Wow. What an amazing and beautiful home. The house was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and very stylishly decorated. Clare had thought of everything we could have needed for our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and the fridge included necessities such as milk, butter and eggs. The little gift under the Christmas tree and the bottle of fizz in the fridge were lovely surprises. We were able to get parked right at the door so everything was so convenient. Tynemouth is a gorgeous seaside town with many bars, restaurants and cafes. The wonderful beaches are a short walk away. All in all, this was a perfect stay for us.

Charming, spacious flat in a fantastic location . Lisa was very helpful and gave us great information about things to do and places to eat. We had a very relaxing break.

Lovely place to stay - right in the centre of Berwick. Great access to the local amenities. Check in was seamless and Gemma added extra little touches to the apartment which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a great stay x

Seafield Granary was easy to find with clear instructions provided by Neil. The self check-in was simple and it was warm when we entered. A nice place with a massive bed and the view over the estuary is definitely a highlight.

We came to Amble for a weekend in February and were pleased with the location and the flat itself. It was well set up for self-catering and had everything we needed. Zoe was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to families with up to 2 children for the size of the flat. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Thanks so much for having us. Comfiest fold out bed I’ve ever slept on and great space. Beautiful village. Even got invited to the local quiz which we would have loved to join but unfortunately had to work! Hopefully will come back again for a holiday soon.

Superb apartment that suited our needs perfectly, it was spacious and ideal for our family of four, lovely pub at the end of the drive serving great food (steak night on Thursday was a hit!!) Walked to the beach and played in the sand dunes Charged e car in grounds of house with clear and helpful instructions from Claire Cannot fault our weekend and would be sure to return /recommend

Fantastic place to stay. A home from home. We had a fabulous stay and were blessed with amazing weather ☀️. Great location, walking distance to everything, beach, metro, coffee shops. No problems with parking. Rosemary is a proactive, responsive and friendly host. Definitely recommend and would gladly stay again.

A great place to stay in the centre of Amble. The on street parking was easy and always got a spot after being out. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival with a few supplies. We loved the wood stove and it made the place cosy in the evenings. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Beautiful home. This was our third stay. So we knew what to expect, but once again it didn’t disappoint.

Ellen’s place is ideal location - we travelled down for sky diving and a trip to Durham both a great distance from the Airbnb. Ellen was friendly and proactive and the space is clean and cosy - very homely. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely outstanding accommodation that was immaculate. Beds were super comfy, a real home away from home. Joanne was very friendly and had great communication. Asda is in within waking distance and lots to do locally. You will not be disappointed with this accommodation :)

The cottage felt like a home from home! We instantly felt comfortable. Spotlessly clean and simply cosy. There was everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and we loved the little touches that made the space really homely and cosy. It was so easy to find and it is in the perfect location to explore Amble, go for great walks or travel to other surrounding towns. Lynda recommended some lovely places to eat or visit which we were really grateful for. Me, my mum & my dog really enjoyed staying here and we already want to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Michael’s place! The house is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly cosy, especially with the lovely fireplace adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great pubs, and local shops, while still being peaceful and private. The house is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the attention to detail really makes it feel like a home away from home. Michael was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Always lovely to stay at The Old Library! Debbie is a lovely, helpful host. The super duvet and blankets were also appreciated in this cold weather!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Pete is a really kind, flexible and friendly host and the apartment is just amazing, so well equipped, spacious, clean and in the most beautiful setting! I couldn't recommend it more highly and look forward to returning to make more happy memories :)

What a great find! The Nest was centrally located and was a perfect for our stay in Berwick-upon-Tweed. The flat was spotless and has all the amenities you would need. The bed was super comfortable and having a smart TV was great! Lesley is a great host, really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to book again if we were to return to Berwick.

Exactly as described, great location close to all amenities. Could have sat and looked at the view for days. Abi was a great host providing clear instructions, everything was ready for us and the bottle of fizz and chocolates was very welcome.

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

Have just returned from a fantastic stay at Lisa and Gavin’s place. They were great hosts - really helpful and very responsive. Their place was perfect for us, a real home away from home and our daughter LOVED the bunk beds! It’s great value for money and I couldn’t recommend it more highly - we will definitely be back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kathryn’s seaside holiday home. Kathryn popped along to ensure we had checked in successfully and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is ideally located for the metro, the beach and everything Whitley Bay has to offer. The apartment itself was super clean, comfortable and very homely with everything you need for a great stay, from a well equipped kitchen to a selection of board games. The parking area was ideal and being so close to the beach and metro meant we didn’t have to use the car again during our stay. The space was perfect for us as a couple with two large dogs. Kathryn made recommendations of local cafes to visit which was a lovely touch. Would absolutely recommend and hope to return. Thank you for a great stay
