The description and photos are very accurate but do not do justice to this cottage. It was absolutely perfect, we fell in love with it as soon as we walked in. You can see all the hard work and effort John and Lori put into this place for their guest. It was decorated beautifully, my husband loves all the canoes that were sitting around. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away and just relax. Thank you again John and Lori.

We stayed at Hilee’s place for a youth wrestling tournament at BJC. The location was great, a easy 5 minute drive. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. The house is very clean and tidy and decorated beautifully—straight out of a magazine. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was awesome with the hot tub and fire table. We had unusually nice March weather and were fortunate enough to enjoy. Hilee was always extremely responsive and friendly. Would stay here again 100%!!

We love this place it has so much room and the swimspa is amazing. The view of the lake is a bonus. Love the decks . T.V s in every bedroom is definitely a plus. Sunny is a very responsive host.

Our stay was so great. The hiking path right off the property is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked and our family was very comfortable in the house. Renee and Josh were amazing hosts.

We were stunned at how well equipped the kitchen was. It was a pleasure to cook. There's a lovely bathtub and a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The dogs had a blast romping around the property and the nearby beach. The beds are comfortable and it has 2 nice TVs. Thank you!!!

The Knotty Pine in Edinboro, Pennsylvania was a gem in a small quiet town, that has beautiful lake Edinboro within a couple blocks walking distance. Michelle is an awesome host and very responsive to any questions especially all the wonderful attractions and restaurants in the area. Her place is extremely clean and spacious for a family or a sporting event with lots of kids and just right for a couple or even a single person who travels. I really enjoyed using the fire pit at night in the backyard and walking and biking along the lake. Im definitely going back to Michelle’s in the near future.

My husband, parents and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was perfect! The cabin is so cozy, with plenty of ‘fire’ options - wood fireplace, wood stove, outdoor fire table and outdoor fire ring. No matter the weather- you have an option! Bathroom is so spacious, and the bedrooms are placed on either side, so there’s a buffer allowing for some privacy. Front ‘mud room’ area was great since we had some rain. Could leave wet clothes, boots and shoes there so the cabin stayed clean and clutter free. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to explore the area, and we hope to be back soon! 😊

Beautiful lake setting even for a rainy March weekend. Did get to enjoy fire on the 1 dry evening. Seating for meals was limited but outside table would help in warmer months. Also lower level bedrooms could be warmer. Loved the decor of old school local items.

Beautiful, quaint cottage in Brookville. Perfect if you are wanting to stay in town, and be close to amenities.

Ray and Patty were accessible even though we had no issues or need to contact them. The little treats and breakfast items were a nice touch. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Oaks. It was very easy to find and access, it was very clean and tidy, and was as described in the listing. The location really is excellent for outdoor activities. It was very cold and a bit windy during our stay so we didn't make it out to use the lovely outdoor fire/sitting area, nearby rail-trail, or to visit Cook Forest but look forward to that on another trip! Ken provided some really nice touches and amenities like pet water/food dishes, dog treats, a variety of DVDs, and fire starters and wood for the fireplace. Cozy Oaks was the perfect spot for the quiet weekend we were looking for and we look forward to returning!

Cottage was beautiful and very clean. Location was great very close to the strip but very quiet at night.

The Sunrise Inn provided a cozy and comfortable stay where great memories were made. Due to the weather, we unfortunately did not get to make a bonfire or enjoy the beautiful front porch with views of the lake, but we did see a rainbow over the lake! The kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking / entertaining. We made breakfast at the cottage and enjoyed eating at the local restaurants (The Anchor, Frog Pond, and Happi Jax). Valerie was a very friendly and responsive host, and we would definitely recommend her place to future guests visiting the lake!

Great place to stay if you want to experience the long point beach area. It’s very quiet and not many restaurants or establishments around. But we were able to get ice cream 5 minutes away. Beach is walkable and kayak right behind the property. There was a lack of pillows though just one small one for each guest which is minor but I would bring extra pillows if you like more. AC works great, beautifully decorated home, nice host.

Conveniently located for our event and the flexible check in was very convenient!

Our group felt right at home at Denise's beautiful cottage. The house was very clean and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The highlights for us were the back patio, fire pit and the living room which was perfect for movie nights. Additionally, the property is walking distance to both a public beach and long point provincial park. Thank you for hosting us, Denise! Hoping to come back in the summer.

We had four in our party from our church to go steelhead fishing. Although almost all of the streams were frozen over we still had a great time. It was perfectly located and easy to get to restaurants both in North East and Ripley. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us and would love to come back and stay once the ice thaws. We were also impressed--it snowed overnight and they came and cleaned the driveway and entry into the cabin by morning. Great Host!! Thanks for a great place to stay!!
