we spent a few days at home, the host is fantastic, she will give you advice on where to eat well, which beach to go to, or where to rent a scooter from under the house, the house itself is very clean and nice, in the yard there is a large swimming pool 1 min from the house for residents of the estate which is closed and the whole nov is guarded, you can feel safe, close to a gas station and a shop and a few pubs and restaurants nearby, on the main street there are tuk tuks which you can stop at any time and use to move around the island, we highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality at WanderNest. The staff (whom we all miss) went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and cared for, making this by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and their kindness truly made our stay special. The place itself was beautifully designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed, and more. The place feels like home! It has everything you need. From kitchen utensils, linens, extra bed, free access to subdivision ameneties and more. Most importantly, it's peaceful. It's a few kilometers away from Bohol Beach Club, Oceanica and Alona Beach. There's also a private resort near the subdivision which is great for morning walks.

It’s a great house in very private area. There are 3 comfort bedrooms and spacious living room. We like surrounding, it’s very peaceful and not crowded. But there are no any restaurants, beaches and supermarkets nearby, so you need to have transport. There is quite big swimming pool on the territory that we could use. You need to know that there is no hot water in the house. As I understand it’s common situation on Panglao. But cold water is not really cold. It was okey to take a shower with it even for my kid. Chuchi is very nice and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay and we can recommend the house for family.

Este alojamiento fue simplemente PERFECTO. Pasamos una semana increíble. Te reciben los anfitriones que viven al lado, son los encantadores y estuvieron pendientes de cuidarnos todo el tiempo, también solucionaron todas nuestras peticiones al instante. La casa es espectacular, limpia, cómoda, con todo lo que necesitas, muy equipada, dos terrazas, sitio para la moto en la puerta, piscina bonita y bien cuidada. La ubicación nos encantó, está un poco apartada de la carretera principal con lo que te sientes en mitad del monte, tranquilo y silencioso. Pero estás cerca de todo, a mitad de camino entre las playas de Panglao y las Chocolate Hills. Tienes cerca varias cascadas, los Tarsiers, la ciudad, bosques, playas…actividades de sobra. Sin duda una gran opción para alojarse en Bohol y disfrutar de tus vacaciones, yo repetiría seguro. Gracias Melinda y familia!

We had a great stay, everything was as described and clean. It was really nice to have a bar with food and drinks available.

Wi was an amazing host. The best host I ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure mine and my dad’s stay was nothing but the best. She was very responsive and attentive. There was a power outage in the area but wi took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. She even had snacks and ice delivered to us. Also delivered us dinner from her delicious restaurant in the city! If you’re looking for beach front this is not the place but maybe 10-15 mins away from Alona beach which you can take a tuk tuk to. There are also other beaches close by which in my opinion is the best option! There are stores right outside the subdivision which was very convenient. The guards are very helpful.. they will get you a tuk tuk if needed! Also, if you need transportation to the airport a tuk tuk will be able to take you! Me and my dad enjoyed her cute little home we will definitely be back! Thank you, Wi!!!

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

it was a great experience staying at boho chic, it was clean and host is very responsive. it is located in a private area so after a long day of tours and beach you will feel relax when come back to the place. you will feel at home. thank you so much Ms. Rhea. we had a great stay ☺️

Our stay was very peaceful! Great place to rent for exploring Panglao! Kitchen had enough accessories for cooking basic meals. Host and staff was very helpful! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!

Our family of three enjoyed our one month stay at Ronalyn's place. The area where the house is located is quiet, yet close enough to the main highway to quickly get to food/restaurants and tourist destinations around Bohol. The host and caretaker were quick and responsive to our needs.

We had a comfortable stay at JJJ's Transient House Rental! The house was very spacious and perfect for our group of 20. The location was ideal—close to the city yet still peaceful. The bathroom was large and convenient, and the kitchen was clean and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was great for those in our group working remotely. Overall, our stay was awesome! The caretakers and host were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and quick to assist with our needs. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panglao or Tagbilaran, Bohol, and we would love to stay here again!

Big and comfortable house in a gated neighborhood. Attentive host. It’s a little far from the main area of town where all the restaurants and things are. Maybe a 10 minute drive. But the flip side of that is that it’s generally quiet and not as noisy as that part of town would be. I would recommend staying at this house! We enjoyed it.

Spacious place for a reasonable price. On the main road, but in bedroom no disturbing sound at all. Neighbors are quiet. Warm water, ac, large kitchen with utensils. It takes some time to get to Alona beach, but it is closer to Bohol itself. There are cats living around, sometimes you can smell them. Overall great place.

Very nice and huge house. We loved our stay. Rujelyn and Rachel cared about everything and made our holidays as perfect as we expected it. Thank you, guys! We highly recommend to stay here while being on Panglao Islands.

Host is super mabait and ma'am Lucille is so friendly and welcoming. House has everything we need. Highly recommended if you plan to stay for a few days in Bohol.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful with comfortable beds. The house has a gate and a guard. What really made this place special is the dogs on the property. Girl and Boy are so sweet. Girl would always come outside the gate and stand by us until we got in a tuk tuk. They also have 4 puppies that we would call Angel Baby, Spot, Black tail and Black face. We took care of them and loved them all as if they were our own 😭 we miss all the dogs so much already. Seeing the whole family run to us every time we got back or open the door was the best. I would take them all if I could lol 🐕 Jenny and Queenie were quick to try and fix any issues we had at the house - and were very friendly as well, the aircon stopped working for the last 3 days in master room and was really hot other than that everything was great Thank you for letting my family stay at your home ♥️

very quiet and centrally in Panglao located resort. Children can play outdoors very safely. Despite all the praise, I can't resist saying, The kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned more carefully inside and out.

lovely place with good air-conditioning a short walk from the beach. The host was very quick to respond and extremely useful in providing local insights like restaurants and organising cheap bike rentals, as well as tips about what prices you should pay for things. Any question I had I got a very quick and accurate answer. would recommend for anyone
