We have stayed in 63 Air Bnbs and I must say that Deborah’s is the most luxurious. The interior decor would do well in a magazine. From the plush cushions on the super comfortable sofa, to the beautiful lamps, pictures, vases, and ornaments. We loved all the nods to Scottish culture. The kitchen was well appointed and the dinnerware stunning. The master bedroom was sumptuous. Stunning decor, linen and beautiful styling. The bed was super comfy too. The bathroom is magnificent with shower and jacuzzi bath and so many extra touches. Thank you Deborah for all the hard work you have put into making us feel like royalty! Also for the sandwiches, cake, milk, chips, chocolates. You certainly deserve nothing under 5 stars, and we would give you 10 if we could.

Absolutely ideal for our family of four. 5 minutes from a Tesco for anything you might need. We were also supplied with tea, coffee, milk and sugar which was well needed after a 6 hour car journey! The beds are very comfortable too! We all really enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful location with endless views of the estuary and surroundings - quiet and tranquil, with some buzz in the late afternoon to evening. Lovely home, and very clean and comfortable. Will definetely be back again in the near future. Gemma is very accommodating and helped us with flexible check in and additional days, which was great.

This was a return visit to The Boathouse and it was just as brilliant as before. We had everything we needed and it was really comfortable. Paula is so friendly and helpful. A great host. The location is second to none. The view is amazing. Such a great area, easy access to The Lakes but we love the local area, many varied walks and lots to see. Looking forward to a return visit

Brilliant apartment. Immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk 4 mins to silloth golf club from here. Very good restaurant next door. The 2nd bed wasn’t made unfortunately but the host responded quickly to give instructions of where to find the bedding. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful view, comfortable beds, great shower, large kitchen and space to dine in you wanted. Had a lovely weekend visiting family.

We loved our stay at Southerness nice seaside town with lots for adults and kids to do, well located caravan with good views, quiet, extremely clean and tidy and well stocked with appliances.

Had a great few days stay at Willow Cottage. From the start Jo was really informative, with clear instructions on check in. On entering the property it is exactly as advertised and pristine throughout. The sofas and beds are extremely comfortable - particularly after a day of walking! Jo has kindly provided information folders and leaflets on the local area and places worth a visit, including travel times. I would recommend the beaches at Haverigg and Millom, together with Betty’s Beach Hut, all within walking distance of the cottage. Thank you also for the lovely bottle of wine and snacks - that was a lovely gesture which I thoroughly enjoyed! 😊

Beautiful lake view !! Very scenic!! we spent easter break in this lovely house, Beautiful and romantic surroundings. Highly recommend for Nature lovers!! this place offers comfort and stunning views. Alot to do around this area. James is really friendly, helpful host and always responsive. We loved Mews Cottage and found it very cosy and homely. We loved the cherry blossom and acer trees through the window. We really liked Arnside and the surrounding area. Paula was a very friendly and communicative host.

We absolutely loved this place! It’s super spacious, with a huge kitchen and living room that made it feel like a real home away from home. The garden was lovely and perfect for relaxing—and our dog had the best time with so much space to run around. We also loved the character and charm of her dad’s house—it made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean and well set up, and it’s great that pets are welcome too. We’d definitely stay again!

We stayed at Swallow's Loft, in the beautiful village of Far Sawrey, for 3 nights. We absolutely loved the area and Louise's place is ideally situated. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and cosy and Louise provided everything we could need. Louise was very friendly and messaged a few times to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

a gem of a place, the location was ideal for beach walks and exploring the lakes. utility room is perfect for sorting wet clothes and wetsuits post wild swimming. Cosy, comfortable and perfect for a group of 8 (4 adult and 4 children).

We loved it. It was perfectly located for what we wanted to do, the view was amazing from the Patio breakfast and drinks. We were unbelievably lucky with the weather for late September, and didn’t need all the woollens that we had taken. It’s a steep hill to get to the place from the town, but very quickly got used to it. Overall. Super super happy with the place and if we come back to the lakes we would choose to come back here. (For the owners - many apologies for the broken glass, meant to replace but ran out of time).

Cosy cottage with lots of character, in central location. Easy access to shops and sites. Could unload outside cottage, and then go to nearby on street parking. Booked cottage for overnight stay for the Taste of the Sea Festival. Exceeded all expectations when discovered that free breakfast was included at nearby cafe.

Ideal for a short stay with everything we needed

Brian and Angela's place is a perfect base from which to explore Wasdale and the many walks in this beautiful part of the Lake District. The apartment had everything we needed (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and was cosy, clean, and very quiet. The stunning lake is less than a 10-minute walk away. We would certainly stay here again.

My wife and I had a great stay, nice little annex, with all you need, close to the town, walkable. Nice to walk along the promenade, and close to drive to any location with the lakes, would highly recommend!

Third time I have stayed at the flat and we love it , 2 min walk into town and private parking space . But it’s so homely and immaculately clean and has everything you need . Cant wait to stay there again . Fabulous hosts.
