I hope to see them again someday.

Our second stay at Heather Hill Farm was as nice as the first. Super friendly hosts. We loved the sounds of the cows, ducks, geese and even the roosters. The room is very large with a screened in porch for relaxing, a small area with a fridge/microwave/toaster/keurig, a desk to work, and a couch/tv area. There are a lot of windows so the room is very sunny. This Farm is just lovely, 185 acres to roam and see deer, frogs, turtles and so many birds. We even squeezed in a 3 mile run on the property (2x around). Great value! Thanks Steven and Julie!

I had a truly wonderful time here and cannot say enough good things about it. The house is utterly charming and was so cozy, especially on these cold, snowy days. I came home to a warm, home cooked meal every day and they made me feel like a member of the family. They truly made my visit to Port Allegany a special one, and I feel so greatful to meet these wonderful people.

Jyoti was a very friendly and considerate host, and she served a delicious and healthy breakfast. We appreciated her flexibility in scheduling breakfast, and the instructions she texted us before our arrival were very helpful.

Suz and Ken were very warm hosts. We were comfortable and cozy in the B&B. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay in there. Suz was very sweet and took care of us lovingly!

Felt like a classic b&b, perfect for our needs. Room amenities provided extra comfort & convenience: bedside lamp & tissues, easy access power strips, makeup removal toilettes, extra counter space in bathroom, and plenty of hooks for towels & whatnot (something many hosts overlook). Bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Carlisle House is in a great location to allow you to experience Carlisle. The breakfast each morning was delicious and Kathy and Chloe were delightful. They even accommodated some of our special dietary needs! The room was spacious and clean and comfortable! ‘

Great place. Very clean and comfortable, and amazing breakfast. Dry, secure place for our bikes. Great start to our GAP trail adventure.

Sandy and her husband were so pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable of the whole area. Their house was private and clean and we didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The Oak Room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had so much in common, so it was a perfect fit. I would definitely recommend this private, peaceful space.

If you are looking for a quaint little bed and breakfast in the heart of the finger lakes, this is for you. Cathy was very welcoming and communicated with us throughout our stay. We did a self check-in which was very easy. The breakfast was delicious and made our stay much more relaxing! The location is a very convenient short drive to the main attractions in the area and Cathy recommended wonderful restaurants and wineries to visit during our stay. We would love to come back!

Great place to stay while visiting Ellicottville. The space was very clean and Deb and JY were friendly and accommodating.

Stephanie and Tom are the quintessential hosts. Staying with them is like visiting your favorite cousins. Generous of spirit and always making us feel like special guests in their adorable home. Stephanie’s culinary skill is unparalleled. Their home is always our first choice when visiting Pittsburgh!

Very much enjoyed staying at Annie's place. Felt right at home. We were treated like one of the family in their beautiful home. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the beautiful sunroom as much as we would have liked since we were busy with our conference most of the weekend. Annie and her husband were very gracious hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them. We had two wonderful healthy breakfasts in the sunroom prepared by Annie who is a dietician. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in town and would love to spend more time just relaxing in the home.

Loved the location and neighborhood! I came out for a regional weekend event and then found myself in hospital, so was only able to spend one night, but really enjoyed the walkable area while I was able. Space was cute and private.

Dylan is an awesome host!! With my busy work schedule to be able to relax after a long day of work is the best feeling! I always look forward to my next visit here.

Absolutely love staying here—it's truly a home away from home! We've had the pleasure of staying multiple times, and each visit is better than the last. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the place is always spotless. The host is incredible—kind, warm, and communicates perfectly. Place is clean. Seems newly renovated. Small main bathroom but there is a 1/2 bath downstairs. Downstairs has a nice play/hangout area. Plenty of hot water with great water pressure. Great place for our weekend getaway to Pittsburgh. Easy access to anywhere in Pittsburgh within 10-15 minute drive. We would stay here again.

I needed a respite from the city and this was perfect. I read for awhile on the patio, took a bath in the biggest bathtub I ever saw, had a wonderful breakfast, and I will come back. The attention to details beyond anything I’ve ever seen.

Sandra was extremely welcoming! I was a bit hesitant at first because I have never rented a shared airbnb, but Sandra was super respectful of my privacy:)
