Vern was a great Host! She was very responsive and accommodating. The place was amazing and the complimentary coffee really came in handy😂. Not to mention the price was very reasonable and the place exceeded our expectations.This place is amazing especially for the price, very clean and welcoming. Next time I visit the area I will be sure to rent one of Vern’s properties again!

Staying in one of Trisia's properties is always our first choice when we're traveling to the Houghton area. The rental offers just about everything you could think of or need. It's very comfortable. We also love that it is above Roy's bakery. We can just walk downstairs and choose whatever we want to eat- donuts, salads, pasties, sandwiches. It overlooks the canal, is within walking distance of downtown and just a drive to lots of interesting historical locations and beautiful scenic sites.

The whole stay was great. Very clean, The beds were comfortable to us. The kitchen was stocked with any needed utensils to cook. The bathroom was completely remodeled with lots of room. Lots of room to park your snowmobile trailer. I will forewarn you though, the house sits in a valley and is uphill either way out. Pre-plan your exit strategy with your trailer. I would definitely stay here again, super close trail UP17.

Great place, easy to find, larger than what I expected. Perfect for 2-4 people. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Lots of extras like towels, blankets etc. great space with storage ! Great job!

Our family of four stayed here for a weekend of skiing at Mt. Bohemia. The suite was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. I forgot to bring my favorite coffee and was delighted to find that there was some excellent coffee on hand from a local roaster! I the view of Lake Superior was amazing. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful wintery weekend at the Freshwater House. The location was a great home base for all our activities. The house felt like a home and we really enjoyed the wood stove after a long winter day.

The accommodations were as described. The place was very well kept and clean. The large room upstairs over looking Portage Lake is beautiful. I would highly recommend. Hope to return next year

This was our third stay at Sandstone House since 2022. It has been consistently clean, inviting, well cared for, and well stocked with basic necessities. The neighborhood is quiet, and inside the home it is extremely quiet. We feel very comfortable there. The living room reclining furniture and tv set up is perfect for winding down at the end of the day. It is close to XC Ski amenities. Just a short drive gives you access to the sunset over water at several parks along the Superior shore nearby. It is a great base from which to visit Michigan Tech, Houghton-Hancock, and the entire Keweenaw Peninsula. Pat's grocery store, just a few minutes away, has just about everything one could want or need.

A clean, cozy place that met our needs for 3 nights while in Calumet. We especially liked the bathroom linens.....good quality and more than enough for 2 people. Very close to Swedetown for XC skiing.

This house was perfect for our family visiting our kid. The kitchen and living space worked well for cooking dinner and hanging out with our kid and his friends after a good day of skiing. Communications were clear and we had a comfortable stay.

I loved her cozy Airbnb! Felt like I was home 🏡 but a lot colder and way more snow 😊. Very very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals which is not always the case. PLENTY of sleeping room. It was just my daughter and I but wanted to check it out for the summer time and I will try to rent it again for then. Cheryl was super sweet and kind. We had an issue but she was very quick to respond and fix the situation. GREAT host! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Our stay was in late winter and the house was easily accessible as the parking area was plowed well, lots of room. The house was in great shape and the heating was uniform throughout, including the upstairs bedrooms. Copper City is a good central location for exploring the Keweenaw. We would definitely stay there again.
