Above all this was a great location. It was super peaceful on a hilltop in the countryside, but within 10-15 minutes of I-65 and basic things in Smith's Grove and around 20 minutes from interesting things in Bowling Green. You can't beat the views of the sun rising and setting over the nearby hills and farms, and we found it to be a great value for the degree of peace and quiet. A few amenities, like bottled water and coffee, added to the homeyness.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a few peaceful fall nights in Tom’s cozy cottage. The place is very clean and in a quiet area. The hosts are easy to reach, friendly, and welcoming. I would recommend to just about anyone! We loved staying here.

Children are quite funny in that they will eat Mac n cheese with hotdogs every day, yet be the toughest critics in lodging. With that said, my children loved our stay at Barry and Daniela’s: “mom, I like it here!” The home is clutter free, yet cozy. The surroundings were beautiful from the moment you turned on the street; we enjoyed watching the horses roam and the dogs frolick. We appreciated the plentiful number of towels and linens, as this often is not the case at other places we’ve stayed. We celebrated my son’s birthday while visiting and were able to make a homemade dinner without issue, as the kitchen was adequately stocked. The location was perfect for all of our adventures: mammoth caves, dinosaur world, and Kentucky Down Under. Check out was easy and the garage was a life saver as we were able to pack and still keep an eye on our two children (3 and 5). Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Overall it was clean and comfortable. Lila was responsive and helpful, she even rushed a replacement order of nespresso during our stay. Convenient location for what we needed since my family is in the area, otherwise it might feel secluded - very private and quiet. Would stay again!

Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation. Was the perfect location to downtown and everything! Very responsive hosts! The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need! Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Simply Sailing. great cabin with everything you could need. great covered area to a park boat with pull through driveway. 2 mins from boat ramp, and close to a gas station and a great little pizza place. 5 stars for us. We look forward to staying again.

Such a wonderful host! This place is so beautiful and peaceful. We had a blast on the golf cart viewing the property. Will definitely be back!

Very nice setting for this cabin. Very spacious and comfortable. There are a number of things to choose b the area and Bowling Green is about 30 minutes away where there is a lot more offerings! If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to retreat to for some quiet time, this is your place to rent! Great hosts. Very responsive and helpful.

Our second time staying at a Tim & Shannon lodging (first time was Fishy Business in May 2024), and we knew we would have a wonderful time at their Nature's Calling site. We were not disappointed! Beautiful surroundings, lovely and comfortable cabin with all the amenities needed. Their place is close to my daughter's home so we were able to visit her and have her and the grandkids visit with us. We hope to stay here again, on our next trip out to Kentucky. Thank you Tim & Shannon for sharing this beautiful place!

Lori is the consummate host. It was wonderful home to be shared and we were very comfortable from our arrival forward. Peaceful and quiet, beautifully furnished with all sort of thoughtful extras. We really appreciated her stocking the fridge with all of the necessities. We have stayed in many AirBnB's and this has been among the best!

this is our second stay at the canin and as before Joe was an amazing host!! the cabin itself is so cozy and you truly feel right at home. so relaxing and truly the perfect spot to enjoy the views and just relax. Will definitely be booking with him again in the future!!

This is our 2nd stay at this home. Everything was in it's place and so clean. We are visting family when we come and the location is ideal for us. Our host responds whenever we need something and we were able to extend our stay without any problem.

Catlin and her assistant were extremely responsive and helpful during our stay of several weeks while moving to the area. She responded immediately to resolve a plumbing issue and even took care of our cat and did extra cleaning while we were away for a few days. The house is cute and cozy, and had everything we needed. We also LOVED the location—absolutely beautiful, on a quiet, private farm overlooking a pond where my husband enjoyed fishing. We saw deer and other wildlife daily. Yet it’s also close to Gallatin and nearby stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Catlin as a host!

Nicely remodeled older home. The hosts have clearly taken a lot of care in meeting guests needs. There were toys, books, and a pack n play for the kids. They left smore supplies and everything was very clean. The walls are quite thin, which could be a plus or a minus when traveling with small kids (wasn't great for us). The hot tub was lovely. The deck would have been fantastic at another time of year (but it was pretty in the snow!).

I had a wonderful time very relaxing. Nikki was great for everything. Food was excellent.

This Airbnb was terrific. If you’re looking for a nice quiet spot to stay right the water, I would recommend this home. It had everything we needed for the weekend to keep us entertained and relaxed. Worth calling out is the massaging recliner, that thing is magical.

Great place for our family of 7 adults and 3 kids. Perfect distance to all we wanted to do and the home allowed us all to be able to spread out but still be all together without feeling crammed! Home was super inviting and had everything we needed. Host was super responsive and accommodating to all our needs.

The place was new and very clean. It looked like we were the first person to stay. Home smelled really good. My girlfriend loved how the sheets smelled. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again if we visited Kentucky. We really enjoyed our stay. Here are some details: Master bedroom was on the first floor next to the kitchen. For older couples this is great but if you are going with other family members the sounds in the kitchen and family room are close to the master bedroom. Also, from master bedroom we could hear traffic noises because it is next to a busy road. However, none of these were significant issues for us and definitely not a deal breaker but I thought it's worth mentioning. These were the only minor issues I noticed about the place. We loved everything else about the place. Host was very responsive. Home was so clean and furniture so new that we thought we were first family to stay there. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.
