Total relaxation in a friendly town. Truly a quick and wonderful getaway. The kitchen was stocked great. The bed was comfy. Great deck with everything you would need for stargazing. A great experience only thing to keep in mind is take quick or stagger showers because the hot water isn’t always consistent in very cold weather. This was a small thing in an almost perfect stay. We will definitely be back.

Our family (my wife , our 3 teenagers, and I) had a fantastic 6 night stay. We had decided we wanted to spend the 4th of July in the White Mountains this year to escape the Phoenix heat. The location of the rental is fantastic. Close proximity to several lakes, trails, wildlife viewing, etc., while still being close to stores and restaurants in the Round Valley community. We have previously stayed at several other short term rentals in the White Mountains. This is up among the best. We had plenty of room both in the house as well as the fenced in yard. Use of the garage for vehicles, paddle boards, and other gear was a huge plus. Good internet can be hard to find in the area. Not the case here. Their Starlink service was blazing fast. Everything was very clean and in great condition. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed (linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc.), much more so than the average. We can’t recommend this rental enough and hope to be back soon.

This home was clean. It felt like home. The views of the pines were beautiful. We made Thanksgiving Dinner and all the equipment we needed. Just a note, the beds are extra firm and may need a little cushioning. Was a great stay overall. 😊

what an amazingly impeccable place and location to soak up the necessary healing aspects of nature. everything is right outside the door. wake up to silence and wind blowing through the trees. go explore the creek. see wildlife. it has everything. even two different houses to accommodate different needs. thank you so much for opening this up for others to experience. so grateful for the opportunity. and you are amazing people. can’t wait to return.

We needed a place to stay for a large family gathering and Raine's place was perfect. Her place is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Since it was snowing, we were not able to use the nice patio space but will enjoy it next time as we will definitely plan to come back. A great bonus was that Prado Brewing was right next door. We enjoyed delicious pizza and New Mexico beers while playing pool and shuffle board. The brewery has a fun vibe and seems to be a hangout for friendly locals. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Wendy was incredibly attentive to messages whenever we had questions. We appreciated the cozy environment and how friendly it was to young children with toys to play with and an activity play area outside! We would definitely return again soon. Thank you for hosting our families.

We loved how comfortable, well-appointed and clean the cabin was and in such a beautiful setting which had enough distance from neighbors to feel very private. We somehow had the wrong address and service was very patchy/slow in the area so our advice would be to print or download the address and check-in information ahead of time. We very much wished we had done that (totally on us!) The wood burning fireplace made it super cozy especially because it rained and snowed a little during our stay. We came from hot temps and dry climate so for us the weather was a treat! We had a lovely experience and didn't want to leave. : )

My wife and I wanted a spooky/romantic cabin in the woods for Halloween and that was exactly what we found with this listing. The cabin was well maintained and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided (linens, blankets, heaters, pots, pans, cutlery, flatware). If we ever had a question we could refer to the hosts detailed instructions or message them, they were very responsive. The area was incredibly stunning, fabulous restaurants only 2 mins down the road. We saw a huge herd of Elk and Bear! We intend to come back and book this cabin again. This was my first time booking with AirBNB and I could not be more pleased with the experience which I was provided. It would seem that the hosts are really who make this whole thing work, I must commend Jimmy and Alicia for doing an absolutely wonderful job on this platform!

The cutest cabin! very cozy. we came in winter so it was freezing outside but perfectly warm inside! there was a fireplace and space heater if needed for warmth and there were more than enough blankets in the place. Insanely clean. Full of amenities.

Guyton’s place was the perfect place for my family to stay, we had such a nice time and everything went well thanks to Guyton he was super genuine and kind. We will definitely be back!

Thank goodness we booked this house! Our family of four (2 adults + a 16 year old boy and 13 year old boy) planned to go skiing and snow boarding but the weather did not cooperate. With no snow, we were so thankful to have booked a house with everything we needed for a vacation with or without snow. Our boys said they cannot wait to go back- they loved the foosball, pool table, and outdoor basketball the most. And the many board games to compete against their parents were also plusses. The house is in a quiet area that makes you feel like you are all alone and yet you are within minutes of the quaint town of Greer with some fun food options, including our fave -Edelweiss. There is also easy access hikes for all experience levels within minutes. We cannot wait to come back.

Travis is the best Host we have had thus far. We have a wonderful experience and the view is to be desired. The home is on the mountain with gorgeous scenery. Inside the home is very cozy with lots of activities and place to roam around. Travis provided even amenities such as basic snacks and high quality cookware. He was always responsive and helpful. I even forgot my expensive boombox and Travis was kind enough to let me know that he could ship it to me. WOW!!! I will definitely be coming back!
