We really enjoyed the house. It is beautiful, well equipped, and well taken care of. Tammy was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The beds and couches are comfortable. The arcade room and movie room were popular for our kids ages 7-15. It is 15-20 minutes from Seven Springs and very close to Hidden Valley. You need a good 4X4 car for when it snows. We highly recommend Tammy‘s place and will consider it for future trips!

I spent a few days at Sharon's place with my husband and kids. We had a fabulous time! The coloring books and board games made my littlest feel right at home, the kids *loved* the sleep machines in the bedrooms. the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was stocked nicely so I saved so much on takeout! oh and there were lots of towels and even extra blankets! i would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for the lovely stay, Sharon!

Nice place to stay that’s pet friendly we didn’t bring our dog but the house is set nicely to be pet friendly ! We did have a day at spire and it was nice to be right down the road and close enough to town to grab some food

Last minute booking to accommodate my 80 year old parents for a memorial service. Katie and Liam were very responsive. The instructions were easy for them to follow to check in and out. The house was perfect for them to get in and out of and move around inside. My father uses a cane and walker, and he didn't have any difficulties. They appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the fact that it was close to our house for the weekend's events.

Large clean house with most of Pittsburgh’s attractions within 2 miles. Perfect stay in the city for a big family or group. Look forward to staying in the future!

I feel so lucky to have found Jenny’s place. I needed a long term rental while my dad was in the hospital. It was about 10 minutes away and in a great area of West Erie with plenty of restaurant options, local coffee shops, grocery stores and anything else needed. There was a fully fenced in backyard which was perfect for the two dogs. And I can’t say enough good things about the shower and bath combo. It was the best thing after long days! Jenny as a host was wonderful, understanding of everything happening, and very flexible. Definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed our winter stay at Lanterman Chill - Natalia and Benny are great hosts, with many thoughtful and less commonly found amenities like a kayak for Newport Lake, garage to park car (great to protect from snow and sleet), securely fenced in yard for pups, white noise machines in bedrooms, quiet home and good sound insulation, kitchen essentials and supplies (thank you for the popcorn, tea, etc! a lifesaver when coming in late without groceries!), dog kennel, and so many other things. Really great options for two remote workers as well with a desk on each level. Recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy stay in the area!

The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

It was so close to the Southside so it was nice for us who went out of NYE!! The game room was a hit! The owners were so available for any questions I had. I definitely staying here again :)

Even though Anne & Jim’s place is absolutely in the city, I couldn’t believe how quiet it was once inside. It’s got rustic, vintage decor, is very clean and reminded me a little of being in a cabin, especially the wood paneled bedroom. There are many thoughtful amenities, more so than most Airbnb’s, and though I didn’t cook, it’s a well-equipped kitchen. There’s a ramp which may be helpful to those who have trouble with stairs; once inside it’s split level. I always found parking right in front—a major plus. Even in frigid weather it was cozy inside.

We really enjoyed staying here. It felt comfortable and very well clean. Keith was extremely helpful from day one and caring as well. If we're ecer back in the area again we will stay here and cant wait to see how the basement turns out. (Keith was explaining that its going to be turned into a game room or family room. Very exciting).

This clean and comfortable place was exactly as advertised. It was conveniently located for our weekend plans, minutes from the Allegrippis Trails. We appreciated the small details, like s'mores supplies, USB outlets, labeled drawers, and seasoned firewood with kindling. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a short lovely stay. Celebrated my partner’s birthday with a ski trip to Seven Springs Resort. The location is perfect just 7 or 8 mins away from the resort with a convenient shuttle service. Kara was also a great host responding quickly to any questions we had!

This was our second stay at David’s Place. We had anything fantastic stay. This place is the perfect size for our family. Being so close to the slopes and all that Ellicottville has to offer is so convenient. We will definitely be planning another stay at David’s Place.

This is the second time we've stayed at one of Joe's rentals. We love the location, the space is just right for our family of 4, though we spend most of our time outside on the slopes. Master bed is comfy, perfectly supportive after a full day of skiing. Whole space is clean and comfortable. Fireplace is warm and cozy.

This place is exactly as described in the listing. A perfect spot if you are looking for a ski in / ski out at Holiday Vally, you can’t beat the location. Joe was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We fully intend on coming back to this spot next year 😊
