Great place to stay, it was nice and quiet and it was a very cozy home. Rooms were just as displayed and it was located right near to the shops and restaurants. Great location for walking and a lovely host, would definitely stay here again.

We were 3 couples looking to enjoy a long weekend in the Lake District. The property was ideally placed in Keswick - walking distance to the centre. The property was spotlessly clean. We agreed that we haven’t stayed anywhere with a better equipped kitchen. It was ideal for our self catering. There was plenty of space for us all . I would strongly recommend this house !

Photos don’t do this house justice, it’s so lovely! Loved the log burner and fully stocked kitchen (including basics e.g tea / coffee). Comfy beds and sofas and great location too (5 min walk in town centre). Parking is off street, couple mins walk from the house, so not too bad. Would definitely visit again!

We had a lovely time. Mark and Gwen were just super nice and I was so stressed out with organising a multi family holiday their help made it so much easier. The house was fabulous and the neighbours kind and helpful. the house was right in the centre and easy to walk everywhere. Kids loved the garden and it was nice to be somewhere so similar to my own home with all the same shampoo / washing up etc.

Lovely cozy space for three adults. It was just as described and we really appreciated the breakfast provisions! Bathrooms were very clean and bedrooms are comfy and have good storage space. We enjoyed the walk into town for dinners and to have a look round the shops. Nice to be able to park in the street just outside the door.

Really nice place to stay - amazing house with a beautiful garden with seating - close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs - 100% would recommend to stay here

We loved our stay in Sarah & Stuart’s place. It was super clean, comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect - a short walk into Bowness with heaps of food options, but also lovely and quiet.

Nice place there was everything in house what I need.the main thing parking place and sitting area outside in front of house entrance door that’s make more easy.i feel like that was my place.Thanks mr Henry Sure we will come again at ur place

We enjoyed a lovely peaceful stay. It was great to have the lakes and fells right on our doorstep. With the Pheasant Inn just across the road it was nice and easy to walk for a pint in the beer garden on a sunny day. Thanks for having us.

Spent a lovely 5 nights at this spotlessly clean comfortable house! Although it is literally round the corner from the town centre and everything, it’s still very quiet. Lovely beds and bedding (the small bedroom is the only one without a tv) The host was very helpful and responsive. There were 5 of us (originally 7) but just to point out there are only 6 chairs at the kitchen table. Also found the parking space very tight (we do have a large Nissan El Grande) and everyone had to get out the car before I parked. After a few shuffles we could just squeeze through to get to the back door. Would definitely stay again 👍🏻

We recently stayed at Sarah’s lovely cottage in the Lake District, and it was an amazing experience. The cottage was cozy and tastefully decorated, featuring a warm living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The private garden was perfect for relaxation, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby walking trails that offered beautiful scenery. The local town had great shops and restaurants, and the residents were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway that combined relaxation and adventure. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the Lake District!

Tony is a kind, reliable, and responsive host who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished, creating a warm and comfortable environment. Its location is ideal: just a 10-minute walk from both the train and main bus stations, which makes it a perfect base for exploring the Lake District. We especially enjoyed not having to worry about breakfast each morning before heading off early on our new adventures. Special highlights were spending time with Smudge, Tony’s adorable and playful kitten, and admiring Tony's latest pottery creations. We’d gladly stay here again without hesitation!

House was very nice, clean and tidy. Ideal location for what we were needing. Would look at booking again if in the area.

Great property in a central location in Carlisle. Everything was great about the house - clean, all the required features and amenities and couldnt have asked for better comms from Nanu. Highly recommend if you are wanting a stay in Carlisle centre.

Family Easter break to celebrate son's 40th. Large space in excellent location with secure, spacious outdoor space in beautiful surroundings and dog friendly. Janis was flexible and helpful.

Midtown House was a beautiful family home fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Alann was an amazing host and made us feel very welcome House is gorgeous.

Ideal place to explore Alston (which is a gem in itself) and the surrounding areas, whether that is Cumbria & The Lakes, the north Pennies or Northumberland. The house has everything you would need to make your stay very comfortable, big spacious rooms and lovely outside spaces. Would highly recommend this place for families, we had ample room and were not on top of each other. Would absolutely stay again.
