I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

Отдыхали в этом уютном доме в середине марта. В доме есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания и даже больше! Особенно понравилось тут самому маленькому гостю - батут, спортивный уголок, стена для рисования, игрушки, огромное количество книг! На территории есть уютная беседка, где можно пожарить мясо и даже приготовить в тандыре, отдельно стоит отметить баню-просто шикарный пар! Местоположение дома очень удачное - в 10 минутах езды находятся два горнолыжных курорта - Пионер и Ой-карагай. Большое спасибо хозяину дома Сергею за гостеприимство, за отзывчивость, за вкусные и свежие фермерские продукты на завтрак! Нам всё очень понравилось и мы обязательно вернемся!

There are hosts, and then there are Svetlana and Gleb! We arrived at 4 am, and unable to pay app based taxi guy via card and not having local currency in cash, and also missed seeing the helpful videos for instructions to self check in Svetlana and Gleb had shared in advance of check in. Not only did both of them respond immediately on Airbnb texts and paid the taxi guy (via Kaspi), but also again sent us the video for check in and helped us out in wee hours of morning. Thank you for that! Besides this, the house was great for us. We were 3 people and stayed for a week in Almaty. Bed was comfy, sofa cum bed easy to use in living room, bathroom and bed linen was super quality. Coffee machine a bonus for coffee lovers! Location wise also good- on the main avenue where buses are available. Can take app based taxi to most museums, church, other sites. Also walkable if you wish to. We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb, by far the best we've experienced in Kazakhstan. The tiny house is nestled in peaceful vineyards, offering a truly serene escape. The house itself is charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Slava, the host, was incredibly kind and flexible, providing us with fantastic recommendations and even accommodating a last-minute pizza request. Be sure to order the delicious breakfast and book the wine & pizza tasting in advance—it’s a must-do! We also loved spending time with his adorable and friendly cats and dogs. Провели неделю большой компанией в этом доме. Очень удобное расположение. До горнолыжных курортов от 30 до 50 минут. После целого дня проведенного на склонах, приятным бонусом было горячее джакузи на улице. До центра города 20-30мин. Район очень тихий и спокойный. Все возникавшие вопросы, решались очень оперативно. Неоценимая помощь оказывалась гувернанткой Жанар, в любое время была на связи. Гостиная очень большая, позволяет вечером проводить время большой компанией. Также очень приятным бонусом был поздний выезд без доп.оплаты.
