Doug rescued us because the room we had paid for was double booked by another condo owner. He quickly found us another unit and fid everything possible to help us out and make our stay enjoyable. He is a first rate unit manager!

Doug was a great host! The room was perfect for a weekend of skiing for my husband and I- definitely coming back!

Best check in directions. So clear. Fantastic place for a ski holiday. The space is small but with the folding beds and nice size kitchen it was perfect for us.

Great location. Doug was great and does it all. Very proactive and attentive. 7800 great meal and vibe. However would never know 7800 is below from the sound as the building was very quiet in the evening.

Fantastic location — true ski-in/ ski-out close to lifts and restaurant on first floor. Cozy unit perfect for a quick ski trip. Probably ideal for 3 people but workable for 4 with a mattress on the floor. Host is super communicative and super helpful! Definitely recommend!

This place was perfect for a quick weekend for my daughter and I. The new mattresses were ridiculously comfortable and the room was cozy and perfectly as advertised. Will definitely be back next year.

Would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again. The location is ideal, right on the mountain for no hassle skiing. The condo was spotless and larger than expected. Doug was extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative.

Had a wonderful stay, and really enjoyed the time in Kirkwood.

Went with my dog, best bud, and my two teens. Couch is better for people under 5’10”, and the mattresses are not the best thing in the world, but the unit was very nice, well appointed, and the perfect place to crash after a long day of spring skiing and rock climbing. The 3 mile loop around bear lake was gorgeous and the dog was living his best life. Check in and check out was smooth. Would rent it again and recommend to anyone so long as your not looking for Hyatt Regency quality. Perfect budget stay!

Location Location Location! We stayed a few days during a snow storm. This is an excellent spot for lift access. Very comfy condo with easy check-in and covered parking. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a fabulous time at Erwin‘s place – the instructions for entry were very clear complete with photos. The condo itself was gorgeous. Cozy, tons of bathrooms, great accommodations for 4 adults, 2 children, and a dog. Beds were comfortable and loved the large jet tub in the master. Excellent location very close to Kirkwood, could walk out the door with our skis in our hands and walk to the lift. The house was very well appointed with tons of dishes, kitchen appliances, games, linens/towels, and a smart TV. The walkie-talkies that were provided were awesome for taking to the mountain so we could communicate to each other without having to take our gloves off to use our phones. Erwin was very communicative leading up to our trip about weather forecasts and potential road closures. Really enjoyed our stay and already talking about when we can come back next!

Other then not getting a response about possibly an early check in it was great

The condo we were staying in was perfect for us. Definitely got to unwind. The place is big enough for 2 people and a furry friend. It was clean and had most of the amenities (kitchen, toiletries, cleaning supplies) you need for a great stay. The Sky High Pizza and Pub has great food. The surroundings were so beautiful and calm. Great place to unwind for few days.

Excellent location! Condo was perfect ski in/ski out spot. Unit was well stocked and Doug was a wonderful host going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We like Bear Valley, beautiful place, great skiing, friendly people, everything you are looking for: mountains, ski rentals, gas station, store, bar, etc. The condo rentals are expensive, but we wanted a White Christmas - and we got it!

We had a great weekend staying in the Tamarack condominium. We had young children and the place worked perfectly — everyone was able to sleep.

Great condo in a great location. The proximity to the lodge and shuttle was convenient. The condo itself is large and well-equipped. In particular, everything was in good repair. There's a new couch and chair, and the mattresses were of good quality. Kitchen is fairly well stocked, and there is plenty of storage and closets. Overall very happy with the stay.

Unit was clean, beds were very comfortable and we had a wonderful stay!

This was our second stay in this condo, and we love it! It is in a great location; across from the lodge, 10 minutes from the ski resort and close to nature. It is clean, cozy and well kept. We prepare our own meals and the kitchen was great for us. Ana was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return soon. Thank you, Ana!
